De koelkast maakte veel geluid, de 2e nacht hebben we hem uitgezet. En 's morgens hoorde je mensen boven lopen.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Abbiamo passato due bellissime notti in questo bed & breakfast, Intanto la gentilezza dei padroni di casa che ci hanno dato tutte le informazioni per arrivare. La casa veramente carinissima, la colazione direi strepitosa, ogni mattina arrivava un vassoio veramente ricchissimo, dolce e salato, la posizione poi è perfetta per raggiungere Amsterdam, 15 minuti e si arriva facilmente al parcheggio scambiatore con la metro. La cittadina di Volendam che già conoscevamo è sempre deliziosa, facilmente raggiungibile il lungomare a piedi tramite una strada tra le case veramente suggestiva.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Disponibilité des proprietaires et leurs explications et conseils. Propreté des lieux qualité de la literie, la climatisation les chaises, table et terrasse, qui permettent de s'aérer. La proximité du port et .... les somptueux petits-déjeuners.
Un manque d'espace quand on habite une maison à la campagne. La table haute pour les repas et l'accès a la douche, surtout quand on est moins jeunes.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Wat een super leuk knus verblijf, ideaal wanneer je volendam wil bezoeken. Alles zit op loop afstand. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en alles was goed verzorgd, we hebben genoten!
Ik miste enkel een trapje voor onze dochter om in het stapelbed te klimmen.

Keşke buzdolabının dondurucu kısmı olsaydı. Çünkü uzun yolda buz aküleri ile yola çıkıyoruz. Ama bu konuaklamada sadece buzdolabı kısmı vardı.Malesef.

It is pretty small for 4 people but manageable. The second room has bunk beds but no airconditioning making it a little warm to sleep in.

Отдельное спасибо за кофе и сливки, а также за пироженые. Было ооочень вкусно! Завтрак супер! Отношение хозяйки к гостям на высоте. Сердечно благодарим!

Reviewed Apr 16, 2026De accommodatie was gunstig gelegen en op zeer korte loopafstand van het centrum. Alles aan de accommodatie was goed. Knus ingericht. Een leuk buitenplaatsje waar je lekker in het zonnetje kon zitten. De accommodatie was schoon en fris. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en uitgebreid. Fijn dat er koffie en thee aanwezig was.
Alleen het kamertje met het stapelbed was wat krap. Verder top.

Reviewed Feb 24, 2026Ons verblijf bij B&B Casandra was werkelijk een schot in de roos. We verbleven er met vier volwassen personen en waren meteen onder de indruk van de accommodatie. Alles is uiterst netjes en hygiënisch, warm en smaakvol ingericht, en tot in de puntjes onderhouden. Je merkt aan alles dat hier met zorg en aandacht wordt gewerkt. Wat extra opvalt, is de dagelijkse schoonmaak die in alle discretie en volledige privacy gebeurt. Ook hier wordt tot in de kleinste details gewerkt, wat het gevoel van comfort en luxe alleen maar versterkt. De gastvrouw verdient een bijzondere vermelding. Haar communicatie is vlot, duidelijk en correct. Ze is zeer beschikbaar en behulpzaam, zonder opdringerig te zijn. Bovendien geeft ze uitstekende tips voor leuke drink- en eetgelegenheden in de buurt, wat ons verblijf nog aangenamer maakte. Het ontbijt is een absolute aanrader. Voor slechts €6 per persoon krijg je een heerlijk en verzorgd assortiment voorgeschoteld: een eitje, yoghurt, vers fruit, broodjes, een toetje, beleg… alles mooi gepresenteerd en met oog voor detail. Zo wil iedereen zijn dag beginnen. Ook buiten is het genieten. Er is een gezellig koertje met een overdekt terras en een comfortabele bank – ideaal om even te ontspannen. Aan alles is gedacht; werkelijk elk detail klopt. Je komt hier niets tekort. Het is een doordacht concept waarbij men dagelijks blijft streven naar dat tikkeltje extra. Alles is mooi op maat en met veel zorg uitgewerkt. De ligging, vlak bij het centrum van Volendam, is bovendien ideaal. En met gratis veilige parking. Oprecht: dit is een plek die we met veel plezier aanbevelen. Hier voel je je meteen welkom en thuis

Reviewed Nov 10, 2025De B&B was héél netjes en schoon. De ligging is perfect. Contact met de eigenaren heel goed. Goede uitleg over waar je kunt parkeren en hoe je de B&B kunt bereiken. Bij aankomst stond zelfs zelf gemaakt gebak klaar. Ontbijt was heerlijk. Zelfs de handdoeken werden de volgende dag al gewisseld. Gewoon top. Smaakvol ingericht, leuk tuintje en veel privacy.
Plaats van de wasbak in de badkamer. Als je overgewicht hebt, kom je niet langs de wasbak om te kunnen douchen. Het is best krap wat dat betreft.

Only a suggestion.....The television would be more suitable near the main bed,on tge wall.Your key entry system could be explained more fully on your demonstation video,as we couldnt open it for ages!then finally worked it out how to do it!!Last,the bunk beds could be turned into a double sofa bed?with a tv?Could be more appealing to guests of all ages? With more bookings?!!!!!!

Reviewed Sep 5, 2025Great breakfast service which was definately value for money - one should not miss this optional service which is a very competative and one of a kind, very friendly hosts, great location not far from the charming fishing village, free safe parking, very nice little garden or terrace with outdoor tables available - indoor breakfast table is provided with counter and stool. So if the weather is nice, having a breakfast in the terrace is also a great option as well. Due to our touring plan, we have opted to self check in which was kindly offered us by the host. She had provided us a very good instructions on how to get there, where to park, and how to access the site. All went well without any problems.
Nothing. I saw some people commenting that house is little small or bathroom is little small etc. I would say it can be seen small depending on one's expectations. However the hosts sells this place as family room not a house. If you treat this place as family room, it is good size indeed with double bedroom and small adjacent room with bunkbed with kitchenette with breakfast table and stool with walk in wardrobes to store the luggage plus bathroom with shower. Also private entrance with front garden/ terrace. As family room with a price of family room, I would say we should be pleased and we cannot ask more. At least we are very pleased with what we are paying for and provided with. It was a great stay. Thank you so much.

De informatie die er lag was nu alleen in het Engels geschreven, ik had deze graag in het Nederlands gehad.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2025Het verblijf was super, accommodatie was schoon (je kon er bij wijze van spreken van de vloer eten) niets om over te klagen. Ik en vrienden hebben ons kostelijk vermaakt!!! Het ontbijt was gewoon een feestmaaltijd, beter kon het niet, SUPER!!!!! PS. Op weg naar de bus kwamen we de B&B eigenaar nog tegen en zij overhandigden mij nog een oplader die ik was vergeten. TOP!
Het was moeilijk om in het bovenstestapelbed te komen, matras boven op de grond gelegd. Het krukje voldeed dus niet, misschien een trapje met meer treden?
