Nada, ya que dede antes de llegar al Bed and Breksfast, así lo describió su dueño, el nos imposibilito llegar

No pudimos hospedarnos debido a la pésima actitud de dueño. Nos dejo desde las 11 AM a las 3:15 PM con las maletas si querer recibirlas para poder conocer, y cuando llegamos a las 3, nos dejo 15 minutos en la calle esperando para abrirnos. Cuando por fin abrió, mi esposa le pidio las indicaciones para usar el baño y no se lo permitió hasta que revisara a detalle cada pasaporte. Nos trato muy despotamente y decidimos dejar el lugar. Por suerte a un costado esta un Hotel muy recomendable, se llama Than Pand Hotel y ahí nos hospedamos y mi esposa pudo ir inmediatamente al baño.

De heel speciale inrichting wat zeer netjes onderhouden is. Goed bed wat hoog is voor kleine mensen Het ontbijt dat ons positie verraste en zeker de gastvrijheid van Andrei. wel even het uur van aankomst op voorhand melden.

Eigenlijk weinig. Wel kun je bagage niet nog even ginds laten bij verlaat vertrek.

Dat de host erg vriendelijk was. En behulpzaam. Goed verzorgd en divers ontbijt. Locatie waar hartje van brugge zich bevind is echt top. Kamer was erg netjes.

Het was soms wat gehorig. Je hoorde soms wat gepraat op de gang.

Todo: la ubicación al lado de Rozenhoedkaai.Disponibilidad de parking por 20€. La habitación muy amplia y súper bonita decorada, puesta con mucho mimo y detalle. La atención de Andrei es exquisita, nos ha atendido antes del check in, nos ha recomendado un restaurante y cuando volvimos de comer nos encontramos con las maletas subidas a la habitación y el aire acondicionado en marcha y la habitación fresquita. De agradecer con la ola de calor y después de un viaje largo en moto. Desayuno rico y más que suficiente. La sala de desayuno también está decorada con mucho mimo, nos sentimos como en casa.

We just loved our stay here! Our host was extremely hospitable, and made us feel so welcome. Breakfast was amazing, and we felt so at home. Beautifully decorated, cosy stay, and excellent location! Loved it!

Loved everything about our stay in wonderful house. Very conveniently located but on a quiet street. Unusually but very cozy decorated. The host is most kind smile and very caring person. Breakfast was excellent.

De locatie was super, parkeren vooraf geregeld. We wilden iets langer dan 24 uur, ook dat werd geregeld. Mooie kamer op de tweede verdieping. Airco was heel fijn gezien de zomerse temperatuur. Bed is altijd heel persoonlijk, maar wij hebben goed geslapen. Het ontbijt was met heel veel zorg, aandacht en liefde bereid, echt heerlijk! Andrei, super bedankt voor het heerlijke verblijf!

Attention to detail is exceptional. Every item placed in your room is thoughtful

There was a buzz felt like under the bed every one minute or so. Once you nodded off you didn’t hear it but it made it harder to fall asleep. Couldn’t locate the source and you can’t really hear it until all is peaceful and you’re lying quietly. Don’t mention on check out as other guests were there too and it didn’t over shadow a beautiful stay.

Beliggenheden er fantastisk for Brugge og det er nemt at komme til og komme rundt i midtbyen fra. Andrei er imødekommende og en virkelig god vært. Vi ville have givet ham og stedet mange flere stjerner hvis vi kunne. Værelserne er store og det er tænkt på alt. Selvom finish sagtens kunne have været bedre, så gør det ikke noget fordi resten af stedet vejer rigeligt op for det. Hvis/når vi kommer til Brugge igen, så skal vi helt sikkert bo her!

Andrei ist ein großartiger Gastgeber, der sich Zeit genommen hat um uns sehr herzlich in Empfang zu nehmen, jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung stand und uns tolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben hat. Das Zimmer ist außergewöhnlich, sehr komfortabel und wir haben uns die ganze Zeit willkommen gefühlt und unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Für das Frühstück sollte man sich Zeit nehmen, da es mit sehr viel Liebe hergerichtet ist man hier merkt, wie viel Spaß Andrei hat, seinen Gästen eine besondere Zeit zu schenken. Ganz lieben Dank, wir werden es weiter empfehlen ☺️

De gastvrijheid, geen moeite is teveel, de locatie en het fantastische pand. Super ontvangst met een heerlijk drankje.Oog voor detail, alles klopt!

Emplacement génial. On peut tout visiter à pied. La déco style baroque est très originale. La chambre très grande avec salon attenant est très confortable. Petit déjeuner très copieux sucré salé.

Rien à part la barrière de la langue. Mais c'est vraiment un détail. Ça fait partie du dépaysement

Au prix que coûte un nuit , je trouve ça exagéré que l’on doivent payé en plus pour boire l’un sachet de thé qu’il y a dans la chambre ( 1€) ou également les boissons qui sont dans le frigo. Sinon , tous le reste était parfait !

El hospedaje fue realmente fantástico. Andrei fue muy amable en todo momento. El Bed & Breakfast tiene una ubicación privilegiada. En pleno centro de Brujas pero en una calle silenciosa lejos del bullicio. Fue un acierto haber reservado con Andrei, es el mejor hospedaje en el que nos hemos quedado. El desayuno espectacular. El nivel de detalles y sofisticación fue muy elevado y superó nuestras expectativas en todos los aspectos. Estamos muy agradecidos.

Zeer vriendelijke gastheer! De kamer was ruim en mooi ingericht. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en uitgebreid. Parkeerplaats beschikbaar dichtbij de accomodatie en alle bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Wij vonden het een geweldig verblijf en kunnen het iedereen aanbevelen.

Nous avons adoré l'emplacement de cette chambre sur la Place des Héros en ce 1er mai. Plein de très bonnes adresses tout autour et pour couronner le tout le super marché du samedi au.pas de la porte 😀. Très propre ! Déco super sympa et cuisine très complète et fonctionnelle !!

The location is excellent for exploring Bruges. The breakfast provided was high-quality, fresh, and delicious. Additionally, the host was notably more polite and welcoming on the second day of our stay.

The check-in experience was unprofessional due to intrusive questioning regarding my nationality and residence permit details, which exceeded standard registration requirements. Furthermore, prior communication was blunt. When I asked about a small hospitable gesture for my partner’s birthday, the host explicitly stated that "nothing is complimentary" and lectured me about the price being lower due to my Genius discount. It is highly unprofessional to link basic hospitality to the discount provided by the platform. Lastly, future guests should know that the sauna requires an additional fee, which was not clearly stated beforehand.

L’accueil fut très chaleureux, le petit‑déjeuner exceptionnel et la chambre majestueuse. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la discrétion de nos hôtes, alliée à une disponibilité irréprochable. Le lit, très grand et extrêmement confortable, a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. L’hébergement est idéalement situé au cœur du centre historique, un véritable atout. La place de parking (en supplément), dans un parking couvert et sécurisé, est également très appréciable. Tout était absolument parfait.

What a beautiful property. It had beautiful decor that went well with our whole Brugge experience.Andrei was an incredible host. The breakfast was lovely. I have stayed in Brugge 5 times now and this was the best place by far.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. The only thing I would say they should include water and coffee in the room instead of charging 1 euro. Maybe incorporate in the price of the stay. That may or not be a problem for others but I would have liked this included.

Andrei is the consummate host! Everything was jut perfect from the prosecco, strawberries, fresh cut sausage welcome to the embossed chocolates when we left. Breakfast was as appealing to the eyes as it was delicious. This is definitely a hidden gem.

Where do I start? My girlfriend and I stayed here over Valentines weekend. This property was incredible from the beginning to the end. From the perfect location to the incredible hosts (Andrej and Marnik) they made us feel like we were at home. The breakfast was amazing and there such a wide range of continental options. The location was perfect right in the heart of Bruges, within walking distance of everything. The room was truly perfect, the fireplace kept the room toasty and warm at night and the bathroom/shower was perfect. The hosts were amazing and suggested to us many places to visit and restaurants to try, we cannot thank them enough <3 We would come back here no matter what, and have suggested to all our friends and family they must visit!!!

In diesem Haus zu übernachten ist super und ein Erlebnis. Kein gewöhnliches Hotel. Viele liebevolle Details bei der Einrichtung. Schönes großes Zimmer und sehr persönlicher Empfang und Betreuung durch den Eigentümer. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker. Wenn man in dem kleinen Hotel die Chance hat ein Zimmer zu bekommen, sollte man es buchen. Wenn man vorher einen Stellplatz bucht, kann man sein Auto in einem Parkhaus unterstellen.

La décoration était particulièrement plaisante et le service plus que bien. Nous avons eu un petit déjeuner de Reines avec le lit qui l’accompagne. Le logement est placé à 2 minutes à pieds du plein centre de bruges. Nous avons eu accès à tout très vite et avons pu visiter efficassement. Et biensur, icing on the cake, Notre ôte, Andrei, était d’un accueil agréable et poli. Il était a disposition pour toutes nos questions. Un Homme de classe et distingué. Rien à redire ❤️

Sehr schönes Ambiente. Ein super freundlicher Gastgeber, der ein ganz hervorragendes Frühstück bereitet hat. Die persönliche Atmosphäre war angenehm und wir haben uns willkommen gefühlt. Badewanne und Dusche im Zimmer, schade, dass wir keine Zeit hatten, beides zu nutzen. Jeden Tag wurde unser Zimmer hergerichtet und die Handtücher gewechselt. Am Abfahrtstag haben wir sogar eine Stunde früher zum Frühstück kommen können.

L'emplacement en plein cœur, et pourtant très calme, est génial. Le logement est magnifiquement décoré, propre, spacieux, avec une chambre/séjour cosy chic. Andrei est un hôte très attentionné. Un verre de bienvenue est offert. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et goûteux, composé de fruits frais de saison (premières fraises), de fromages locaux. Un délicieux thé vert, en vrac, servi eń théière de fonte, la classe... Plusieurs jus de fruits frais sont proposés. La table est dressée avec goût. Spacieuse douche à l'italienne. Abondant linge de toilette et peignoir, on se croit dans un hôtel de luxe.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist kaum zu toppen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, total liebevoll gestaltet und eingerichtet und als Highlight bei der kühlen Witterung mit einem (Gas) Kamin ausgestattet. Als Highlight hat das unglaublich tolle Frühstück seinen Eindruck bei uns hinterlassen. Der Gastgeber hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben und uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben. Optimal auch die Parkmöglichkeit in der Parkgarage ein paar Häuser weiter.

Andrei's hospitality and attention to detail during our stay was EXCEPTIONAL. Allowing us in early, gracing us with a welcome prosecco at the most beautiful boutique bar and dining area and taking our bags upstairs was such a lovely welcome. His hotel is top quality throughout, his taste in decor is incredible and the breakfasts were amazing.

There was nothing to not like. The vibe, greeting, food and rooms were all an perfection. I have never stayed at an place with an service this good and It would be an mistake to stay at any other place in Brūgge. Absolute amazing.

Our experience was fantastic. The accommodation was outstanding, beautifully decorated and with every little detail carefully thought out to ensure a wonderful stay. The location couldn’t be better. And what can we say about Andrei and his husband? The best hosts you could possibly imagine — warm, welcoming, and always attentive. We are absolutely delighted with Bruges and with this guesthouse. Andrei is a fantastic host. We had the best breakfast ever in his small hotel. Our room downstairs was very cozy with an artificial fire place, nicely decorated with our own christmas tree and a sauna in the backyard. The location of the hotel couldn’t be any better in Brugge, centrally located yet absolutely quiet, and even had a private parking place. We would love to come back one day.
