Propriétaires très sympathiques, chaleureux. On a reçu un accueil très bienveillant. La chambre est très propre avec la climatisation. Il y a un petit patio très synaptique pour boire l’apéro (zone fumeur). A 15min du centre ville.

The hosts were amazing and so friendly, they gave us all the suggestions on what to do in the area etc. Bed was really comfortable and the shower had great pressure and hot water. Location is good (only 15mins into town) and 5 minutes from a Walmart.

My only comment would be a bed side lamp but that's me being picky.

The treatment from the staff is so lovely! I arrived at 5 am and they waited for me, and made sure my arrival was comfortable. Not many places do that! Everything I needed they were there for me, helped me with tips, and .. such friendly people! The room was clean, bed is comfortable and has 2 pillows (for me is fantástic!). Bathroom is simple but really works for a few days. AC working properly + fan in the silling. All good :)

Además, recibimos muchos consejos para visitar la zona y descubrir la gastronomía de Campeche. El alojamiento está en un barrio colorido cerca del centro. Repetiremos sin dudarlo :) Nos hemos sentido como en casa

Tres tres propre. Chambre avec ventilateur, pas seulement la clim. Acces à une petite cuisine, rien d extravagant, mais ca dépanne bien. Très calme, hôte accueillant. A 7 minutes à pied du Walmart, 15 min du zocalo. Eau chaude.

Pas d eau potable. Sur La terrasse, les tabourets de plastiques sont tellement inconfortables, aucune chaise acec dossiers de disponible, ni terrasse, ni chambre, ni cuisinette. De plus, on est assis avec les 3 grosses poubelles. Ce coin a pourtant du potentiel. La poibelle de la toulette n eat pas vidé quotidiennement. Aucune etagere pour defaire ma valise (un genre d etagere a chaussure en tissus inutile) , 1 seul cintre. C est un endroit fait pour rester 1 ou 2 nuits, pas plus. Tres basique.

Friendly hosts greeted me on arrival & gave me lots of info, quiet area, relatively new rooms & bathrooms- things work well, neat & clean, a 10-15 min walk to the main square. More like Airbnb than hotel.

No chair in room- so you must sit on bed, no desk- but there are 3 small shelves, small room, shared kitchen includes single stove top, mini fridge & kettle & sink & table & chairs- no microwave, very basic, hence why so cheap, cockroach and ants in bathroom, no hot water tap on bathroom or kitchen sink, soap & shampoo dispensers attached to the wall outside the shower, 30-40 minute walk from ADO bus terminal, toilet paper rubbish bin only bin in room and not changed during 2 night stay,

Sehr nette Besitzer, die dir bei allen Fragen helfen. Sehr ruhige Lage und Atmosphäre. Relativ kurze Wege in die Altstadt. Ein TV mit allen Möglichkeiten im Zimmer. ☺️

Elda e Luca mi hanno fatta sentire immediatamente a casa e dato un sacco di consigli preziosi! la stanza e le aree comuni sono comode e pulite, la zona è sicura e a pochi passi da lungomare, centro storico, supermercato, lavanderia, ristoranti, caffè, mercato… non avrei potuto chiedere di meglio :)

Das Besitzerpaar Elda & Luca waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, nahmen sich Zeit, um uns mit allem vertraut zu machen, sendeten uns Links mit Wissenswertem, zB Restaurant-Tipps. Persönlich, nur drei Gästezimmer im EG, ruhig, rückwärtiger Teil; fußläufig zum Zocaló. Bequemes Bett, AC & Deckenventilator, ansonsten kleines, schlichtes Zimmer & Bad, allerdings relativ große Dusche. Gemeinschafts-küche mit Basic-Ausstattung, kleiner Patio, Möglichkeit zum Wäscheauf-hängen, vorbildliche Mülltrennung.

Neben Deckenbeleuchtung wäre eine kleine Nachttischlampe und Ablage-möglichkeit (Korb zB) in Duschkabine wünschenswert. Küche: Flache Teller & Geschirrhandtuch bitte (- haben 2x dort gefrühstückt).

Sehr freundlicher und herzlicher Empfang, habe mich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Bei Fragen wurde gerne weitergeholfen. Das Zimmer ist einfach, aber groß genug für zwei Personen. Sehr bequemes Bett. Klimaanlage funktioniert bestens. Walmart direkt um die Ecke. In 15 Minuten ist man im Zentrum. Kühlschrank in der Küche kann benutzt werden.

Le séjour s'est très bien passé, l'hébergement est très propre et correspond à la description. Les hôtes sont très gentils et accueillants !

Le calme de l'endroit et la gentillesse du couple qui tient cette maison avec discrétion et attention. Elle toujours souriante et lui plus réservé mais tout deux très attentionnés. Le lit est neuf, j'ai eu la chance de l'inaugurer... Impeccable ! C'est la deuxième fois que je m'y pose un peu et si je reviens sur Campeche je ne changerai pas d'adresse.

Very nice hosts with lots of information about the city. Best shower I've found for a while! Nice little kitchen with basic equipment and free coffee, but they don't provide drinking water. Great location in a very Mexican neighbourhood, with restaurants close by, yet very walkable to the historic centre. A very comfortable stay.

I could hear the dogs pattering around above me whenever I was in the room. And I think the check out time is quite early compared to most places but those were the only things.

Proprietari super gentili, ci hanno fornito un sacco di informazioni utili per visitare la città. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere il centro e i principali servizi. La camera è pulita e l’aria condizionata funziona bene, come anche il wifi. Doccia grande. Le zone comuni sono ben fornite e pulite.

In realtà funziona tutto molto bene così com’è, l’unico consiglio che potrei dare è quello di fornire un mobiletto in più per poggiare le valigie

Lucas and Elda were so friendly, sincere and welcoming. The property is clean with comfortable double bed and hot shower. I slept so well. It’s a quiet location a few blocks away from the historic town centre and the promenade. There is a small shared kitchen ( potentially 6 sharing) but there is a table in the courtyard if everyone is eating at once). Hotplate, a kettle that you need a very high IQ to operate and a small fridge. There is a drying rack in courtyard for laundry. There is a very secure lock for entering and exiting the property and you have a key for your own room. Towels provided. There is lots of local information provided via WhatsApp and some pdf files that Lucas and Elda have put together) . There is AC and an overhead fan in the bedroom as well as a tv. I didn’t really need the AC. The fan was quite adequate. There is a large Walmart nearby where you can buy bottled water ( no filtered water available) and fresh veg, meat and veg. Theres also an excellent market in the town centre

Not really a complaint but maybe some wine glasses or small glasses in the kitchen. It’s not the same drinking wine out of a beer glass

Small homestay, near sea front, 5 walk minutes from large supermarket, 15 minutes from centre (about US$4 taxi from ADO bus terminal). Safe and quiet area. Key access to accommodation, separate key to own room. Lovely owners, English and Spanish spoken, and good communication via WhatsApp (including lots of local information provided). Very clean. Payment in advance via Booking.com. Excellent wifi/internet/network throughout. Very clean, basic kitchen, 1 ring electric hob, electric kettle, small fridge/freezer, pots, pans, crockery & cutlery. Coffee for guests. Table and chairs to eat at, small patio area at back for relaxing at. Genuine effort to recycle tins and plastic bottles! Solar panels. Small bedroom, comfortable small double bed, hanging fabric shelves, bedside shelves and light switch. Ceiling fan and air-conditioning. Lighting OK. Flat screen TV (with streaming, eg Netflix). A few powerpoints around room. Pleasant temperature. Small bathroom, hot shower, good lighting. Towel rails. Shower mat. A lovely gem of a place!

No drinking water available. No bin in bedroom (but large bins just outside). No hooks for clothes.

Chambre et salle de bain neuves et très propres. Cuisine commune avec tout ce qu'il faut et petit patio avec étendoir et tri sélectif! Elda est adorable, très arrangeante et délivre de nombreux conseils sur les choses à découvrir aux environs. Tout est soigné pour qu'on se sente bien pour un prix plus que correct!!! L'emplacement est également top :) Recommandé +++

Le camere sono ben ristrutturate e c'è una cucina a disposizione con the e caffè. Doccia ok.

Le camere sono piccole, il letto scomodo, le pareti non sono isolanti e hanno abbaiato i cani per parecchio tempo durante la notte. Non è possibile fare colazione.

L' accueil et le sourire d ' Elda.🙏🙏 La chambre très propre, à côté de petite terrasse extérieure. Cuisine avec essentiel. Emplacement à côté du centre. Pour le prix, go !! 👍👍👍

Sûrement mon meilleur logement au Mexique, un accueil magnifique, la casa rosanna et ses deux chambre que j'ai occupé sur ces 2 nuits ont est très reposante ! Plus que propre, la douche était niquel et moderne. En ce qui concerne l'emplacement, peut être légèrement loin du centre mais à la fois proche de la mer donc c'est un bon compromis ! Des restaurants et fast food côté mer.

En revanche assez loin de la station de bus ADO (prevoir un bus ou un taxi).

La Limpieza, la tranquilidad para descansar, la atención de la anfitriona, siempre estuvo muy pendiente.

La proximité des centres d’intérêts

L’accueil de l’homme de la maison. C’était pas une bonne journée pour lui. Il ne s’est jamais présenté, aucun sourire, il s’est mis en colère parce qu’on a pas compris immédiatement les règles pour la gestion du tri. Cela m’a traumatisé pour le reste du séjour. On marchait sur des œufs. Pas relax du tout. Je n’ai jamais rien vécu de pareil. Un « Freak control ». Sa femme était douce, mais on a jamais su son nom elle communiquait bcp d’info intéressantes par texto.

Luca was very welcoming and made us feel right at home. The room was spotlessly clean and fresh. The shared areas were great, including a nice little kitchenette with kettle, fridge and a place to eat. A really good place to stay. Close to both the Centro and the sea. Walmart a five minute walk. Definitely recommend it.

The host, Luca was amazing. He offered tips on where to go for the best local food, Italian gelato and a local Mexican bakery. The location was an easy walk to the features in the old town which is beautiful. The bedroom was comfortable and very clean. The kitchen was very functional. Little packets of coffee were provided. The kitchen has an induction burner and pots, dishes, cutlery and cups. Also, there is a place for recycling- the first I have seen in the area. Amazing value.

La calle está un poco escondida, recomiendo no pedir taxis justo en la entrada del lugar porque al ser de ambos sentidos, dos coches al mismo tiempo no pueden pasar

La cuisine à disposition ainsi que la propreté. Elda personne très sympathique et à l'écoute.

La climatisation nous a beaucoup manqué le ventilateur ne suffit pas il faisait très chaud dans la chambre.

Luca war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war alles vorhanden für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums. Walmart mur ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt.

La gentillesse et la serviabilité de note hôtesse, il y a une cuisine pratique et un espace commun. Quelques livres en libre accès (le routard Mexique). Chambre propre et salle de bain privée.

Pas de clim (mais la propriétaire le signale dès le début) sauf qu'avec la chaleur étouffante de Campeche, le ventilateur mural est loin d'être suffisant. Assez éloigné du centre ville mais endroit agréable.

La habitacion es limpia, tranquila y el.personal es amable. La ubicación es buena. Lo recomiendo

Idéalement située à côté de l’église de saint François d’assise et d’une petite place calme. Idéal pour une halte d’un jour !

Malheureusement il n’y avait pas de climatisation dans la chambre mais juste un ventilateur

Bon emplacement, les hôtes sont très gentils et vraiment aidant ! La chambre était propre, l’établissement offre de très bon équipement! Un passio pour manger et une cuisine. Une proximité avec tous les services nécessaires.

Un micro-onde serait le plus dans la cuisine, et une petite révision de la propreté du matelas, car nous avons depuis des petites piqûres.

Screaming aggressively with congested neck veins at a guest without any reason (and claiming that asking factual questions would be a sufficient pretext to do so) might qualify this accommodation for the greatest lapse in the global hospitality industry, but it leads to a total devaluation. That makes it superfluous to point out other shortcomings like bugs, rats in the walls, mosquito nets with gaps, the stink from the A/C, the tiny and austere patio, lack of drinking water (allegedly due to "hygienic reasons" - come on...), the lack of any designation at the front of the house and a lot of weird rules. There are better alternatives in Campeche (such as Hostel Melissa, which was my escape from this place).

Bed was small and hard, we did not sleep so well after a long day of driving (my partner had nightmares, she was thinking to tell the owner to burn some sage - a Mexican thing, apparently!)

Owners were helpful and kind. Spoke English well. All the pleasure of a hotel at a hostel price

There was nothing I didn’t like. It was a great stay!

The location was great, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. Everything about the room was great, but most of all Luca, and Elda were fantastic hosts. They were incredibly helpful, and communicative, and always ready to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Overall, Casa Rosanna was a great place to stay, and fantastic value for money.

Very clean and comfortable room with ensuite. Within easy walking distance of the main attractions. The hosts were kind, informative and helpful. If you are looking for budget accommodation in this lovely town look no further.

I had a wonderful stay at Casa Rosanna. Elda and Luca keep the place spotless and make you feel welcome as soon as you arrive. They have put a lot of effort in making the house cosy and welcoming. My room was very comfortable and l enjoyed the privacy of a private bathroom.
