Jag fick inget välkomstmejl med kod utan fick höra av mig. Det fanns inga muggar till möjligheten att göra kaffe / te. Kanske är det lite nyöppnat efter renovering och allt inte på plats.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Die Lage ist super, sehr zentral, alles fußläufig. Lund ist eine sehr schönen Stadt. Auch der Garten im Innenhof ist sehr schön und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Trotz Innenstadt sehr ruhig, da in einer Seitengasse gelegen. Zugang mit Code hat alles bestens funktioniert.
Zimmer sehr klein für vier Personen mit Gepäck aber für eine Nacht absolut in Ordnung.

The offer of free Wi-Fi was false and misleading! With no internet I was unable to do banking, searches egs suitable places to eat, sights to visit, opening and closing times, transport info, etc. Therefore the reason why price did not meet my expectation.

Reviewed May 25, 2026I stayed in the room "Brunius" and it was really lovely, facing the garden. The bathroom must have been recently renovated, everything seemed brand new. Free coffee was included in the price of the stay and there was also a small fridge. The house itself is really lovely, old building :) check-in with the codes was easy.
This is quite often my problem, but the curtains were light and not thick enough, so in the summer a lot of light gets inside very early in the morning. I sleep with a mask, but it was so bright that some of the light went through the mask even. So if light bothers you, then this might not be the place for you.

Reviewed May 25, 2026Allt var toppenbra! Nyrenoverat, rent och fräscht, Lugnt läge med utsikt mot innergård. Allt man kan behöva fanns på plats; vattenkokare (te/choklad), kaffemaskin (kapslar), kylskåp, schampo, balsam, hårtork, skohorn, ladduttag, pelarfläkt, wifi, minishop. Extra plus för att det även fanns fothandduk. Jag är supernöjd!
Saknade en krok på högre höjd för att hänga upp duschhandduk. Lite lyhört mellan rummen.

Heel veel lawaai elke avond en nacht. Je hoort iedereen passeren op straat. Ook de buren hoor je hard. Heel slecht geslapen dus.

Reviewed May 5, 2026The check-in instructions are very clear, the building is easy to find, many great amenities very close by and the trainstation is a 10 minutes walk away. The room t first feels cozy at first, while the bathroom is quite big with a good shower. Price of the room was not cheap, but not crazy expensive either, at around 900 sek. Sadly that is the last good thing I have to say about it.
The room gets very warm, very fast, windows can be opened and a fan is provided, but that beats the purpose of wanting a quiet night for a good sleep. I experienced a lot of noise, both from the outside of the patio/garden window and from the street, from cars, music, people passing and so on. The other very annoying thing I got was the creaky and very loud bed frame. Everytime you turn it sounds like the whole bed was bending on its frame. I am big, but not that big, lol. This has sadly kept me awake for most of the night and only slept in 1 hour intervals for around 3 maybe 4 hours. By 5:30 I got annoyed and just showered and left. It has honestly been the worst night of sleep in the last 4 to 5 years and I have a 2 year old at home. I think this says everything.

Reviewed Apr 15, 2026Att det är lyhört från gatan får man räkna med, men mycket ljud från lägenheten över. Man stör sig möjligtvis inte om man är ute och rör sig mycket på dagarna. Öronproppar funkade bra. Mjölkkapslarna till kaffet/teet hade gått ut.
Oerhört centralt, fräscht, mycket enkelt men mysigt!

My expectations are met, so if you want a clean, comfortable place, close to the university and clean it is a great place. There is not breakfast option that this I knew that I will not get.

The products in the bathroom smell amazing! The room faced the courtyard and was on the main level which was great especially with so much luggage! The room was warm and inviting.

It is a bit difficult to open the doors especially if you do not know how it works and it is dark outside :))

Reviewed Feb 13, 2026The room had a very good location and was very clean. The staff was extremely quick and communicative to help out with a radiator issue and solved a problem very quickly. This is highly appreciated.
There was a party going on in the room above my room. There is coffee and tea available, but there could be some more cutlery and/or microwave in the room to make the stay a little more comfortable.

Vilken frukost? Det fanns ingen frukost! Fast jag bokade BED & BREAKFAST fanns ingen frukost. De hänvisade till närliggande affärer eller restauranger. Det var en spindel i sängen, röd rand på underlakanet, dammigt i rummet, spegeln i badrummet var inte ordentligt putsad. Kranen i handfatet var monterad så att strålen hamnade på handtaget och skvätte ner en när man satte på vattnet.

Lyhört från gatan samt från lägenheten ovanpå som hade fest en kväll. Kanske borde man ändra namn på boendet till ” Brunius guesthouse” istället för bed and breakfast, då inte frukost serveras. En till spegel i rummet vore toppen!
