I feel bad ringing bell all the time to get in and out, better if you can access it yourself.

La connexion internet est horrible dans la chambre Les visites sont interdites sous peine de sanction et d'amende et même si vous prenez une chambre pour 2 la deuxième personne doit payer 600 pesos par nuit ce qui est indiqué nulle part avant le check-in Le fait de pas pouvoir rentrer et sortir comme on veut car on a pas la clé de la porte principale Impossible de rester dehors et profiter du décor car envahi de moustiques sûrement à cause des bassin de carpes

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026A true home away from home! The staff are exceptionally polite, warm, and always willing to help. Our room was amazingly spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The beautifully manicured garden just outside our room added to the relaxing atmosphere. The surroundings were so peaceful and quiet that we were able to rest and sleep soundly. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back. Highly recommended!

I changed my flight and arrived at 2am, it is still someone quickly open the door receiving me and did check in. Hotel surrounded with fast food restaurant and health drug store and and bookstore not far away. I don’t have too much time to explore, but so far is all good. Thanks for the hotel staff.
If the room with charger or charging cable will be more convenient for the guest. The air conditioner in the room makes big noises. Their phone no. left on booking.com is unable to reach

Reviewed Apr 12, 2026We loved the most is the privacy and the parking space for our car. We also do love that we have kitchenette area in our room and it is very spacious. The cozy vibe especially in the morning while doing my laundry was the best. The location is nearby to most shops like Jollibee, S&R and groceries.
We just have one thing that we didn’t liked is the noise from the aircon. It makes this loud generator sound in which didn’t helped when we needed to sleep at night.

Sadece 6 özel odası olan butik bir tesis. Ana bina 1957 senesinde inşa edilmiş ve şu anda işletenlerin doğduğu ev . Orijinalliği bozulmadan muhafaza edilmiş . Bahçe o kadar güzel ki neredeyse günümüzün büyük bölümünü orada geçirdik . Tam anlamıyla müze ev burası . Çevrede vakit geçirilebilecek yerler , restaurantlar ve güzel bir alışveriş merkezi var . Telefonumuza GRAB taksi uygulamasını yükledik . Şehrin her yerine taksiyle ortalama 5-10 dolar civarında ulaşabildik . Sahipleri Rick ve eşi Carrie bizi kendi evlerinde misafir ediyorlarmış gibi ilgilendiler . Çok güzel duygular yaşadık ve olağanüstü mutlu olduk , Filipinler’e geliyorsanız burada misafir olun

Reviewed Dec 16, 2025Great facilities, had full use of the outdoor garden spaces to chill and relax. Room was big and well equipped, along with a shared kitchen area, although I did not cook anything during my stay. Staff was friendly and helpful, despite a bit of a language barrier.
The blanket specifically was not as comfortable as a hotel, but it was sufficient to sleep. It was a bit annoying to buzz the security to enter and leave the premises as well.

Staff; Ivan, MJ and JJ were at our beck and call 24/7, plus are very hard working, honest and trustworthy. Cleanliness is a priority, homeliness, garden and landscape behind the boundary walls isolate you from the hustle and bustle of.the busy street life of Metro Manila.
Hard to say; we had the best room in the complex.
