Het was erg ruim, prachtig uitzicht en elke slaapkamer een eigen badkamer.

Sehr schöne, geräumige Wohnung mit wunderschönem Blick auf den gepflegten Garten und den See mit eigenem Bootsanleger und Sitzmöglichkeiten auf der Terrasse und direkt am Wasser. Geräumiges, sehr schön ausgestattetes Bad (inkl. Fön, Duschgel, Waschlappen und Regendusche). Schnelles WLAN. Parken direkt am Haus. P+R mit unkomplizierter und günstiger Verbindung nach Groningen in der Nähe (5 Minuten mit dem Auto). Kaffeemaschine mit kostenlosem Kaffee sowie Tee, Essig, Öl, Salz und Pfeffer kostenlos. Mikrowelle, Grill und Backofen in einem Gerät. Ruhige Lage, obwohl sich das Haus direkt an der Hauptstraße befindet.

Im Kombigerät kann immer nur eine Mahlzeit zubereitet werden. Kein Geschirrspüler.

Such a lovely setting. Quite spacious set up. The view of the lake & all the wildlife on the lake was wonderful to see. We did not take advantage of the breakfast, instead we purchased groceries for dinner and breakfast at the markets a few km down the road.

We were not aware that there was the possibility to rent water equipment such as paddle boards. If we had known, we may have been prepared to take advantage of this offering. A little noise from the passing traffic on the road on one side, lapping water & bird calls in the other side.

Everything was perfect, the view is amazing. The Hosts are very friendly and make you feel welcome. The garden is even more beautiful than the pictures suggest and we had a nice time around the lake and visiting Groningen. The Bedrooms each have a bathroom, which is very convenient.

Great location, on the shores of Paterswoldsemeer and feels far from Groningen, but is actually close by. The apartment is really well appointed and was spotless.

Goede service en zeer gastvrij ontvangst. Het ontbijt was kakelvers en uitgebreid. Ruimte om je auto te parkeren. Ruime accommodatie en een leuk uitzicht op de haven. Op wandelafstand van trouwlocatie De Paalkoepel. We mochten zelfs iets eerder inchecken. Al met al een ideale plek om te verblijven.

Rust en uitzicht over het water.

Wel melkschuimer, maar geen melk om op te schuimen bij nespresso.

Weil wir nicht frühstücken, haben wir ohne Frühstück gebucht. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist hervorragend. Die Ausstattung ist modern, sehr liebevoll, überdurchschnittlich geschmackvoll. Alles passt sehr gut zusammen. Es wurde eindeutig nicht gespart. Wir hatten großes Gefallen gefunden an den Sitzplätzen im Garten. Duftender chinesischer Blauregen überwölbte die Pergola. Der Abschied ist uns sehr schwer gefallen.

Spülmaschine?

Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt in diesem B&B und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich hervorragend – man bekommt hier viel Qualität für sein Geld. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der flexible und unkomplizierte Check-in und Check-out, was die An- und Abreise sehr angenehm macht. Alles war super sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gepflegt. Der Garten konnte ebenfalls genutzt werden und war ein schöner Ort zum Entspannen, direkt am Wasser. Das Frühstück war einfach fantastisch – frisch, abwechslungsreich und richtig lecker. Außerdem haben wir tolle Tipps für Restaurants und Aktivitäten in der Umgebung bekommen, die unseren Aufenthalt noch besser gemacht haben. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

De ruimte en zeer nette iinrichting van het appartement. Alles was tip top in orde. De dubbele badkamer was superconfortabel. En prachtig uitzicht over het meer! Echt een aanrader.

Heerlijk verblijf ruime kamers prachtige badkamer. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst en heerlijk zeer uitgebreid ontbijt.

Het bed was een beetje klein. Gelukkig zijn we niet zo lang🤪 Maar verder wel een prima matras.

Vanuit de ruime woonkamer hadden we een mooi uitzicht over het water. De 2 persoonskamers hebben beide een aparte badkamer wat erg comfortabel is.

On the lake, great view, walking distance to a few good restaurants. €6 return for five people, park and ride to Groningen and only 10 to15 min to centrum. Two couple with own room with en-suite, common sitting room and kitchen area.

Hele mooie gezellige schone accommodatie waar niets ontbreekt. Fijn ontvangst en op fiets afstand van Groningen stad (24 min) Heerlijk ontbijtje

Als je via booking.com boekt dan moet je nog €50,- extra betalen voor het ontbijt (4 pers). Terwijl het op hun eigen site voor dezelfde prijs wordt aangeboden incl. ontbijt. Dat vond ik wel heel teleurstellend. Ook omdat ik maximale Guinius korting heb die achteraf 0,0 korting heeft opgeleverd maar wel €50,- extra kosten.

Wszystko tak jak było w opisie. Musieliśmy zameldować się wcześniej ponieważ byliśmy bardzo zmeczeni po pracy i nie było żadnego problemu. Szczerze polecam właściciel mily i życzliwy pozdrawiam. Mam nadzieje ze jeżeli będzie trzeba to napewno tam wrócimy

De B&B zelf ligt op een prachtige plek, rustig maar toch dichtbij alle faciliteiten. Robert en Em zijn geweldige gastheer en gastvrouw: hartelijk, behulpzaam en met veel oog voor detail. Dankzij hun gastvrijheid voelden we ons meteen welkom.

Geen enkele opmering, we kijken terug op een heerlijk verblijf en komen zeker nog eens terug!

We really enjoyed our stay! The breakfast was absolutely delicious, everything fresh and well-prepared. The location is stunning, such picturesque views, very beautiful and peaceful. Overall, everything was wonderful and we left with only the best impressions!

Fantastic location, by the side of the lake, with a huge garden and lots of seating outside. We only spent one night as we were walking the Pieterpad, but there are also lots of activities around that seemed very cool too. The B&B owner was super friendly and there's a lot of info available for restaurants in the area. Rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable.

Ik wist niet dat het ontbijt apart erbij moest worden geboekt.

The place was sparkling clean, with nice details and a separate entrance. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need, even if you want to cook. Plenty of tea with different tastes, lots of capsules for coffee machine. The hosts were helpful and friendly. The view was very beautiful and strongly recommended for a nice summer vacation.

Outstanding location, with the lake sitting directly at the end of the garden. Very quiet, total nature. Small house fully equipped and as clean as new. Perfect communication with the owner. 100% recommended !

Everything was almost perfect. There is air-conditioner in the living room, but, from a totally personal point of view, I would appreciate to find a second one in the bedroom, rather than a fan station. Parking space is limited and has to be shared with owners and another tourists at the B&B location. Otherwise public parking is accessible within 200-300 m.

Although i understand that this cannot be improved, future residents should know that there is only one spacious bathroom but accessible through the master bedroom. So if you go there with family, in order to visit the bathroom children should pass through the couple's bedroom.

The property had great view of the garden and canals, it was on the first floor. TV had a nice colorful lighting that made the evening drinks very interesting. Rooms were big enough and there was enough for 2 families to stay together.

Excellent communication with the owners, they really makes your stay comfortable in a cozy and well ubicated guest house. 100% Recommended for holidays in the region.
