Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Det lå tæt på Faaborg og alligevel ude på landet. Det var roligt. Velkomsten var fin og informativ. Vi følte at vi blev taget godt imod. Vi fik refunderet morgenmaden, da vi skulle stille det an selv.
Badeværelset på første sal var med badekar. Det var lidt besværligt. Der er dog et andet badeværelse i stueetagen, som vi også kunne bruge. Men da vi var flere besøgende, var sværere at komme til.

Reviewed Oct 4, 2025Vi skulle have et overnatningssted på vejen videre og valgte dette. Hyggeligt, stille (vi havde hele huset for os selv). Vi blev taget godt imod og fik en god introduktion. Dejlig morgenmad med spændende marmelader og blødkogt æg.

It could do with a proper clean. Big dust tufts on the floor in our room. The bathrooms needs a deep clean. All the kitchen appliances were full of lime scale. Breakfast was expensive

Wasn’t great sharing bathrooms with other guests, but we worked around it well.

Reviewed Jun 9, 2023Where do I start, we booked this place because it was close to the Egeskov castle. Turns out this place has fair bit of history and currently used as art gallery, while upstairs are B&B accomodation. The hosts are really nice people who know the area well and made us feel like home. They were promp with messaging which is fairly rare. We found everything we needed, shared bathrooms (x2) worked really well and all was clean & tidy. The kitchen has everything you may need and there's plenty of literature shall you wish to familiarise with the country, arts amd events. Luckily we went for breakfast included option and were surprised by having it in the middle of the art gallery! This was one of a kind experience and strongly recommend it to try yourself! Overall it was 10/10 experience.
Steep stairs could be difficult for less mobile visitors, we were fine though.

The rooms were very small Windows could not close completly. A bit too expensive for what you are getting.
