Very clean, cosy and warm. The room had a kettle and coffee machine, tv, choice of breakfast cereals and fruit. There was also a fridge with bottled water and milk. Bed was very comfy.

The only thing that I didn’t like was that during the night the fridges cooling system sounded quite loud when it started working.

We didn't pay for the inclusion of breakfast but the host left some supplies which were a nice bonus.

We did struggle with finding the accommodation but admit that we missed a final notification from the host on how to locate the premises.

Sarah is a lovely, kind host. The room is exceptionally clean and comfortable. The parking out front is very convenient. Coffee, tea and goodies are a nice addition. The bed is also comfortable, I slept well. Glad I chose to stay here.

Una grande sorpresa! Proprietaria davvero gentilissima e super accogliente. Camera e bagno davvero ampi, pulitissimi e attrezzati di ogni confort. Dispone di tutto quanto necessario per la colazione: pane tostato, frutta fresca, tè, caffè, latte, marmellate. Bagno fornito anche di shampo e deodorante. Posizione ottima, per chi in viaggio lungo l’Atlantic way, dista 5 minuti di auto dal centro di Sligo. Veramente consigliatissimo! La Signora Sara non fa mancare nulla :)

Cet établissement est digne d'intérêt , la chambre très confortable et tout est ok pour prendre un bon petit déjeuner. La petite ville de Sligo est facilement accessible en 25 mn à pied .

Fantastic location, very close to the centre of town. Very private space although you’re attached to the main house. The pictures don’t do this room justice. Sarah had thought of everything, from breakfast supplies to toiletries and a great range of amenities, including a fridge, kettle, toaster and lovely coffee machine! It was perfect for us as we used it as a base just to explore Sligo and see all it had to offer.

Hosts Sarah and Tony were very welcoming. The accommodation was very clean and airy. So many thoughtful touches - breakfast supplies, Nespresso machine, etc. easy walk into centre of Sligo.

The hosts are lovely and thoughtful and the lodgings have a wonderful high ceiling and sense of spaciousness including large bathroom. There is also an outside picnic table.Very comfortable!

All good and easy to get into the city by car or taxi. The city itself has a severe shortage of parking so that's something to consider when planning your days.

The location was just perfect, peacful wnd quiet, but closed to tiwn. It is a lovely room, clean and it was very lovely prepared for the selfmafe breakfast. We realy enjoyed our stay. We definitly come back.

A lovely spacious comfortable room with huge en-suite. The photos in the listing really don’t do it justice! We wanted for nothing. Sarah was a generous host, and her hospitality second to none. We can’t recommend this accommodation enough

This is an attractive unit attached to a single home and accessible via the ground floor — no steps. Sarah the owner provides complete fixings for your cold breakfast. Immaculately clean and quiet. Parking right outside the door.

No complaints! It’s a lovely property.

De gastvrouw heeft werkelijk overal aan gedacht. De kamer inrichting was super mooi, met een goed bed. De badkamer was van alles voorzien. Zelfs een vergroot spiegeltje, make-up watjes, wattenstaafjes en deodorant was er aanwezig. Er was geen ontbijt service, maar alles was er om zelf ontbijt te maken. Hierbij dachten wij aan borden, bestek en een waterkoker. Wij waren even stil toen we zagen wat er stond. Op tafel stond een schaal met fruit. Een gevulde koelkastje met melk, vruchtensap, yoghurt, kaasjes, jam, boter. Op de plankenkastje een doosje met boterhammen, en nog meer dingen. Koekjes voor bij de thee of koffie. Teveel om op te noemen. Fantastisch! Echt een DIKKE 10 verdiend. Zeker een aanrader

The accommodation was tucked away yet a close drive to the Main Street. The host left wonderful snacks and drinks for us which were very appreciated! We loved our short stay in Sligo and enjoyed the natural beauty of the area!

The property is surrounded by nature, quiet, and truly charming. A special mention goes to the hosts, who welcomed us with incredible kindness, making us feel completely at ease. The room was truly large and beautiful, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I recommend it!

Fornita di tutto per la colazione fai da te, macchina caffè con cialde, bollitore per l'acqua bustine del tè frutta fresca e un frigo con yogurt, burro e bottigliette di acqua. In macchina 5 minuti sei in centro. Parcheggio davanti alla porta di casa. Consigliato.

Por decir algo, la ubicación está cerca de la carretera y se escuchaba muy de lejos los coches. No molesta, pero hay que tenerlo en cuenta.

The owners are some of the nicest people I've ever met! They are very contactable and courteous, they offer good advice and help with transportation, for example to the city or the train station. The place is beautifully decorated, clean and neat, everything is clearly described and the owners explain everything. ☺️In the room, in addition to the bed (which is very comfortable! ) there are bedside tables on both sides with lamps, a comfortable sofa, a table with chairs where you can have breakfast, and a refrigerator and cupboard, where the owners provided us with all the things needed to eat a decent breakfast and, of course, make it - there was a toaster, coffee maker and electric kettle (in the fridge we could find water, orange juice, milk, butter and jams, and on the cabinet prepared plates, cups, cutlery, cereal, toast in a box, tea, coffe and something sweet (there was even fruit in the room! ) : ) which was a very lovely gesture. In the bathroom connected to the room there are not only towels, but also ear sticks, cotton pads and bath lotions. It was a really pleasant stay and I would love to return there again. I wholeheartedly recommend Sarah and Tony, they really care about their guests and offer a room with the highest quality : )

The only downside I can find is that I came there with my fiancé for only one night, next time we will definitely stay longer! ☺️

Good selection of breakfast items for self service, in the room. Shower that is easy to operate.... no fiddling to get the temperature right.

What a wonderful visit we had here. The space was quite large and very comfortable. Our hostess was so accommodating… She even drove us to town and showed us several good pubs. Who does that?? 😊 There were many little extras left in the suite… Fruit, coffee Cereal. We would highly recommend staying here.

My partner and I had a delightful 2-night stay here! Not only were the owners friendly, they also provided complemary goods and recommended places around town for us to see and do. The place was more than enough for us and we were really impressed.

Absolutely an amazing find and a great place to stay. During our 3 week visit in Ireland we have stayed at large chain hotels as well as numerous B&Bs and Benbulben View F91YN96 is definitely the top one. Spacious and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. I just wish I had planned better as we would have stayed more days and used this as our home base while exploring the surrounding areas.

A little bit of highway noise but not too bad. It never woke me up and didn't ruin our stay.

The Host's were very friendly, the room was very clean and the location was great about ten minutes from Sligo town. Great facilities in the room and the Host's even gave us a lift to the town, We would recommend your stay here and you certainly will not be disappointed. Ten out of ten.😄😃

The property was close to both Sligo and to Strandhill. It gave us the opportunity to see the sites we wanted to see and enjoy a great meal at the Strand Bar. Tony and Sarah were great hosts. They took the time to chat with us about the area and we could tell they took great pride in their property. The room was very spacious and comfortable. They had items for breakfast the next morning that we could fix ourselves including fruit, milk, coffee, cereal Ansley additional items. We really enjoyed our stay and our hosts. I would highly recommend their property to anyone.

Good location to get on the road, but a little out of town. Just an easy walk into the center of town. The staff was great and we really enjoyed the room.

The only two issues we had was a little further out of town, but not too bad. We had issues connecting to and getting wifi.

The hosts were fantastic, and the room was superb.

Location was perfect. It was great value for money

Everything was perfect. Sarah was lovely and made sure that we had everything we needed including some complimentary bits for a light breakfast in a small fridge in the room. Proximity to sligo Town was very convenient just a 5 minute drive.

Just for light sleepers the property is very close to a busy main road so bring ear plugs if you're not used to sleeping next to a road
