Comme à chaque fois, c'était TOP! Merci Mme Sabine ... Petit-déjeuner, plus que copieux Chambre au top et l'emplacement idéal! QUE DU BONHEUR

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt mit einer wundervollen Gastgeberin! Sabine, die Inhaberin des B&B ist so bemüht und hilfsbereit, ich hatte mein Ladekabel zu Hause vergessen und sie hat mir sofort eines von ihren Ladekabeln geliehen. Vielen Dank nochmals! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

De vriendelijkheid en gedrevenheid van Sabine en het uitgebreide ontbijt.

De hygiene kon beter: spinnenwebjes,vegen op de muren,verf af op deuren. Maar toen Sabine ons vertelde dat zij niet de eigenares was vh huis, begrepen wij wel dat een make over vd kamers voor haar een heel grote investering zou zijn en vooral in het voordeel zou zijn vd eigenaar. Heeft ons dat gestoord? Neen, Sabine maakt dat goed. Nog even vermelden dat het gelijkvloers heel mooi was ingericht en de versnapering fijn was.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Alt aber in sehr gepflegtem Zustand. Die Besitzer sind toll und hilfsbereit. Das Haus bietet viele nette Überraschungen. Es gibt tolles Frühstück.

Très belle maison. Très bon petit déjeuner . La propriétaire Sabine est très accueillante et aux petits soins pour ses hôtes .

Heel vriendelijke en behulpzame host. Alles prima in norde.

De communicatie op voorhand was heel goed en vriendelijk. Aankomst was goed geregeld. Er was ook voldoende parking. Het mooie authentieke huisje is heel goed gelegen en op wandelafstand van de zee. Het ontbijt was onovertroffen en de gastvrouw super. Zij leeft voor het welzijn van haar gasten. Prachtig. We komen zeker terug.

Die Atmosphäre war wunderbar entspannend. Man fühlt sich dort gut aufgehoben. Ene sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin in einer schönen Herberge.

Fabulous overall. Perfect, safe and beautiful location for going into town and the beach. Wonderful hostess, property, rooms and food - it was really exceptional.

Locatie. Prachtige oude villa in dito villa wijk, op 5 minuten lopen van het strand. Wij hadden de ruime kamer 1 aan de voorzijde. Zeer vriendelijke verhuurster Sabine, die ook het topontbijt verzorgde.

De gezellige sfeer, de prachtige ligging in een rustige straat en het fantastisch ontbijt.

Sehr zugewandt und freundlich, stets hilfsbereit und sogar ein Kuchen steht bei der Ankunft auf dem Tisch. Super top!

Alles bestens - super Frühstück

Wij hadden een suite (kamer 5) gelegen boven de garage, en enigszins apart van de andere 4 kamers. Wel zo fijn. Een grote kamer met 2 eenpersoonsbedden en een zitje. Op de eigen gang (die kan worden afgesloten) ook de grote badkamer met bad en aparte douche. Beneden grote algemene ruimte met mogelijkheden voor gratis koffie, thee en cake. In de gang koelkast met (te betalen) drankjes. Buiten diverse zitjes. Het ontbijt was prima. Samengevat een uiterst aangenaam en verzorgd verblijf hier met vriendelijke gastvrouw.

Wunderschönes Haus mit außergewöhnlich hübscher Inneneinrichtung. Beste Lage. Das von Sabine mit Herz zubereitet und servierte Frühstück war einfach spitze. Es gab sogar selbst hergestellte, köstliche Marmeladen.

Super schöne Zimmer, liebevoll eingerichtet. Der selbstgebackenen Kuchen ist echt toll.

Architecture et atmosphère Typique de De Haan. Tout ce que j’aime. Le personnel est très organisé. Le déjeuner est incroyable. On ressent que tout est fait avec amour.

Frühstück mit Liebe zubereitet und sehr schmackhaft. Sabine wie immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist hervorragend, kurze Wege zum Meer und Innenstadt.

Tout ! Quelle belle découverte ! La maison, la chambre, l'endroit, le cake aux pommes, la gentillesse de notre hôte, le petit déjeuner. Je recommande vraiment l'établissement à tout point de vue et je suis quelqu'un de difficile ;-) Je voudrais simplement dire merci :-) Bedankt ;-)

Facile à trouver , heureuse de voir que l’on rénove les ancien bâtiments au lieu de construire des HLM . La maison est très familiale et les responsables très sympathiques

Mon manque de temps pour y rester plus longtemps . Et la difficulté à choisir un restaurant.

Sabine is een charmante, hartelijke gastvrouw. Je merkt dat ze mensen met plezier ontvangt en ze doet er alles aan het iedereen naar zijn zin te maken. De zelfgemaakte appeltaart is heerlijk, net als de zelfgemaakte confituurtjes en het verzorgde ontbijt. De locatie is ideaal in een rustige omgeving en je logeert in een heel mooie, authentieke woning.

Wir waren sehr begeistert von der Unterkunft. Alles war sehr schön eingerichtet und liebevoll dekoriert;.Das Frühstück war hervorragend.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Haus mit liebevoll eingerichteten Zimmern,tolles Frühstück und eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne zurück!

Super charmant verblijf op een toplocatie. Extra's zoals cake en thee all day long was super fijn. Voorraad wijn + koelkast waaruit drank gekocht kon worden voor correcte prijs waren zeker een plus. Op wandelafstand van leuke horecazaken en alles dichtbij (tram, strand, shops,...). Je hebt de wagen eigenlijk niet nodig als je gewoon wil genieten van de onmiddellijke omgeving.

Matrassen waren te zacht voor ons. Ondanks de super gezellige kamer, hebben wij dus niet zo goed geslapen. Verwarming was wat verouderd en moeilijk te regelen als je moderne technologie gewend bent.

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet! Es wurde sehr gut auf einzelne Wünsche von uns eingegangen und es war unglaublich lecker. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr gemütlich und stets sehr sauber. Die Lage ist sehr gut und Sabine ist sehr freundlich.

Leider hatte der Fernseher nur Sattelitenemfpang, er war also nicht internetfähig, sodass keine Streamingdienste genutzt werden konnten (kein Smart TV).

B&B Maison Rebelais was the perfect stay for my one night in De Haan. The property was very clean and the hosts were lovely. There was also off street parking for my motorcycle.

Sehr liebevoll und authentisch eingerichtete Zimmer. Leider kamen wir erst sehr spät an und konnten die anderen Annehmlichkeiten des Hauses nicht nutzen. Das Frühstück war fantastisch und die Betreuung äußerst freundlich und sympathisch. Wir kommen gerne wieder und bleiben länger.

Frühstück war sehr liebevoll zubereitet.

dass alles so stimmig ist: das sehr schöne Haus mit seiner Lage und seinem Garten, die Gemeinschaftsräume mit vielen hübschen Details, die gute Aufteilung des Zimmers; der persönliche Empfang, selbst wenn kein Personal anwesend ist; das Gesamtpaket

Das Beste an diesem tollen Hotel ist definitiv die Gastgeberin! Wir waren schon öfter in DeHaan und dieses B&B ist unser Favorit: sehr leckeres Frühstück, gute Lage, individuell eingerichtete Zimmer und zur Krönung noch leckeres Gebäck am Nachmittag. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Niks. Misschien wel een tip; Wij misten iets van koffie op de kamer zelf.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön. Gemütlich. Sabine hat uns so nett empfangen uns verwöhnt. Das Frühstück wie in einem 5 Sterne Hotel. Man kann garnichts negatives sagen.

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. War alles super

Ambiance conviviale. Accès aux différentes pièces de la maison, au frigo commun, à l'équipement sono etc ... en toute confiance. Luxe discret et hôte disponible.

Pas de chance pour nous : le jardinier des voisins était au travail : tonte des haies et de la pelouse...

De faciliteiten voor de gasten, inclusief de grote verblijfsruimte. En natuurlijk het uitgebreide en verrassende ontbijt en het perfecte gastvrouwschap. Daarnaast de ligging in de karakteristieke historische wijk.

We go to Maison Rabelais every two years. Thanks to the host Sabine, it is a charming and wonderful place. The decor is beautiful and atmospheric, the cleanliness is high, the location is great and the breakfasts are royal. Of course, Sabine, see you in two years😘

A great B&B with fantastic breakfast

Lovely house with a great host. Easy parking, comfortable room, excellent breakfast…everything you could ask for in a b & b. Just a stroll from the tram network which we used to visit coastal towns and to get to Ostend station. Our second stay and hopefully not our last.

Everything was perfect, comfortable room, excellent breakfast, gracious host , superb location. A gorgeous villa in a gorgeous Belle Epoch village. Best nights sleep, best place we stayed.

Sabine was an exceptional host, attentive to every detail. We had a very good stay and rest, lovely, very good breakfast. Very comfortable beds and pillows, hence very good rest.

Beautiful 1930s house in the charming resort of De Haan. Easy access to beach and town. Comfortable clean spacious rooms and an exceptional hostess who provides a great breakfast.

We had a most wonderful one day stay in Maison Rabelais. The hosts created an atmosphere, which was warm, cosy and family like. Wonderful welcoming cake, delicious breakfast, privacy, very enjoyable common area, and the location couldn't be better in De Haan. What is definitely better than other B&Bs in the area is that Maison Rabelais is not at all pretentious, but truly welcoming towards guests, so we felt more comfortable, particularly with kids. We will be back for sure.

Nothing. We couldn't get the two rooms close to each other, but this is was due to our very last minute reservation, and the host addressed it in a very friendly way.

The hostess is wonderful. You get a royal breakfast with warm bread and croissants. If you ask Sabine can bake you an egg. As a dessert fresh fruit salade and home made jam. Also home made cake is available during the day. The location is great, close by Brugge and only 1 hoir drive to Lille France. If you want to make a trip to there. De Haan city is a charming small city. There is enought to do with a lot of nice places to enjoy nice food. The beach is 10 minutes away. I had a great stay. Recomend everyone.

Amazing Belle Èpoque mansion in a conservation area that is evocative of better times. De Haan must surely be one of the best preserved Golden Age seaside towns in the world, you feel as if you have walked into a French Impressionist painting, such a breath of fresh air compared to the rest of the Belgium coast. Steps away from the action, and on the way to the beach these are whole streets lined with amazing grand mansions. At Masion Rebelais you are greeted with an invitation to sit to enjoy a tea/coffee and homemade cake in the lounge or terrace. The rooms are cute, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is exceptional, service is attentive & nothing is overlooked, you are even invited to return for afternoon tea if you’re still in the area. A stop on the coast not to be missed.

Just everything was perfect. This B&B is a dream ❤️. Royal breakfast, the best location, beautiful and sweet rooms, very clean and the best service in the world. I will definitely be back next year or maybe sooner 😘

Lovely house to stay in. We were made to feel at home and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. House is on a very quiet road with good parking options. Short stroll to tram system that takes you up and down coast and to rail stations making it easy to explore local area and further afield.
