Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Super leckeres und liebevoll gerichtetes Frühstück . Gästekarte mit kostenfreier Nutzung der Straßenbahn ;)) Garage für Fahrräder vorhanden

Wir wurden von der Gastgeberin sehr freundlich begrüßt. Wir durften sogar schon recht früh anreisen und bei der Abreise war ein späteres Auschecken auch kein Problem. Sehr liebevoll gerichtetes Frühstück, sehr familiär aufgenommen. Die Lage ist recht zentral, man kann zu Fuß vom Bahnhof Basel Bad.Bahnhof die Unterkunft erreichen und man kann auch zu Fuß in ca.10Minuten zur Messe, in 15 Minuten zur Alten Kaserne gehen. Tram ist nicht weit entfernt.

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden

In der Nähe von die Messe, zu Fuß viele Restaurant und Stadtzentrum in der Nähe. Parkplatz. Sehr nette Eigentümer.

Schönes Zimmer, ruhige Lage. Tram Haltestelle gleich um die Ecke. Liebevoll zubereitetes Frühstück.

Der Herzliche Empfang, man fühlt sich wie Zuhause und das tolle Frühstück. Vom B& B waren wir sehr positiv in jeder Hinsicht überrascht.

Man könnte schreiben das B& B ist mitten in einem sehr ruhigen Quartier mitten in der Stadt. Aber da wollten wir ja hin, oder ;-)

Alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, bequemes Bett, grosses eigenes Badezimmer. Alles ist top sauber! Das Frühstück ist sensationell, riesige Auswahl und alles sehr frisch -> 5 Sterne!

Wunderbar in einer grossräumigen Küche, an einem liebevoll gedeckten Tisch genüsslich in den Tag starten zu können!

It was a perfect stay. The breakfast was fabulous and the bed was very comfy. The owners are at another level of taking care for their guests and their place. I felt very welcome with all the small details from power plug adapter to city map with audioguide and small fridge with items at the supermarket price. No doubts would come here again.

Warm and sweet welcome! Easy to reach the place via public transport. The place is a few minutes away from the tram stop. It was a calm and safe neighborhood. The room was practically organized, a touch of art, and super clean! Soft, cosy and comfortable bed. The room has a fridge, a small kettle, and a TV. They have provided a Swiss plug adapter and USB ports for charging. The room and bathroom are separate areas from the host's living area. We have requested a veggie breakfast and they gave the AMAZING, the best you can find in the city! Homemade jam was very tasty. Everything was very carefully, beautifully, and with LOVE prepared. Things were fresh and warm bread! The bathroom was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. They were communicative, friendly, and helpful, but gave you enough space. Only when you need something or want to ask something, they are there for you! We got a small tasty gift even on the departure! We do appreciate all the effort. We do recommend and will come again!

We gave small, tiny feedback on the spot, and they took it politely and focused on fixing! We would like to stay more days, but we had to leave earlier due to our plans. :(

Lovely immaculate B&B in a good location with tram stop nearby. Lovely big room and separate bathroom. Absolutely amazing breakfast. Kiki and Rolf have thought of everything and are such lovely hosts too - nothing is too much trouble for them!

Kiki and Rolf were amazing, obliging hosts. The breakfast each morning was delicious, varied and nutritious. The B&B was secure and easily accessible using a swipe card. The area was very handy to the trams so getting around Basel was very easy.

the place was nice and cozy offered very good breakfast with variety of options very conveniently situated for the purpose of our visit to the city and only a few tram stops from the city center restaurant options and grocery stores just around the corner we also appreciated a spacious bathroom

Amazing breakfast and amazing host. Everything was perfect for my staying.

The location was great for us as we were getting on a boat for a river cruise the next morning. The room was squeaky clean and private. Rolf and Kiki were delightful hosts

Excellent breakfast, trams lines close by, Thai restaurant too, quiet street. Friendly owners, one of those crazy Swiss three pin plugs in the drawer under the USB charger. Basel card provided - free access to trams and discount to museum.

Kiki & Rolf do everything to make your stay superbe. Very clean, splendid breakfast and location walkable to about everywhere in the city. Also nice that you get a free card for the whole stay to take the public transport if wanted.

The host was very helpful. The breakfast spread was fantastic, clearly the highlight of staying here. The location was convenient to public transportation and walking to some places. The beds were comfortable. The location was quiet. There is a cute garden in the back. We wanted to do some exploring after check out time, and the host was accommodating, allowing us to leave our luggage and come back to pick it up later.

We weren't here very long to explore, only 1 night, and we arrived on the later side. But it seemed, in our limited time, to have somewhat limited dinner options nearby. We ended up eating at an Italian restaurant down the street. it was OK.

Kiki and Rolf are wonderful hosts! They're quick to respond to messages and very accommodating. The location is easy to find, close to the cable car/tram (14 or 8 2 more blocks away) and bus stops (30), and on a quieter side street. We were able to keep our window open day and night without any noise issues, even with construction down the street. It's easy to get into the old town via cable car/tram and even travel to the border (France and Germany) on the 8 tram close by. There are also some restaurants on the corners of the local street open for dinner (Thai, pizza, Sri lanka) and a grocery store 2 blocks away. The room is well appointed with a TV, minimal cost mini bar/ refrigerator, and items to make instant coffee and tea and water (free). There is a large double bed and single bed to the side, a desk, coat rack, closet and dresser. We found the beds comfortable and slept very well. Many outlets and even a double USB connector to charge items. The bathroom is spacious and very clean. Everything was so clean and there was extra bedding items in the closet and extra towels in the bathroom cabinet. Breakfast was the real star of our week stay. We enjoyed seeing what Kiki set up for us each morning, items included bread, cheese, fruit, yogurt, boiled egg, coffee, tea, juice, and pastries (we're vegetarian). Breakfast was in the kitchen. Seeing that we'd bought a bottle of wine, Kiki even left us wine glasses to use in our room. Kiki and Rolf also provided some toys for our toddler to play with, as well as set up a baby seat at the table for him. We can't say enough good things about our stay! They had recommendations for us when we asked, but otherwise, gave us our privacy. They even left us some chocolates our first morning and a treat at the end of our stay for my birthday. We felt like we were coming home every evening we returned and would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect

The hospitality was outstanding. Kiki and her husband were a pleasure to be with! In over 47 of travel that I have done with my wife, this was the number one place that we have ever stayed at!

The hosts were super friendly. The place, while small, is cute and private. The absolute highlight is the breakfast, which was phenomenal to the point where you feel sad you can't eat everything.

Wonderful host care of everything we needed. I'd rate this at 10 plus. If you're in the area, it's a great place to spend the night or two

Rolf & Kiki were very friendly and helpful, Rolf organised a taxi for us and we had a late checkout, nothing was a problem for them . We loved the breakfast and quiet clean comfortable room . Great location. Thank you .

Rolf and Kiki are excellent hosts, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good and their back garden is lovely. The location is convenient to docking locations for river boats.

Nothing to dislike.

The breakfast was beautifully laid out and was delicious. Kiki and Rolf were delightful people and there were many extra little touches. The back yard was very welcoming to relax and enjoy a little happy hour. The room was very roomy and comfortable. We were greeted with the biggest smile from both Rolf & Kiki.

Location next to the convention center, easily accessible via public transport.

The bathroom, although private, is actually outside the bedroom, rather than en suite.

The location is great and right next to a major public transport stop. The room and bathroom was perfectly sized for one/two people. It was also very clean. The breakfast was also really good with a few different rotating options each day. Rolf and Kiki were absolutely warm and welcoming hosts. They were very helpful, friendly and very forthcoming with any possible queries that I had.
