Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war super sauber und gepflegt, das Frühstück sehr lecker und das gesamte Personal unglaublich lieb und hilfsbereit. Bei Fragen wurde uns jederzeit weitergeholfen und auch der Zimmerservice war einwandfrei. Besonders schön war auch die sehr zentrale Lage mitten im Leben der Medina, man war direkt im Geschehen und konnte vieles bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen! 😊

Die Unterkunft liegt super nah an einer der Hauptstraßen in der Medina, sodass man sich immer sehr gut orientieten konnte. Das Frühstück war fantastisch, neben frisch gepressten Orangensaft gab es immer frisches Obst, Brot, marokkanische Klassiker wie Honig und Oliven sowie Ei. Aufgrund der noch sehr heißen Temperaturen haben wir ein kostenloses Upgrade zu einem tollen Zimmer mit Klimaanlage erhalten. Dieses war sehr groß, das Bett bequem und die Dusche warm mit Wasserdruck. Layla ist eine sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin gewesen. Die Kommunikation lief super über WhatsApp und wir haben immer schnell eine Rückmeldung erhalten. Wirklich ein toller Aufenthalt, können wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Самый центр Медины. Все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Убирались хорошо, каждый день. Завтраки очень вкусные и сытые, нам хватало до самого ужина.

Очень тяжело найти. Интернет карты не показывают. Даже местный продавец- парнишка с трудом нашел, бегая по Медине и спрашиваю у всех как найти Риад. Ни каких указателей, без помощи не обойтись.

We realized that this lovely place was really not for us,so we decided to leave. The lady was very gracious about us leaving.

Nice position in the heart of the Medina, yet providing an incredible quiet. Laila was kind and helpful, arranging our transfer from the airport on a very short notice.

One of the two rooms had the bathroom as a passage room, and there was some smell. They do not accept cards payment.

Wir waren auf einem Rundtrip durch Marokko unterwegs. Dieses Riad hat uns mit Abstand am besten gefallen. Die Besitzer waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend, dabei aber nicht aufdringlich. Das Zimmer war riesig und durch die hohe Decke angenehm kühl. Die Ausstattung sehr liebevoll ausgesucht mit schöner Deko. Man fühlte sich direkt willkommen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, das zweitbeste auf unserem Trip mit 5 verschiedenen Unterkünften. Mein Partner war zudem besonders begeistert von der Möglichkeit das Zimmer zu verdunkeln und der Ruhe, trotz sehr zentraler Lage. Die Betten waren auch sehr bequem. Ich würde hier jederzeit wieder Urlaub machen, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist quasi unschlagbar!

Transfert aéroport en taxi et accompagnement jusqu'au Riad depuis l'aéroport. Accueil chaleureux et dîner préparé pour nous malgré notre arrivée tardive. Excellent emplacement dans la Médina. Très bon petit déjeuner.

schöne Unterkunft mit freundlichen Gastgebern. Das Frühstück war lecker und die Lage super. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber.

Leider war es etwas stickig bei uns im Zimmer, da wir nicht so wirklich lüften konnten. Außerdem war das Bett ziemlich klein - es würde sich anbieten den Wohn-/Sitzbereich mit dem Schlafbereich zu tauschen.

Die Unterkunft ist nah an einer der Hauptstraßen der Innenstadt gelegen. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und geräumig und das Bad gut gepflegt. Das Frühstück war fantastisch und bot eine große Auswahl an lokalen Spezialitäten. Außerdem waren wir sehr dankbar für die liebe Inhaberin, die uns bei allen Belangen weiterhelfen konnte.

Leider war es zu Beginn etwas schwer die Unterkunft zu finden, da diese in einer Seitengasse gelegen ist, welche nicht bei Google eingezeichnet war. Hier hätten wir uns noch etwas bessere Beschilderung gewünscht. Zudem noch der Hinweis dem Personal vor Ort bescheid zu geben, falls das Zimmer nicht täglich gereinigt werden soll. Das Bett war für 2 Personen etwas zu klein.

Un lit double plus large (ou deux lits simples) dans une chambre si spacieuse permettrait de dormir plus confortablement. Quincaillerie des douches à remplacer (l’eau fuit de partout).

Perfecte uitvalsbasis. Ligging midden in de medina en makkelijk te vinden vanaf de ‘hoofdstraat’. Prachtig gebouw. Goede parkeerplaats op 10 min loopafstand.

Douchekop zelf vasthouden. Desalniettemin alsnog een fijne douche en badkamer.

The riad is beautiful, clean, and in a great location! Leyla was super helpful and assisted us with everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious! We definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!

Τπτ. Μένετε σε ένα παραδοσιακό Ριάντ, δεν είναι είναι ξενοδοχείο πόλης μια μέσης ευρωπαϊκής χώρας. Πρέπει να εκτιμήσεις ιστορικά το κτίριο και την διακόσμηση του.

De gastvrouw was enorm behulpzaam! Elke ochtend werd onze kamer schoongemaakt en opgeruimd. Midden in de oude medina.

Bijna alles was perfect, het enige minpunt was dat we de douche nergens aan konden ophangen waardoor we de douchekop zelf moesten vasthouden. Ach als dat alles is😉

Riad incantevole, curato nei minimi dettagli e in una posizione perfetta per visitare la Medina. Colazione ottima, ma a fare la differenza è stata la proprietaria: quando una nostra amica non è stata bene, si è occupata di tutto dai farmaci al cibo con una premura rara.

Nicely decorated, with a spacious room and bathroom. Delicious breakfast and very friendly staff. The riad is located in the heart of the Medina, which can feel a bit overwhelming at first, but after some time we got used to it and absolutely loved it. During our two‑week trip around Morocco we stayed in several riads, and this one is definitely unforgettable — it truly has a soul.

During the winter season it can get a bit cold. The AC heating wasn’t sufficient for such a high ceiling and large space.

This traditional Moroccan guesthouse is located inside the ancient medina of Fez. It’s best to call the host in advance—they will arrange for someone with a luggage cart to meet you at the parking area and help you check in smoothly. The house itself is a stunning 600-year-old traditional Moroccan residence, beautifully decorated and full of historic charm. Breakfast was also excellent, offering a delicious start to each day.

We stayed during Christmas. The only downside was that both the heating and hot water were a bit limited. It might also get quite warm here in summer, so I’d recommend checking reviews from guests who stayed in warmer months. That said, this is Morocco—facilities and conditions are different from what you’d expect in more developed countries. Even so, I still give it a full 10/10 for its charm, space, and authentic experience.

Located in a quiet street just off the main street of Fez, Dar Nejma is a no-nonsense traditional riad. It has a beautiful interior and a very helpful owner who served as our guide and personally prepared us breakfast before our early departure. Our room was huge, nicely decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable - we had our best sleep here during our entire trip in Morocco.

We've missed our indicated arrival time by half an hour and had to wait 40 mins to get in. The staff was not communicative, local businessmen tried to help us (and we had to eat an overpriced dinner as a result); finally, the owner let us in. Cash only.

Posizione ottima, vicinissima ad una delle vie principali e a degli ottimi ristoranti (ottimo per la sera in modo da non doversi allontanare molto nelle viuzze). Colazione e cena molto buone con possibilità di poter mangiare nell’atrio centrale. La proprietaria del Riad gentilissima ci ha preparato la colazione da asporto per le giornate in cui siamo usciti presto per poter fare delle escursioni. Struttura abbastanza pulita.

Es el mejor riad en el que he estado, y he estado en varios en Marruecos. Laila es la persona que lo gestiona y es maravillosa, súper atenta y amable. Khadiya se encarga de tareas como la limpieza y lo tiene todo súper limpio. Se preocupan de que los huéspedes estén bien y cuidan cada detalle. Los desayunos son riquísimos y abundantes. Cuando volvamos, repetiremos. 10/10

L accueil de Leila, sa disponibilité ... et son tajine ! L emplacement est parfait (a côté d un axe principal mais au calme et pas loin de la porte bleue). Le riad est très propre ...

Les photos sont trompeuses .... on croyait que ils avait 2 grands lits dans la chambre or il s agit de 2 photos de 2 chambres différentes !

Nos encontramos cucarachas en el baño…… supongo que es lo habitual de la zona al estar dentro de la medina, pero aún así, es desagradable.

Super zentrale Lage in der Medina, sehr geräumiges und liebevoll eingerichtetes Zimmer, frisches, leckeres Frühstück.

Vielleicht ist es marokkanische Tradition, aber wir waren etwas verwundert, teils auch verärgert, dass unsere persönlichen Sachen im Rahmen des Roomservices derart aufgeräumt und in Schränke und Schubläden verräumt wurden, sodass wir sie abends suchen mussten. Sicherlich ist dies eine tolle Geste, aber für uns etwas over the top.

La disposition de la chambre est super, avec un coin salon et le coin chambre séparés. La propriétaire de l’établissement est très accueillante et souriante.

La amplitud y la decoración, comodidad… todo perfecto. El personal muy amable.

L’accueil et la gentillesse de Laila ont illuminé notre voyage à Fès. Le petit déjeuner et le dîner sont préparés avec soin avec des produits frais et locaux. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés.

Lovely Riad to base your exploration of the medina, & Layla was very responsive & helpful, enjoyed our lovely breakfasts.

Although we requested 3 single beds only two were made up when we arrived quite late, quickly remedied the next day.

The riad is in great location, right next to the one of the main streets of medina. The interior of the building was really impressive and the old decoration well preserved. It was a whole experience to stay at such a beautiful place. Breakfast was great. The host was also very friendly and allowed us to keep our bags longer than the check out hour. Highly recommended

The place was in the middle of old city. The host is so helpful and kind, even helped me reaching to one site I wanted to visit. Layla was so sweet. I liked the family suite. All was great from start to end!

Very nice riad and so helpful personal

The Dar was beautiful. We had booked economy and were upgraded to a very spacious room with air conditioning. The breakfast included freshly made bread and fruit - it was delicious. Everything about the Dar was wonderful, including the location. We took a taxi to the closest taxi stand outside the Medina and had a luggage carrier take us to the Dar. I recommend doing that, because the winding paths of the Souk can be quite confusing at first.

The structure was stunning, a magnificent ancient Riad restored with care. Our room was large and very clean with a tea room and sofa downstair and a lovely bedroom upstair, very comfortable with a great shower.

The room access was directly on the patio and you have always to take care to close the windows before you do the shower or Just to have a little privacy. A thing that i didn't liked so much was that when we were out someone cleaned the room putting all our things away in a manner we didn't liked at all, mixing my and mu girlfriend's clothes and clean with the used ones.

Unbeatable location - right in the middle of the medina, walking distance to all sightseeings. Very good WIFI. Parking - 5 min walk to the ryad. Excellent value for money, do not hesitate to book there.

Dar Nejma was exceptional in all aspects - the riad and our room were beautiful, extremely comfortable and clean, and it is obvious that there is care and attention to every little detail. It is all thanks to Leila, who was the most polite, helpful, discreet and kind hostess. Breakfast was also amazing (quantity, quality, variety) and the location is great (right off Talaa Kabira). If you're in Fes do yourself a favor and stay there!

Location was great and the room was super big. the best of this place? imane, the person who greats and attend the customers. she was on top of everything. she even took care of our baby so we could have breakfast and dinner, she went to a ciber are to print out our boarding passes… she was increíble and más us feel at home
