Le lieu, l’endroit et le calme

Fantastisch verblijf gehad in een zeer rustige en relaxerende omgeving. De chalet is voorzien van het nodige confort en er is veel aandacht besteed aan de romantische '1000 en 1 nacht' inrichting. Het is gelegen op een groter domein met meerdere accomodaties maar de privacy is gegarandeerd. Het is zalig vertoeven op het terras buiten midden in de natuur (kikkers, reigers, eenden, libellen,...). We hadden wat schrik voor muggen door het vele water in de buurt maar we hebben geen muggen gezien.

Wij waren er tijdens een hittegolf dus het was vrij warm in het huisje.

Wat een prachtige mooie liefdevolle plek om te mogen zijn. Echt werkelijk een paradijs op aarde!!! Dankbaar dat we hier mochten verblijven, we hebben het zo fijn gehad en komen absoluut nog een keer terug.

Mooie ligging, met een fijn goot terras.. ziet er heel mooi uit en erg sfeervol. Ontbijt was ook heerlijk. De bungalow zelf is mooi ingericht voor romantiek en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig.. wij gaan hier zeker nog een keertje terug komen. Ook een hele mooie omgeving waar de van kan genieten als je op het terras zit. echte aanrader. Bed ligt ook heel comfortabel.

Er viel me niks tegen. Helaas hadden we pech dat de jacuzzi stuk was dat we aankwamen, maar dit was overmacht kon de eigenaresse niks aan doen. en werden hiervoor gecompenseerd met gratis ontbijt.

Het uitzicht vanaf de jacuzzi en de locatie is geweldig!!!! Op veel plekken geweest maar dit was echt mooi.

Es ist sooo toll dort, man kann es gar nicht beschreiben! Da wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail etwas ganz außergewöhnliches geschaffen und auch wenn es nicht gerade günstig ist, ist es jeden Euro wert.

Da könnte ich stundenlang überlegen und mir würde immernoch nichts einfallen....

Superb location. Everything you need when looking for a relaxing break. Batteries needed recharging and this was the place to do it! Recommended!

Unfassbar schönes Anwesen. Traumhafte Lage am See! Alles super sauber! Mega tolles Frühstück! Es waren 2 tolle Tage! Es war wie im Märchen, in tausend und einer Nacht, wie im Orient!

Das es keine Möglichkeit für Kleidung gibt, keinen Kleiderschrank! Aber für 2 Nächte völlig ok aus dem Koffer zu leben.

Kõik meeldis.

Kui miinuseid välja tuua siis valgus. Ainuke asi millest puudus tundsin oli korralik laevalgustus mõlemas toas. Hubasust tekitavaid mõnusaid valgusteid on palju, aga pimedas on mõnikord hädasti tarvis päris korralikku valgustust.

One of the most wonderful places we’ve ever stayed; it was completely magical in every way. We loved the beauty and serenity of the outdoor terrace on the lake; and equally loved retiring to the spacious yet cosy and beautifully styled interior for the evenings, lounging by the stunning fire. The owners communicated very well and were super helpful and friendly.

Het is allemaal erg laag, dus veel bukken.

Tout était parfait, les explications des hôtes ont été claires et précises. C'était encore mieux que nous le pensions, et très reposant, au calme, tout était prêt à notre arrivé. La nuit c'est très romantique également. Nous remercions infiniment nos hôtes ❤️ 🫶

Geen oventje/magnetron aanwezig

De rust bij de locatie was erg lekker. Ook het huisje tegen de water rand en het uitzicht.

Hottub, inrichting, alles!

De ligging is zo prachtig. Echt een paradijsje. Een eigen poort, steiger en dan kom je bij een fantastische accommodatie. Buiten zoveel ruimte en de jacuzzi, wauw. De inrichting is zo uniek, zowel binnen als buiten. Hier de kerst doorbrengen was echt genieten. Er lagen badjassen, handdoeken en pantoffeltjes klaar. Verder is alles wat je nodig hebt, aanwezig. De verlichting en de openhaard erg romantisch

Alles was fijn.

Heerlijke jacuzzi, de rust, het uitzicht over de vijver.

Alles was netjes klaar voor gebruik gemaakt. Jacuzzi warm en heerlijk.

Misschien wat meer bergruimte voor tassen/kleding.

Zowel van binnen en buiten prachtig! Het huisje is van binnen zo leuk ingericht en buiten heb je prachtig uitzicht, ook vanuit de jacuzzi!

Een geweldig Paradijs waar je heerlijk tot rust kan komen!

The location is impeccable.. it's so romantic and perfect for couples.. I booked this as a surprise birthday trip for my boyfriend for 1 night and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Amazing place, you can relax peacefully, nature is on top, the whole Roman architecture theme is unbeatable.The jacuzzi was just cheery on top. I would like to visit it again for sure ...

There were some cobs on the deck but I know it's because of the still water and location.

Wat een magie! De prachtige omgeving, het prachtig ingerichte huisje, je waant je in een droom. Echt fantastisch! De bedden lagen heerlijk, de grote bank in de kamer heerlijk, de jaccuzi met geweldig uitzicht, geweldig! Schoon en netjes!

Zoals in eerdere recenties stond dat het wat donker was, dat klopt maar als het licht zou zijn dan zou de sfeer heel anders zijn. Er is geen ruimte om je kleding in op te bergen maar je hebt daar niet eens kleding nodig dus die kan je thuis laten! Je komt daar voor de sfeer, de omgeving en de serene rust dus alle kleine puntjes die misschien beter hadden kunnen zijn die vallen echt in het niets. In 1 woord gewoon GENIETEN!

Je hebt nog nooit zoiets gezien, het lijkt wel een sprookje!

Serene little island connected by cute bridge. Very cosy and thematic house. Enjoyed the jacuzzi and fireplace a lot. Very easy to relax, in or outside. Loads of privacy. No contact needed with hosts.

You're not completely alone, but passers-by do have quite some distance that even recognizing faces is hard. You have to be careful what you flush through the toilet.

We were second time here with my husband. Beautiful location. The house is clean and very very cozy. Lots of cute ducks come for a visit. My special regards for a welcome sparkling wine in a fridge. I usually have big problems with falling asleep even in my own bed, but I was sleeping like an angel there. Truly relaxing place.

The shampoo in a bathroom is mixed with water 1/5 or even more. Feels very not pleasant and also doesn't clean. I hope the host will fix it for future guests.

It had been 10 years for my girlfriend to visit the Netherlands. So I wanted some place special for her to adept and us to be together the first days. And oh my... it was special. Very nice located with all green around. Ducks and Swans around, beautiful surrounding with stunning statues and greek atmosphere. I was just great to walk around. The inside was great, very cosy and a open fire in the middle. We loved it as well as the look and feel. Very nice and appreciated.

The weather, but not much the owner can do about that ;p We didn't use the hot tub as it was just too cold outside... However still the outside looked great and the rain falling on the roof had is charme also.

I loved the setting. I wished the weather had been better so I could spend the majority of my time on the deck. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was great!

I had difficulty seeing in the low light environment, especially in the kitchen. The couched were not very comfortable.

This is a perfect place for a romantic getaway! Perfect! The attention to details is explicit. Absolutely beautiful!!! 100% guaranteed.

It was a very nice place to stay, it was really quite and you have time voor each other. There is a lot of privacy.

Lovely paradise, apt name

Rain, but it's not property fault

The name is very well chosen! It is indeed a real paradise. It seems like you enter another world and you can feel that everything is made with love! Full privacy because the house is on an island that only you can enter. There is a beautiful parc around the lake that invites to have a walk. And if you want to come with your family or some friends, there are also other beautiful accommodations available. The owners are really creative! We had the pleasure to shortly meet Rob - what an interesting and welcoming person! I can only recommend and will be back as soon as possible :) thank you very much!!!

The style of the accommodation itself was magical, as well as the grounds on which it is located. It is obvious the owners put a lot of love and passion into this place. It’s aptly named: truly a paradise. The owners are very friendly and accommodating as well.

Nothing, it was perfect.

This place was so unique and amazingly put together for romance and relaxation. We loved it. The jacuzzi was incredible. The outside speakers which I could connect to my iPhone and playlists were a bonus and the best was so comfortable I didn’t want to get up.

Brilliant place to just chill out and enjoy the peace and quiet of nature. Loved the jacuzzi overlooking the lake. Ideally situated for a visit to the Keukenhof Gardens.

It was our third time at this beautiful place and it is still as unique as it used to be. Paradijs Eiland is a great vacation house. Here you can feel the natural tranquillity of the Netherlands.

The hosts were really lovely. The views of the lake were stunning. The jacuzzi was really nice although, through no fault of anyone, the weather was far too hot to enjoy it.

A little pricey for our budget. The kitchen area was really dark with very low lighting. There should have been, in my opinion, facilities for any less than mobile guests. We had a disabled friend visit (for which we had permission from the host) and the toilet was unfortunately impossible for our guest to access. We were offered the use of a toilet in another building but this would not be ideal for anyone actually staying in the property. To be fair we haven’t any mobility issues and it was booked with that in mind.
