L insonorisation, nous avons été réveillés par le réveil du voisin et un couple se disputait le matin avant de partir et tout l étage a pu en profiter , malheureusement l hôte n y pouvait rien .

Amazing B&B all around - from the communication, room, location, and breakfast! It was very conveniently located to the airport and having the breakfast set up in the room started our early morning off great!

Nothing - it was a great stay!

Dan was very friendly and showed us the rooms and all the amenities. The rooms were very clean and really decorated nicely. the bathroom was very nice and had all the toiletries we needed. Outlets and table space on both sides of the bed. The continental breakfast had so many options from meat/cheese tray to fancy pastries. The room was warm, but they did provide a fan and we could open the window so it cooled off. Close to the airport.

It is a little expensive, but the rooms are very luxurious. The location on a small, dead end road and parking along the street were a little tight. you have to turn around in the road to get back out. It was ok the day we were there but if there were more cars parked it could be tricky with a bigger vehicle.

Das Zimmer war super schön und ruhig. Das Frühstück stand im Schrank- was toll war- man war nicht an Frühstückszeiten gebunden und es war alles da, was das Herz begehrte. Ein Bus fährt alle 15 Minuten in die Stadt. Die Haltestelle ist ca 200 m entfernt. Der Flughafen ist mit dem Auto in einer Viertelstunde zu erreichen

Check-in to this cosy room was fantastic. We felt warmly welcomed and everything was explained perfectly. We loved the room, it was so sweet, and the continental breakfast set out in the 'cupboard' was a fabulous surprise. There were plenty of options for breakfast, which was appreciated.

A little tricky to find, but apart from that, everything else was great.

I ADORED this B&B, wish I had more days to enjoy it. The breakfast was incredible and made my last day in Ireland stress free and convenient. Dan, the property manager is welcoming and his dogs are the best if you get to meet them. The location is peaceful and has some great walking paths within easy access if you’re looking to be away from the city and in nature. The local bus was cheap and easy to take to the location, and of course you’re within 10 minutes of the airport by taxi. Also, probably the biggest bathroom I’ve seen in Europe unless you’re staying at high end hotels. Will def be staying again the next time I pass through Dublin.

Das Zimer war mit so viel Liebe und stilsicher eingerichtet, das Frühstück wunderbar, dafür, dass wir aufgrund des frühen Fluges auf unserem Zimmer frühstücken mussten. Einmalig schöner Aufenthalt, gerne wieder!!!

We stayed for the location to the airport which was very convenient. The hostess met us and showed us the property. She was very helpful with local information and how to get into the city by bus (highly recommend). A fan was also available in the room which was great.

This B&B has been fitted out to an excellent standard. Dominika is a perfect host, breakfast is all prepared in the room. I’d struggle to fault it.

Gastheer Dan was super vriendelijk en de communicatie was perfect. De cottage en kamer zijn goed onderhouden en zuiver. Het bed en de kussens waren perfect en de ligging van Rose cottage is super. Super dichtbij de bushalte naar Dublin met twee tot vier keer per uur een bus en in de buurt bij een kleine supermarkt en gezellige pub. Prima uitvalsbasis voor Dublin en omstreken.

Located in a private area with a walking trail just a few feet away, it was just a 15-minute drive to the airport (without having to go through any rush hour traffic)! The room was GORGEOUS, spacious and came with an innovative setup for a private breakfast.

Excellent position, beautiful room and good breakfast

Sweet, cozy property. We were greeted by Dan who seemed super cool (wish we had more time to chat), and because they knew we were leaving early, they had breakfast already set up for us. I also liked that it’s right on the canyon and a walking trail which we took advantage of. Don’t make the same mistake we did, there are numerous Rose Cottages (two in Swords). Make sure you use the right address instead of just typing in Rose Cottage and assuming like we did.

The parking is a bit narrow to get in and out of and if I was staying longer than a night, I would just prefer a bigger room.

Dominik herself is lovely and the design, layout and decor of the room (and the outdoor space) is superb. The bed and pillows are really comfortable. The location is fantastic: just a 10 minute drive to the airport but only a 4 minute walk to a decent pub/restaurant. Breakfast is a brilliant idea - continental style, prepared by hand and left out for you in a brilliantly designed area in your own room. The variety was great and the coffee excellent. The cold meats, breads and cheeses were fine (though not as superb as the whole rest of the experience, but that would have been difficult!). The coffee was excellent!

See above, and it’s not that we didn’t like it; if everything else hadn’t been so fabulous and way beyond what you’d expect, we wouldn’t have been a bit disappointed!

Super close to the airport making it a breeze to depart. Also loved the “breakfast armoire” so we could eat easily before an early departure.

Tout était choisi avec très bon goût. Accueil impeccable, décoration recherchée, confort remarquable. Le petit déjeuner excellent. Le prix parfaitement justifié.

Rose Cottage is designed to provide every comfort, is tastefully furnished and quiet with a view onto luxuriant greenery with a few fairy lights seen at night. Close to the airport for convenience and early morning departures, abundant breakfast options to go were provided.

The compulsive requirement for a meet and greet IN THE ROOM behind a closed door was inappropriate in our opinion. Clearly defined rules for early departure Eg. how to carry luggage down stairs & being quiet not to disturb others …. is a given understanding for considerate travellers and not required.

We loved everything! We never thought that a last night before flying out could become a highlight of our trip. We were greeted with such wonderful hospitality into this charmingly remodeled cottage. It was such a treat to be able to walk 5 minutes for a great dinner in town - rather than being stuck at a typical airport hotel. And the in-room breakfast was awesome! Thanks to Dominca for making everything so special

That we were only spending one night at the Rose Cottage! It would have been a great place to linger another couple of days before returning home.

We had the most delightful stay at the Rose Cottage (Bed & Breakfast) in Ireland. Dominika, the owner, went above and beyond to make our visit special — she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly generous with local restaurant recommendations that made exploring the area so much easier. The cottage itself was charming and spotless; and we were pleasantly surprised to find the refrigerator fully stocked with a wonderful breakfast spread ready for us in the morning—a thoughtful touch that made our stay feel truly personal. If you're visiting the area, we strongly recommend the Rose Cottage.

Nous avons passé une excellente nuit au Rose cottage. Excellent accueil et recommandations notamment pour notre départ le lendemain vers l'aéroport. Petit déjeuner très bon et très pratique de l'avoir à portée de main. Le cottage est situé au fond d'une voie sans issue donc il n'y a aucun passage la nuit, l'endroit est donc très calme. La chambre était très propre et décorée avec goût. Le lit était très confortable.

From the outset, communication from the host was excellent who was also very flexible when our travel plans changed. We were greeted in person with a very warm welcome and all aspects of the property and the local area were fully explained to us. The cottage exceeded all expectations, and is presented to a very high standard in terms of amenities/finishing and cleanliness. Having travelled around Ireland for fourteen days and experienced both four and five star hotels, this matched them all and is an excellent choice for accomodation close to Dublin Airport. We enjoyed our last night in Ireland enjoying a few pints of Guinness in Swords rather than a soulless Airport hotel bar.

De ontvangst door Dominika was heel vriendelijk. Duidelijke uitleg waar de restaurants zitten, tip om die middag nog even af te tanken ipv in de morgen. Scheelt een drukke route. Verder is er een kast met koelkast voor het ontbijt, hier had ze van alles voor een glutenvrij ontbijt klaar gezet. Super!

Eigenlijk was alles top, maar dit was wel het minst fijne matras dat we deze vakantie getroffen hebben.

Der angrenzende Park eignet sich sehr gut zum Laufen. Sehr schönes, helles, geräumiges Zimmer mit durchdachter Einrichtung, wo auf Funktionalität und Design gleichmäßig geachtet wurde. Frühstück sehr großzügig, auch diverse Möglichkeiten, Heißgetränke zuzubereiten. Alles sehr sauber, gemütlich und ordentlich. Danke!

Es war etwas hellhörig, wir haben die Konversation im Nachbarzimmer gut mitbekommen. Das hat uns aber trotzdem nicht sehr gestört.

De host Dan is ontzettend aardig, geeft tips om te eten in de buurt op loopafstand (echt prima gegeten). De kamer is fantastisch mooi ingericht, alles tot in de puntjes geregeld en overal is aan gedacht. Locatie is top wanneer je in de buurt van vliegveld wilt of moet zijn.

Thin walls: sound carried from adjacent rooms and from common areas. Not a lot of extra noise but noticeable. Not a deal-breaker.

What a peaceful and charming place! We stayed one night before catching a flight the next day. Dominika went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We walked into town for dinner and the locals greeted us as if we were long lost friends. Highly recommend Rose Cottage as well as the sweet town. Thank you Domi!

This adorable B&B was comfortable, tidy, and located very close to the airport. We stayed here one night before we flew home after a trip to Ireland. It is located across from a field park and a little walking trail. A cupboard held a lovely continental breakfast for us, all set up for our early departure. The owner called me before our trip to check in and her son met us in person; communication was excellent.

No one's fault, but it was extremely warm in Ireland during our stay, and even with a provided fan and a cracked window it was pretty warm in the rooms.

Everything was amazing. Domi was the best host we've ever stayed with. She was easy to communicate with and flexible with our weird check-in timing, gave us a tour of our room, and even offered to do our laundry for us! She also did fantastic on keeping the in-room breakfast stocked daily and tidied up our room for us when we were out. She provided a very high standard of service and it was the perfect surprise treat on our honeymoon. Cannot recommend this place enough!

What an extraordinary place! Wonderful through and through!

It was a convenient 30 min bus ride from the airport and was very easy and quiet to get to. The breakfast consists of instant coffee, juice, tea, milk, cereal, and a few pastries that are already waiting in your room for you. The room was very nice, with carpet and a nice bathroom as well. The window had an amazing view and overall was very quiet!

The bed was a little bit springy as we could feel some of the coil springs so it wasn't the most comfy but we have slept on worse.

The place is beautiful and the host very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our overnight stay there, highly recommended. Brilliant for anyone going to the airport.

The most beautiful sanctuary B&B I've been to in Ireland. The host was incredibly friendly, offering a lot of information and booked a Taxi. The information in the prospectus in the room and the breakfast bar offered everything you could wish for. Even though it was slightly above my travel budget, I didn't regret it for one second to spend my night before an early morning flight there.

Beautiful room and the Continental breakfast was delicious. Very nice for our one night stay.

The bathroom only had enough hot water for one short 8 minute shower. Maybe just a temporary issue, and hopefully remedied. Everything else was fantastic!

This cottage is perfection! They have thought of absolutely everything from the breakfast station which has everything and more to the micellar water in the bathroom. Dom was very helpful, organising a taxi for us and facilitating an earlier check-in too. The room and bathroom are a great size. The area is quiet and the view was lovely. Definitely hope to be back. Thank you 😊

Wunderschönes Zimmer mit allem was man sich nur wünschen kann. Superherzlicher Gastgeber mit vielen Tipps. Bestens gelegen, auch für kurz vor oder nach dem Flug. Tolles Restaurant in fußläufiger Nähe. Ich könnte noch so viel tolles schreiben..... es war einfach ein supergelungener Urlsubs-Ausklang. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, wenn wir nochmal nach Irland reisen!!!!
