Alles ist absolut wie auf den Fotos. Für ein B&B super Frühstück mit einem klasse Kaffeeautomaten. Außerhalb der Frühstückszeiten kostet er zwar eine Kleinigkeit, das ist aber absolut gerechtfertigt. Alles da, selbst Weingläser für den Abend. Wir sind absolut zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

La camera, trovandosi in una specie di sottotetto con travi a vista, non mi è sembrata comodissima nè ariosa, e, vista la mancanza di ascensore, con il trolley non è stata proprio facile da raggiugere. Inoltre, ho avuto l'impressione guardando ad alcuni elementi del bagno e alla mancanza di un piano d'appoggio nella stanza - anche una semplice sedia in più - è che manchi un pò di manutenzione ma anche di interesse nel rendere piacevole il soggiorno e trasparente la comunicazione sul sito (in particolare nella scelta delle foto delle stanze). La colazione infine mi è parsa un pò povera, con un caffè pessimo, e poco attenta ai bisogni di persone con intolleranze: una fetta di torta senza lattosio avrebbe contato tanto. Un vero peccato dato il prezzo

Excellent location with direct metro link to the city centre. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast choices. Super easy to get the card of the room and info about the place, area and city and recommendations.

La atención desde que llegamos fue espectacular, el desayuno muy variado y completo, nuestro cuarto siempre estuvo ordenado cuando llegábamos de pasear, mil veces recomendado gracias por su atención no nos pudimos despedir porque salimos muy temprano por nuestro vuelo pero regresaremos en algún momento

La zona colazione proprio davanti la camera🙄 ma una doppia porta rende abbastanza isolati. Un consiglio si potrebbe mettere uno specchio lungo nella stanza 😅

No puedo hablar del desayuno, ya que no pude comprobarlo por la mala experiencia de la 1º noche. ya que tuvimos que abandonar la habitaciona las 5 de la mañana por CHINCHES en la cama.

Encontramos chinches en la cama y en la habitación durante la primera noche (14 de agosto del 2026). Nos despertamos de madrugada, intentamos contactar varias veces con el alojamiento y nadie respondió. Tuvimos que recoger nuestras cosas y marcharnos sobre las 5 de la mañana. Por miedo a trasladar las chinches a otro alojamiento y extender la plaga, decidimos cancelar nuestras vacaciones y regresar directamente a España. Al llegar tuvimos que limpiar y desinfectar nuestras pertenencias y el coche. Posteriormente tampoco hemos recibido ninguna llamada, disculpa ni solución por parte del alojamiento y nos han cobrado la estancia completa, pese a haber tenido que abandonarla la primera noche. Tenemos fotografías y registros de las llamadas que documentan lo ocurrido. Una experiencia absolutamente inaceptable. De lo mas decepcionante es que ha día de hoy (17 de agosto del 2026) NO hemos recibido aun ninguna llamada del establecimiento. Es un claro ejemplo, de que nosotros fue por insectos, pero si ocurre otra cosa, que tengan en cuenta los huéspedes que el HOTEL de 4 estrellas (así se anuncia), no van a recibir ninguna llamada ni solución

Colazione un po' scarsa, migliorabile sicuramente. Struttura in generale un po' rumorosa.

Acomodação muito boa, limpa organizada, boa localização, muito perto do metrô. Tem um comércio muito bom no entorno.

Muito bom o café da manhã, funcionários simpáticos e prestativos.

Svidio nam se doručak, osoblje.. pa čak nam se svidjela i pozicija, nije na pješačkoj udaljenosti od centra, ali je na 2 min od metro stanice, a svakako si u Lisabonu stalno u metrou. Za one koji ne misle često biti u centru, nego više obilaziti sve što Lisabon nudi, odlična opcija.

Limpeza.

A acomodação não tem um letreiro na rua, nada que possa configura-lo como um hotel. Não tem elevador nem recepção, apenas escadas, e o café da manhã além de ser muito fraco, não há reposição dos itens. Se você não for o primeiro a tomar café, esqueça, não terá mais. Não deveria entrar na categoria de hotel.

Gostei da arquitetura dos quartos, cama aconchegante.

Muitas escadas, sem acessibilidade para quem vai com idoso ou crianças, como foi meu caso; não havia reposição no café da manhã; e não tinha edredom, tive que pedi e não entregaram. Eu mesma tive que pegar no depósito. Localização ruim.

L’appartement était très bien, très propre, avec la climatisation très agréable. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par l’hôte. Le petit déjeuner était simple mais efficace.

Le seul bémol était le bruit. Il y avait des travaux à côté de l’immeuble et l’appartement est mal insonorisé.

Location is minutes walk to Rato station. It was on a quiet street, yet not far from main road. It felt safe walking around the location. Room was as described and expected. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was basic, but sufficient. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Some more hooks to hang clothes and towels would be useful.

Comunicação e recepção. E além de cobrança de taxa de 25 euros, taxa essa que tem que ser pago em dinheiro por chegar após as 24:00hs, por atraso do voo e do transfer que foi pago por mim, pois no anúncio diz que tem o transfer do aeroporto, mas quando vc fecha a estadia, aí é comunicado que o transfer somente a partir de 8 diárias. Além de ter que subir escadas com as malas sem ajuda, sendo eu e meu marido idosos.

La pulizia e la gentilezza dello staff

La colazione era di scarsa qualità, soprattutto l'acqua sembrava essere sporca, non filtrata. I dolci erano industriali e di pessima qualità anche per glistandard di una colazione internazionale in una struttura estera. La stanza è disorganizzata. L'assenza di un armadio o di qualsiasi tipo di mensola ci ha costretti a sistemare le nostre magliette negli zaini: inaccettabile. Non era possibile appendere gli asciugamani in bagno, anche se devo dire che lo staff si è prodigato per cambiarli appena ne avevamo necessità. In generale, il mobilio e l'organizzazione della stanza non sono funzionali.

Sehr gemütlich. Die Frühstücksauswahl ist völlig ausreichend! Die Lage ist super; nur wenige Schritte zur U-Bahn bzw. Zu vielen Bushaltestellen. Wir kommen wieder!

Ruime en hele schone kamer. Vriendelijk personeel dat meteen voor je klaarstaat.

We moesten even zoeken waar we moesten zijn. En het bed was heel wiebelig en onstabiel, maar we hebben toch prima geslapen.

Recepção da Sra Marta, somos da 3a idade, fomos recebidas com ela muito agitada para dar as informações, nao tivemos um bom acolhimento. Acomodações são boas, cama confortável, mas tem muitos objetos que acumula muito po e a cama deveria estar cheia de ácaro, momentos em que dava crises de alergia, eu e minha amiga tivemos crise de rinite. No quarto tem uma parede com decoração de argila e madeira o que provoca acúmulo de pó, tapetes de tecido p que provoca acúmulo de ácaros.

We checked in late and were welcomed and well informed. Amazing breakfast.

Firstly and foremost, as a solo female traveller, it was my priority to stay in a safe environment - and this one truly met my expectations. If you are into food (restaurants, brunches, coffee shops), many trendy options are within 10-20 minutes walk. As of the room: it was very clean. Beds were comfy, outside it was a bit noisy, but not too much. The bathroom had towels hangers - which means that the hotel acted on the few "minus points" expressed through google reviews. Also: no bed bugs, which made me very happy. Bonus: staff went above and beyond. Even if due to traffic I arrived after the check in window, communication was flawless. Not to mention when the electricity went off in my room: they immediately called a specialist who spent the full weekend to fix it.

Nothing I didn't like. Breakfast was very minimal - but then again this is not an hotel. I was happy with having the option of nature unsweetened yoghurts.

The room was nice, comfortable, clean and quite big. Basic toiletries supplied. Nice touch is the small fridge in the room and air conditioning. The room itself was by far the best bit about this B & B.

Location was a little bit far out from the main Lisbon centre. There is no sign outside and it just looks like an ordinary building. Hotel has a lot of noise from building works in the immediate area, traffic noise from the nearby busy road and low aircraft frequency. It was not a restful place to stay. Flooring was wooden, everything can be heard around the inside from other rooms and movement. We were disturbed on our first 3 nights by the next door room returning late and talking /shouting loudly. & walking up & down in their room. Breakfast was poor. Very beige, with mainly breads, pastries, a couple of cereal choices & cake. Limited with more healthy choices, just a few cherry tomatoes, grapes & sometimes a couple of fruits. Seemed to depend who was doing the morning service as to whether items were replenished or not. We had a couple of days (during 5 night stay) where we had virtually nothing to choose from. Cheese was pre cut and dried up. Just one basic ham type meat. No egg. Daughter being vegetarian struggled and had mainly a cheese roll. Not very nutritional. Coffee machine was awful & undrinkable coffee! We feel more critical of the breakfast having just stayed at another property in Porto where breakfast was exceptional, with multiple fresh fruits, cereals, nuts, juices etc. We had a power cut one evening which really spoilt our night. We had returned to our room early to relax / read / get a shower. It was not dealt with well. My daughter spoke to the manager who basically said it would be sorted in “5 minutes” and fobbed her off. An hour later and now sat in the dark I went down to get an update. The manager had gone but the electrician said they were waiting for a part (10pm on Saturday night). I asked if we could be updated as we were not given any other light / torch or options. We were unable to shower ( too dark), no TV or able to do much!

Super Lage, Parkhaus für 12.50 Euro um die Ecke, Metro Station um die Ecke und die Endstation der historischen Tram 28E ist auch nicht weit. So kann man sich einen Premiumplatz am Fenster leicht ergattern. ;) Ansonsten war das Zimmer gut ausgestattet mit Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank, eine großzügige Dusche und genug Platz für Koffer. Unser Zimmer war auch direkt am Frühstücksraum, aber durch eine Zwischentür im Zimmer war das überhaupt kein Problem mit der Lautstärke morgens (das haben manche ja kritisiert). Das Frühstücksbuffet war klein, aber fein.

Tassen für den Kaffee fehlten, und die Kaffeemaschine war so lala. Aber insgesamt haben wir nicht viel zu beanstanden.

La ubicación es excelente, la habitación super cómoda y muy espaciosa. Muy recomendable si vas a quedarte varios dias en Lisboa. El desayuno es aceptable.

Uçak günü değişikliği üzerine rezervasyon öncesi günlerde yer olmadığından aynı tarihlerde başka bir otelde daha kaldım. İki otel arasındaki farklar yönüyle değerlendirme yapacağım. Diğer otel klasik bir oteldi. O otelden de özellikle temiz oluşu ve konumu sebebiyle ziyadesiyle memnun kaldım. The Poscard Lizbon ise ev sıcaklığındaydı. Ancak taş yapı olması sebebiyle dışarının sıcaklığını içeriye almadığından serindi. Yatak ve yastıklar çok rahattı. Banyo çok temizdi. Çalışanlara her rastladığınızda içten gülüşleri güzeldi. Kahvaltı yeterliydi ve sonrasında meyve ve kekleri kahvaltı salonunda bırakmaları da güzeldi. Konum olarak da çok iyi. Toplu taşımaya çok yakın. Uber ile 8-9 Euro’ya havaalanından otele gelebiliyorsunuz. Çok memnun kaldım.

Vi opplevde et varmt og gjestfritt vertskap. Personalet var både hyggelige og serviceinnstilte, og bidro til et svært positivt opphold. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake ved en senere anledning.

Façade de l’immeuble sale et triste. Accueil, logement, petit déjeuner impersonnels. Petit déjeuner industriel, fruits pas mûrs, jus de fruits type oasis, boissons chaudes café thé au distributeur automatique. Pas de voilages aux fenêtres, vis à vis permanent sur le lit ou fermer les volets toute la journée. Accueil désagréable, je sortais de l’hôpital suite à un accident le matin, la personne nous accueillant s’est plainte de devoir porter une valise pendant que mon mari bougeait la voiture suite demande d’un voisin.

Un peu bruyant jusqu’à 22/23h lié à la circulation et aux Klaxons des portugais. Mais ce n’était pas dérangeant.

Das Frühstück war gut. Die Lage zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war gut. Selbst zu Fuß wäre vieles zu erreichen. Die Vermieterin war nett. Der kostenlose Transfer vom Flughafen war top.

Das Haus liegt in der Einflugschneise mit deutlich wahrnehmbarem Fluglärm. Und das Nachtflugverbot in Lissabon ist offensichtlich auch, wenn vorhanden, nur sehr eingeschränkt. Ein Handtuchwechsel scheint nicht vorgesehen zu sein, da ein auf den Boden gelegtes, deutlich sichtbar verschmutztes, Handtuch wieder über die Duschabtrennung gehängt wurde.

Do cuidado no geral, tudo muito limpo, camas confortaveis.

A charming place in a great location — clean, well-equipped bathroom, and a very welcoming host who gave us excellent local restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was fresh but quite limited

Breakfast was fresh but quite limited, and the coffee from the vending machine was unfortunately undrinkable. On our last morning, something seemed to have gone wrong — the coffee was even worse than usual. Don’t be fooled by the seemingly quiet surroundings: the area is actually quite noisy, and sleeping with the window open is out of the question. Inside, the attic floorboards creak so loudly we genuinely thought someone had broken into our room in the middle of the night — turned out to be the neighbors. A bit unsettling!

Obiekt blisko metra i przystanków autobusowych i tramwajowych. Jak dla nas wszystko było OK. Czysto, śniadania w zupełności wystarczające, miła obsługa, komfort i wyposażenie w porządku. Bardzo pomocny był transport z lotniska oraz możliwość przechowania bagaży po zdaniu pokoju z uwagi na kilkugodzinny czas oczekiwania na lot.

Taki malutki drobiazg, czasem budziła mnie włączająca się mała lodówka, która była w pokoju. Ale zbytnio to nie przeszkadzało.

La amabilidad del personal....dispuestos ayudar en todo momento. Gracias especiales a Marta y a Patricia. Las camas y almohadas deliciosas. ...se descansa muy bien después de largas caminatas.

Una recomendación.,dar dos llaves por habitación pues en nuestro caso. La perdimos y Marta tuvo q pasar a dejarnos una. . Y en la primera parte de la escalera haría falta un pasamanos.

O quarto era enorme, muito bem mobilado. Casa de banho pequena mas com tudo o que era necessário. Pequeno-almoço simples mas completo. Atendimento dos funcionários…

El desayuno es excepcional, y la ubicación es muy buena (a pasos del metro y de paradas de bus y tranvía). Marta fue muy amable con nosotros, nos dio datos para hacer turismo. También, ya que no pudieron recogernos en el aeropuerto a nuestra llegada, nos gestionaron el transporte para irnos! Y nos cuidaron el equipaje muchas horas. Es un lugar muy recomendado!

Le petit-déjeuner était très bien. La propreté était également parfaite. L’accueil était très bienveillant. Surtout un grand merci de nous avoir permis de laisser les bagages en lieu sûr afin que nous puissions profiter de la journée complète à Lisbonne avant notre départ pour l’aéroport.

Die interessanteste Gestaltung unseres Zimmers und die zentrale Lage der Unterkunft haben uns sehr gut gefallen.

The location was pretty good, easy access to other sites

The bed was like laying a slab of concrete. I brought it up with the host who never replied back to me, but it seemed like there was another very thin mattress topper on the bed when we returned for the day. Overall the comfort of the room was pitiful and was really disappointed. I would have booked somewhere else honestly. The breakfast was very basic and serviceable.
