Lisbon Wine House - Rooms & Suites

The hotel was situated in a very convienent position to get me to everywhere. There was a metro at the end of the road and nearby tram stops. Some very good restaurants at the end of the road, supermarkets and everything was so easy and accessable. Great place to stay!

i was there for 6 days most people only stay a couple of days and the breakfast was repetative but thats about it.

Die Weinbar direkt vor dem Zimmer und die Ruhe im Hotel haben uns gefallen. Auch unser eigenes Bad auf dem Zimmer war toll. Zusätzlich schön, dass wir im Hotel mit Auswahl frühstücken konnten. Bei der Abreise gab es zufälligerweise sogar einen freien Parkplatz direkt vor der Türe, so dass wir unser temporär gelagertes Gepäck direkt einladen konnten. Die nächstgelegene Metro Haltestelle Intendente ist in maximal fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Restaurant-Empfehlung in direkter Nähe ist das NORLING Restaurante & Bar.

Auf dem Hinweg vom Bus auf jeden Fall die lange Steintreppe wegen Junkies vermeiden. Vielleicht hatten wir jedoch auch nur ein schlechtes Timing gegen 17:00. Das Zimmer, das Bett sowie das Bad sind für zwei Personen mit Koffer kuschelig und eher zu klein. Alle während unserer Anwesenheit genannten Mängel auf dem Zimmer wurden zwar aufgenommen aber weder inspiziert noch Instand gesetzt. Für das Frühstück hätten wir uns mehr Aufmerksamkeit der Angestellten gewünscht, auch wenn wir verstehen können, dass die alleinige Betreuung von kleinen Gästegruppen über drei Stunden hinweg herausfordernd sein mag. Leider wurde die leere Flasche Portwein nicht durch eine Volle ersetzt.

Die lage ist in einer eher dreckigen seitenstrasse, aber man ist schnell in der innenstadt (20-30min laufen). Die zimmer waren sauber, jedoch sehr klein. Das personal ist nur morgens vornort, ansonsten verläuft alles online. Das zimmer sah aus wie auf den fotos und war schön eingerichtet, jedoch war es kleiner als erwartet. Die kommunikation per mail/whatsapp war schnell.

Das bett ist eher klein und zu zweit eher unkonfortabel. Wir waren 4 nächte da, und hatten viele kleider dabei, leider gibt es im zimmer keinen stauraum/schränke. Das bad war extrem klein. Vorallem die Duschkabine hatte kaum platz zum drehen. Wenn man etwas korpulenter ist, kriegt man die duschtüre nicht zu!! Der Duschkopf selbst war extrem verkalkt und nässte das ganze bad jedesmal ein. Das toilettenpapier ist sehr dünn, und es hat eher wenig. Die zimmer sind extrem hellhörig, man hört die ganze nacht durch wie gäste kommen/gehen, vorallem das öffen/schliessen der türen liess uns immer wieder nachts aufschrecken

Desgraciadamente lo que paso es que tuvimos muchas chinches en la cama, esta era la tercera vez que iba a este lugar y ahora si estuvo fatal, claro nos devolvieron el costo , pero mi hija acabo en un consultorio medico por la reacción alérgica tan fuerte que tuvo. Y solo fue una noche. Pongan atención en esto.

Oikein hyvä majoitus muutamaksi yöksi! Kerrossänky yllättävän mukava. Hyvä tyyny ja kunnon peitto eikä pelkästään lakanaa. Ilmastointi. WiFi toimi ongelmitta. Yleisesti siistiä kaikkialla. Henkilökuntaa ei aina fyysisesti paikan päällä, mutta Whatsappilla helppo olla yhteydessä ja kaikki henkilökunnan jäsenet whatsapissa/kasvotusten oli ystävällisiä. Selkeät ohjeet sisäänkirjautumiseen yms. Huoneen ulkopuolella oleva erillinen kylpyhuone oli itseasiassa aika kiva ratkaisu! Kylpyhuone on huonekohtainen minne oma avain. Sijainti aavistuksen sivussa ydinkeskustasta, mutta silti kävelymatkan päässä. Hyvät kengät vain jalkaan ja pyörimään ympäri kaupunkia!

Äänieristys huono. Pääosin hiljainen ja rauhallinen, mutta joka aamu klo 7 jälkeen käytävillä kova liikenne ja meteli mikä kantautui selkeästi huoneeseen korvatulpista huolimatta. Aamupala ravintola sijaitsi huoneen lähellä, johtuiko siitä? Suihkukoppi aika pieni / ahdas. Jääkaappi huoneessa olisi ollut kiva lisä.

Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione in quanto vicino alla struttura era presente un'ottima pasticceria. Il personale praticamente non lo abbiamo mai visto. I contatti marginali con loro sono stati positivi.

The room was very cute and clean. The location was perfect as it was so close to everything. Location felt sketchy at first but we didnt really see or experience anything that feels unsafe. The contactles check in was very smooth. We also absolutely love their little wine/balcony area on the 1st floor. We hang out there at night eating our ice cream

I dont think i saw that there was no elevator in the building or i would have not booked it (but this was the last thing i booked for our trip so its also very possible i missed it). Our room was on the 4th floor and having 3 kids and 4 luggages that was not an easy task, esp with very steep stairs.

Super hôtel, tout y est facile. L'accès autonome et le fait qu'il y ait des boîtes à clés permettent de laisser sa clé de chambre en sécurité. Espace sympa et bien agencé. Le personnel est très agréable et accessible. Chambre propre et correspondant à la description. La localisation est très bien, accès via métro parfait.

L'insonorisation n'est pas top, on entend énormément les autres marcher dans les couloirs, parler... et on entend aussi les bruits extérieurs (klaxons...). C'est un peu dommage, mais à part ça tout était parfait.

La camera economy, al piano terra, non ha i requisiti per essere abitabile, a mio avviso. Evitatela.

Although it was no staff, information was given throughly and everything was easy to access or figure out.

No lift. The breakfast was bland.

Tualeto durys neužsidarinėjo, dušo kabina ant tiek maža, kad neįmanoma buvo pasilenkti ir nuplauti kojas. Ant stalo buvo padėtas stiklinis vandens butelis, kuris buvo įskylės. Stalo lempa sulūžusi. Labai nepriziuretas kambaris.

Avevamo letto alcune recensioni negative, soprattutto riguardo alla pulizia, quindi siamo arrivate con qualche perplessità. Invece siamo rimaste piacevolmente sorprese: la stanza era in ordine e abbiamo trovato tutto pulito e ben sistemato. Anche l’esperienza con lo staff è stata molto positiva: tutte le nostre richieste sono state soddisfatte rapidamente e con grande gentilezza. Anche quando abbiamo avuto bisogno di contattare la struttura tramite WhatsApp, abbiamo sempre ricevuto risposte molto cortesi e tempestive

Purtroppo la struttura non dispone di ascensore. Per noi, essendo giovani, non è stato un problema, ma per persone con difficoltà o limitazioni nella mobilità potrebbe essere molto impegnativo raggiungere le camere ai piani superiori.

La terraza Las camas

Muy lejos del centro y de las atracciones turísticas. Al no ser el camino plano se complica sobre todo el regreso al alojamiento. Tal vez no volvería a alojarme por una cuestión de distancia, porque los servicios son muy buenos.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel: zowel contact met de accommodatie per telefoon, mail als via whatsapp, maar ook het onderhoudspersoneel. De acccommodatie ligt zeer gunstig voor een city-trip in Lissabon, en voorziet al het nodige in de kamers, zolang men geen extra luxe en comfort verlangt. Bedden zijn uitstekend!

De familiekamer is krap voor 4 personen, en de douche heeft wat onderhoud nodig. Er is geen lift, dus de bagage moet langs de - behoorlijk steile - trap naar boven gedragen worden.

Comfortable beds, AC was great for the summer, and nice cleanliness.

I wish there were slippers as the bathrooms were external. AC would only turn on if in the room.

Lisbon wine house was a good stay and located well and easily accessible. we loved our stay where we got a good blend of local portuguese culture

The climb to level 4 was difficult

This is more of a hostel than a hotel. If you are good with very small rooms that have beautiful murals and tiny bathrooms and very little customer service, then this is the place for you. The level of cleanliness is also questionable, as there was long hairs on one of the pillows and the top sheet. Communication is via email and Whatsapp, no front desk check in, instead you are emailed a code to let yourself into the building and your room. There is no elevator, so good luck carrying your luggage up a narrow stair case. There is no ice in the building and poor communication on amenities. They provide just one room key and the second card is to purchase wine from a vending machine on the first floor terrace. Our room door key card sensor battery was dying on the last night and made an intermittent mechanical noise all night. I reported this before bedtime but only got a response the next morning, tell me there is nothing wrong with the door. The safe did not work and sound proofing is very poor. Noise from other guests going up and down the stairs and noise from the room above. The location is convenient to the metro stop, and besides the pretty murals, the only other redeeming factor. Definitely not worth the money and not a do over. Try Hotel Britania Art Deco, it was amazing! A real hotel with customer service and a front desk person. :) In fact, try any other hotel!

Questionable level of cleanliness, too much noise in the hostel, homeless people in the area outside, there is only self check-in, no elevator. no ice machine, no refrigerator in room, lack of response on communicating.

Las fáciles de acceso.

Las toallas estaban sucias tenían manchas de humedad. El wáter estaba roto la tapadera lo comentamos y nos dijeron que al día siguiente vendrían a arreglarla y nunca llegaron. Hay días que no hicieron la habitación y la limpieza fatal tenían cosas de no haber limpiado mecheros en el suelo.... Cristales rotos con el peligro de cortarse.... El aire acondicionado no funcionaba

La habitación muy bonita estuvimos en la habitación del ático y estaba limpia. Muy cómoda!! Con un vino de gran calidad de bienvenida!!! La zona de alrededor cerca de los sitios para visitar yendo andando. Tema seguridad como cualquier barrio de Lisboa, en una ciudad como todas las de Europa.

Al no haber ascensor las escaleras son un poco inclinadas, pero nada más☺️

Insgesamt sehr gut. Frühstück: ausreichend vorhanden, nichts außergewöhnliches. Lage zum nächsten U-Bahnhof perfekt. Spätis liegen auf dem kurzen Weg, falls man noch Getränke benötigt.

Das Zimmer war doch recht beengt und hellhörig. Frühstück: Brötchen hätten etwas größer sein können, mehr Auswahl an frischem Obst, Hintergrundmusik wäre nett gewesen. Zum Flughafen mit U-Bahn etwas längere Fahrzeit, aber planbar, wenn man es weiß.

Das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss ist furchtbar. Wir konnten trotz angenehmen Aussentemperaturen das Fenster nicht öffnen, da es direkt sm der Strasse und dem Gehsteig lag. Jeder könnte einsteigen.

Ambiente pulito, moderno ma nello stesso tempo con una propria identità locale. Ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio e accolti. Siamo stati veramente bene!

Abbiamo avuto un po' di difficoltà a comunicare essendo italiani la nostra lingua non era conosciuta ma ammettiamo che è una nostra mancanza non conoscere bene almeno l'inglese.

The staff helped me via WhatsApp more than once and they were quick and helpful. The room was small but had everything I needed. Very comfy beds and cold AC! It’s about a 15/20 min walk to Commerce Square, but the walk requires no hills whatsoever which is rare for Lisbon.

Great Location 15 min to City Center vary handy no need to take publictransport much.

Bathroom door was not able to close it it keeps sliding open. Shower cabin a bit small but I guess not much you can do. Bathroom floor was squeaky and can wake up family at night. Not having a small fridge and kettle was not great for us. No wardrobes to hang a or put clothes so it felt a bit small.

Exceptionly clean and nicely decorated. The cleaning staff we met helped us with a tricky situation and were very friendly and helpful. It was very good value for money.

Personally we didn't like the area which was in our opinion very run down and a long way from the old town. No reflection on the Winehouse which was very nicely presented and looked and was very good.

Hyvä sijainti, metropysäkki noin 100 metrin päässä, eikä matka keskustaan ole mahdoton kävellenkään. Aamiainen oli mainio, missä kaikki tarvittava. Viinikortti oli mukava lisä, millä sai lunastettua lasilliset käytävän automaatista. Majoitus oli myös todella hiljainen ja rauhallisella alueella. Majoituksen ympäristössä useita ravintoloita.

Strømmen gikk av og på i utider, så rommet ble aldri kaldt på natta. Toalett døren låste seg, slik at vi ikke kom inn på badet. Du måtte holde inne vannkranen får å vaske hendene, så du kunne kun vaske en hand om gangen.

The shower pressure (on the first floor) was exceptional. The room had air-conditioning which made it comfortable in the evenings and at night. Two pillows per person, a firmer one and a softer one. The location was great, close to public transport even if not in the cleanest neighbourhood. The terrace was nice althought we didn't use it.

The mattress was firm, however it was with unisolated springs which made it difficult to sleep with someone else in the bed. The bathroom sink had an unexplicable airport-style faucet which made it difficult to to get enough water after brushing your teeth for example. The front door was often difficult to close, and the card reader did not work, I had to use the code every time. Bring earplugs, the first floor sound insulation isn't great and you can hear mid-night arrivals/departures Worst of all, I think the key to the door was broken or running out of battery, so it continued rumbling every 10 minutes throughout the entire night. I slept very poorly the last two nights of the stay because of this.

Fijn plekje in het hostel om buiten te zitten/zelf te ontbijten. Leuke kamer. Airco aanwezig.

Posizione ottima vicino al centro (Rossio raggiungibile a piedi in 10 - 15 minuti) e ben servita dai mezzi (stazione metro Intendente a 200 metri). Supermercati a 5 minuti a piedi. Struttura molto bella, ben curata e confortevole, ottima l’area comune con macchina caffè, acqua e vino (a pagamento ovviamente) e fantastica la terrazza comune, molto bella e curata ma soprattutto molto comoda per momenti di relax. Quartiere un po’ vecchio ma zona silenziosa e anche le camere sono ben insonorizzate. Camera molto comoda (la nostra aveva bagno in camera) e confortevole anche se un po’ piccola. Noi in 4 eravamo un po’ stretti ma abbiamo sfruttato balcone e la terrazza comune. Buona la colazione, ben fornita e di ottima qualità. Molto gentile e disponibile lo staff, presente solo al mattino altrimenti raggiungibile tramite telefono o whatsapp.

Se devo trovare un difetto sul nostro balcone c’era la caldaia che riscaldava acqua ed era un po’ rumorosa con finestre aperte.

A organização, a praticidade , o conforto , dos lençóis, das toalhas,a limpeza! Tomar café, ouvindo os passarinhos , ao ar livre…Excelente, com certeza,voltarei mais vezes!

We booked for 3 adults and one of the beds was a flimsy cot. The property listed this as a “family suite” and it was just a normal hotel room with a cot.

We loved the room and the facilities such as breakfast, the wine bar, and the private bathroom. Hallways and rooms were very clean and everyone was very nice.

There is a sewage smell that comes from the bathroom. The staff in the morning stay in the kitchen which felt a little like we were being babysat…but it just took some getting used to.

Praticidade no check in e check out. Apto muito limpo, com boas toalhas e roupa de cama. Linda decoração. Tudo lindo e novo. Boa localização.

There is a damp smell downstairs but our room upstairs was perfect.

De ligging van het hotel is een pluspunt: je wandelt in 15 minuten naar het stadscentrum. Het hotel zelf is eerder eenvoudig en wat verouderd. Er is geen lift aanwezig. Wij verbleven op het gelijkvloers, aan de straatkant. Hierdoor hadden we rechtstreeks zicht op de straat en was het moeilijk om het raam open te laten, aangezien voorbijgangers vlak langs het raam passeerden. Ook was er hierdoor heel wat geluid van buitenaf. Slapen met oordoppen. Onze vrienden verbleven op de bovenste verdieping. Omdat er geen lift is, moesten zij hun grote koffers via een smalle trap naar boven dragen, wat minder praktisch was. Voor een overnachting is dit hotel voldoende, maar persoonlijk zou ik er niet voor kiezen om hier een langere periode te verblijven. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook het ontbijt was lekker, niet uitgebreid. De ontbijtruimte is wel erg klein, met slechts een viertal tafeltjes. Wij waren gelukkig vroeg aanwezig, maar later zagen we andere gasten ongeveer 15 minuten wachten tot er een tafel vrijkwam. Door het slechte weer was buiten ontbijten op dat moment geen alternatief.

La douche de la salle de bain est très petite, pas très pratique pour des grandes personnes, petite terrasse avec les groupes de climatisation donc pas très calme.

La falta de un ascensor y la persona que estaba arriba de mí habitación, caminaba muy torpemente y era muy ruidoso. Otra cosa que me molestó fue que cuando hice la reserva era incluido el desayuno y cuando entregué la habitación, me cobraron euros 20 + 20 por persona por el desayuno que ya estaba incluido!! 😡

very nice and clear concept

The room and the bathroom was very small and without any view in the bottom floor. The automated checkin could be improved. Luckily for some reasons i get access information without following the booking.com process requesting tons of unusual and mostly redundant informations to a formular by a mobile phone. Customer should get a really big discount, when he does the work of an receptionist in his holiday!

Buona posizione, a 3 minuti dalla fermata della metro. Carina l'idea della cantinetta di vini. Ottima la possibilità di farsi un caffè senza dover usufruire del servizio colazioni.

Scale ripide e strette per salire ai piani. Sconsigliato se si hanno problemi di mobilità.

É um hotel muito charmoso e ao mesmo tempo familiar. A decoração com o tema vinícola está um pouco por todo o hotel e é possível saborear um copo de vinho no terraço ao final do dia. O pequeno-almoço vale muito a pena! Tudo fresco e com bastantes variedade. O staff é atencioso e simpático tal como a proprietária que dá sempre óptimas sugestões de restaurantes na zona.

Etablissement très bien situé pour parcourir Lisbonne à pieds. Chambres et salles de bains neuves et très propres. Agréable petite terrasse au 1er étage, où se trouve également la salle de petit déjeuner. Petit déjeuner à 12€ très bien, du choix et de bons produits.

Dans certaines chambres, la salle de bains privative se trouve à l'extérieur, et peuvent comporter deux lits simples séparés. Ce n'était pas très clair au moment de ma réservation sur booking, mais pour 1 jour ou 2 ça va très bien.

Heel fijn verblijf gehad. Locatie is goed, dichtbij het metrostation en anders loop je in 15-20 minuten naar het centrum. Ook genoeg leuke restaurants in de buurt. Schone kamer. Er is geen receptie, je checkt zelf in. Onze badkamerdeur was kapot, ze reageerden binnen 10 minuten op ons appje en kwamen het diezelfde dag repareren.

Kamers zijn vrij gehorig, wij werden een aantal keer wakker van andere gasten op dezelfde verdieping.

De ligging

Zeer kleine kamers. Maar dat hadden we kunnen weten. Er was geen plaats voor een stoel. Er was geen enkele kleerhanger. Alle kledij moest dus in de koffer blijven tijdens het hele verblijf. Personeel maar 2x gezien : bij in- en uitchecken. Bij uitchecken werd er nog niet eens opgekeken. Ontbijt : Dame de hele tijd met GSM aan het bellen. Buffet was bijna leeg hoewel we er waren op afgesproken uur. Fruit : 2 bruine bananen en 1 appel. Zelf moeten vragen achter beleg en koffie (die was ‘net’ op).

Me and my partner stayed in the hotel from the 4th to the 8th of May. The stay we had was unacceptable in many ways. Firstly, upon checking into room 201. We found a large amount of mould around the window, the safe wasn’t working and the hand towel was in bad condition. The mould caused us to change rooms that evening. This took time and added stress to what should be a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Once in the new room, 304, we found this room to have a faulty shower which sprayed a lot of water over the bathroom when using due to faulty pipes not being sealed. The hairdryer also barely worked and wasn’t unable to dry effectively. On top of this, we got a great deal of noise in the room, especially from the room above us but also from the bathroom and corridor next to our room - although some noise is to expected in hotels this hotel has the worst soundproofing of any hotel I’ve stayed in.
