Xavier made us fantastic breakfasts including crepes, fruit, and fresh eggs from chickens that run around the garden. The water that comes from the tap is from a spring that gives the property its name. (Source = spring) We hope to stay here again!

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026De tuin of liever het domein is heerlijk om in rond te wandelen. Het huis in tijdloze moderne stijl is een parel va architectuur en verbind statigheid met intieme gezeligheid. Het huis is met smaak en klasse ingericht.
Alles beviel mij 200 % Het ontbijt was heerlijk met producten uit de tuin. De gastheer en gast vrouw waren uiterst charmant.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026The place is very peaceful and gives a homely vibe, due to the lovely host. They are very sweet, welcoming and considerate. If you want a stay that is relaxing and close to nature you should definitely book it, i want to take my kids there soon as there is so-much that the kids can do, compared to any B&B i have stayed. Love their dog pepper. The breakfast is amazing and made with love and care. If you are visiting La hulpe, you should definitely stay here. Also definitely taste their honey and apple soda.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026The breakfasts were absolutely superb and more than we ever dreamed, all fresh from their Garden. It was a wonderful stay with wonderful hosts. And the place was so clean and so absolutely quiet, it was like being in heaven... We would go back in a minute and I will send my family there if they go to Belgium.
To be honest nothing could have been better because it exceeded our expectations so much. Everything was just lovely.

Reviewed Apr 4, 2026L'emplacement était très bien, à 10min à pied d'une rue commerçante avec restaurants. La roulotte était très confortable. Les hôtes étaient très accueillants et à l'écoute. Le petit déjeuner (en option) était excellent avec des produits maison de qualité.
Il serait sans doute intéressant de pouvoir réserver le petit déjeuner à l'avance sur Booking ou de connaître l'option d'eau chaude pour le bain norvégien. Sinon, aucun autre défaut.

Ma fille et moi avons particulièrement apprécié la qualité des échanges avec nos hôtes, qui ont su nous faire découvrir leur quotidien avec beaucoup de générosité. Le cadre est remarquable : calme, serein, en pleine nature, avec une architecture soignée et authentique, entouré d’animaux. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de cette expérience et espérons avoir l’occasion d’y revenir.

Very friendly and lovely hosts. The property itself is very beautiful, with a lake in the backyard, and horses and chickens too ! Highly recommend!

Reviewed Mar 10, 2023The property is located in its own beautiful grounds, a short walk both from Swift's campus which is where I was working that week, and also from the village centre. It is an architect-designed house, really airy. My room was comfortable and had doors to a balcony and stairway down to the garden. The proprietors are lovely people who really looked after me during my stay.
Very hard to find fault; some visitors may be surprised to find that there's no TV in the bedroom, but other than that it was a lovely stay.
