Kopparstugans Bed & Breakfast

Jättefint boende med känsla i gamla delen av Falun. Kort promenad till gruvan och ca 15-20 min till centrum. Hemtrevligt bemötande av värd och värdinna med målet att gästen ska trivas. God frukost med flera alternativ. Bra möjlighet till parkering. Ett boende vi gärna kommer tillbaka till!

It eas very cosy, the athmosphere eas friendly. When leaving, almost felt tha my family was left behind.

All perfect except no en suite

Nice host, warm welcome. Perfect breakfast. We felt as if we were visiting close relatives, completely as home.

Shared towlet and shower facilities in the morning. This is not a problem if you're not in a hurry.

We had a great time in Falun and at Kopperstugan. The B&B is very cosy and in a neighbourhood with lots of traditional red wooden houses. Andreas was very helpful with recommendations (restaurants, places to visit in the area) and even loaned us bikes so we could reach destinations which were a bit further away.

Hemtrevligt i Faluns finaste kvarter, nära till allt utan att ligga mitt i smeten. Otroligt fint inne, fantastisk personal med ett genuint bemötande. Frukosten var bättre än på många hotell. Boka! Nu!

We hebben het heel fijn gehad bij jullie. Top appartement. We werden ook zo vriendelijk geholpen, dankjewel!

Perfekt läge, mycket charmigt och vänligt!

Mycket trevligt bemötande. Familjärt och trevlig stämning. God frukost i det gemensamma köket. Även lite snacks och fika på kvällen. Fin innergård och bra läge med gångavstånd till centrum.

Lite väl varmt på rummet, som också var litet.

Mysigt centralt och välstädat men det bästa var bemötandet från vår charmiga värd. Vi fick även en superfrukost, hit åker vi gärna tillbaka.

Frukosten var mycket bra och hade allt det jag önskade mig. Men framförallt sov jag så gott i linnelakan och i sängen.

Mycket mycket mysigt hus med en så gästvänlig ägare - det känns verkligen som ett hem, inte som ett hotell alls. Om du vill tillbringa en perfekt minnesvärd tid i Dalarna skulle jag definitivt rekommendera det här stället!:)

Frukosten var allt vad man kunde önska sig. Fyra sorters nybakat bröd, färska jordgubbar och annan frukt skapade guldkant på morgonen.

Rent, fint, säng och sängkläder var verkligen toppen. Frukosten bättre än på hotell Ägaren är verkligen serviceminded och kollar av önskemål och behov. Självklara valet vid nästa besök i Falun

L’accueil, notre hôte vraiment très gentil! Le petit déjeuner, très complet. La position dans la ville, on peut tout faire à pied!

Really nice and helpful tenant, makes you feel at ease. Nice old building with updated interior and the stay had a great breakfast.

The hosts were fantastic! Super warm and friendly people! They really make you feel welcome! Super cozy location in the old part of the town, you can walk just about everywhere. The area was beautiful and we took several lovely walks around the area. The house is very cozy and the breakfast was super!

The ventilation in the room was not the best, so the air in the room got a bit stale in the morning. Not a huge issue but slightly uncomfortable

Very cosy and nice place close to Falun center and the train station. Andreas is very welcoming and helpful. The place was clean and has a lot of charm.

The only problem I encountered is that I woke up once in the middle of the night because of the wood floor: The toilets are shared between the three guests and one of them had to go to the bathroom. The wood floor squeaks and it woke me up but no problem to get back to sleep after

Loved the traditional building and the neighbourhood.

I was deligthed with cosy rooms and really clean bathroom. Additionally, traditional Swedish design made a huge impression on me. Next advantage of the Guesthouse is close distance to town's centre.

The only thing which should be improved is Wi-Fi connection. Apart from that I am not going to look for any reasons to complain. I was really glad with my stay.

First of all we want to thank Andreas for warm hospitality. We are really enjoyed his company on breakfasts. The house was beautiful, cozy, with soul. Thank you for everything.

Nice neighbourhood

Felt like I was staying with friends. Location was fantastic. I could walk to so many places. Breakfast was fantastic!!!

You do have to share a bathroom. The guests next door were in there constantly. That was just bad luck. Not the fault of the owners.

The host family were most welcoming and helpful. It was winter and the roads and walks were icy so the hosts gave us their ice cleats to prevent us from slipping on the ice. The breakfast and coffee were wonderful.

The host is absolutely wonderful; so hospitable, kind and anticipating every need. The beds were comfortable with lovely linnen, which sleeps great. The rooms spacious, the breakfast fresh & varied and location convenient. What a pity we could only stay for one night! Ps - the pictures on booking do not do justice to the lovely house built in 1750 and decorated so tastefully!

Well organized. Nice rooms, flexible and nice hosts. Good selection for breakfast.

The floor was a bit cold, but there were slippers for loan. A bit hard to find the location. A very small sign and an anonumous entrance.

The location is lovely, Andreas is a wonderful host - friendly & generous! We had a great time!

Unbelievably kind and hearty hosts. We felt more like visiting friends than staying in B&B. House is very clean and pleasant with spacious, well-equipped rooms. Our cats were enjoying the view from “panoramic windows” 😉 Fantastic breakfast with a wide selection of different types of food. Additionally, several kinds of bread made in the local bakery had been served (the best I have ever had in Scandinavia - especially the one with nuts and raisins 😍 as well as the carrot one). The coffee and chocolates that we got on the way were like the cherry on the cake! This place is worthy of a very strong recommendation! 10 out of 10 points! Warm regards from us and the cats!

This place is amazing, everything is perfect. I feel like at home. In the air flowing good atmosphere, harmony and peace. Bed are comfortable and good. Bed sheets is from natural linen / materials. This is something, everyone need to try. Because it's amazing experience been in this place. Owner's is very kind person, like a friend, what I know for many years, that is something I can't explain. Breakfast is good and with many options on it, you can choose, healthy or tasty. 🤗 I never before been in Falun, but after that kind of experience I am satisfied with place I been and with people I met. Now this is not only place, but memory's with new friends on it. Thanks a lot for all you give. 🙏 Best regards Kaspars
