The cottage unit was really cute, the property was beautiful, and the staff were absolutely lovely.

The cottages each contained two rental units. The wall dividing the two units was not well insulated ...we could hear the other guests, but it wasn't a big issue.

Room very well equiped. on the back of the facility with absolutely no noise. A bit small for a longer stay. A lot of attention to details by the owner. a warm welcome by the owner. The breakfast is gorgeous.

Nothing. The room could have been a bit larger but they proposed to upgrade me to a larger room without asking. But I preferred to stay in the back of the entire facility. A little bit expensive in my view.

Conveniently located near Fortune. Immaculately clean facilities Donna’s Dad arranged a fire pit evening for all the guests.

Merci pour l'attention du petit gateau maison aux fraises et pour avoir fait un lit en plus. Le petit déjeuné aussi était très bon et très sympathique. Je reviendrais voir le jardin avec le soleil; moi qui suis peintre, j'ai beaucoup apprécié toutes ces couleurs, toutes ces fleurs... Pas mal les lumière le long du chemin pour retrouver la route la nuit. Accueil très chaleureux.

On entendais le voisin qui ronflait! Et du coup, nous n'avons pas osé mettre la télévision le soir pour ne pas le déranger. Mais nous avons pour autant passé une très bonne nuit, l'endroit est très calme et la literie super.

Great host. Unfortunately I never got there until almost dark so never got to check the property out in the daylight. Donna was a super nice person and host.

Donna and Bruce went above and beyond to make you feel welcome. It's all the litte things they do to make your stay so pleasurable. From literally carrying your luggage to the cottage when you arrive, to inviting you every night for snack or backyard fire and serving a delicious breakfast each morning.

Kitchen was a little small but having said that it depends on the person and what's important to the individual. There was a washer and dryer there which we had no use for but to some that might be needed. Bedroom with two beds was little bit small but again there were two beds. Some people might need the extra bed. I'm being picky, the bathroom sink had no vanity or ledges to sit anything like straightening iron, combs, makeup.

Very comfortable bed. Quiet and able to sit outside our room. Delicious desserts served by Donna in the evening. Beautiful grounds and garden. Chocolates in a bowl. Large soft bath towels. So much more

The hosts were so friendly. They even brought us a before bed snack! The property was lovely. The room was clean and comfortable. We had to get up early to take the ferry to Saint Pierre and Donna had a wonderful breakfast ready for us. I would recommend this place to everyone!!

There is nothing we didn't like. No complaints at all.

The suites are comfortable with every amenity you could possibly hope for. The staff are thoughtful and interesting. Take the time to go out to sit by the fire in the evening to hear the best NL stories possible. Breakfast was top notch!

Gorgeous garden, with rooms spread out in cottage like houses. Donna is very welcoming and warm. Breakfast was awesome and bed was comfy. We had restful nights at Abbie’s B&B.

Very friendly vibe. Very hospitable. Nice touch on the evening cheesecake. Breakfast was wonderful. Rooms were comfortable; we had everything we needed. My friend was especially impressed, as I was the one who did the booking, so she had a nice surprise (I knew what to expect, to an extent) :)

The room was marvellous, and well appointed. Comfortable, clean and welcoming. The owners were very friendly and hospitable. If we ever com back this way again we will definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was delicious as was the evening chocolate cake and ice-cream. Donna was a great host and very hospitable. Enjoyed walking in the garden. The location was great for our needs as we were travelling to catch the early morning g ferry to St. Pierre.

The property was beautiful. Lovely gardens, a place to have a fire, lots of greenery. Decor was beautiful, second small bathroom and delicious breakfast.

We were in Suite 3 two bedroom single level. Only thing I had a problem with was no room to sit together unless you were in the large bedroom. Also important to know that this is very remote. Closest town with grocery stores and restaurants is about 35 minutes away.

Super comfy and welcoming. A little evening snack was provided which was a lovely surprise. And the owners were very friendly and chatty.

The location is a few km out of town...but a gorgeous property full od personal touches inside and out.

The rooms were quite spacious and the decor was all coordinated to make the space feel luxurious. The bed and duvet added to that. There was a before bed treat and a full hot breakfast with excellent scones.

This is a beautiful little hideaway the owners were very friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable, I enjoyed the balcony and we met some nice neighbors. Breakfast was lovely. Hosts were over-the-top helpful and informative. They provided a list of local attractions.

No view of the sunset as it says in the add. Not accessible There were several hornets around our balcony.

What an incredible find! This is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed at. Really lovely ambiance and super comfy room. And Donna is just fantastic, she went above and beyond to help me with transportation. Absolutely recommended.

It was the perfect stay! Relaxing, lovely balcony/deck to enjoy, beautiful room, comfy bed, T.V. desk, refrigerator, washer/dryer, sink, coffee maker/coffee, robes & slippers. There is nothing about our stay that we did not like!

The breakfast each day was exceptional. Eggs were prepared “as requested,” the bacon was crisp, and the pancakes were perfect. The social aspect of shared breakfast tables and evening campfires (until the provincial burn ban) was an unexpected highlight. Mika (sp?) the dog was a fine host.

Very little. The toilet seat in our unit had a habit of slipping out of line, producing an alarming noise. Perhaps needs an adjustment.

Breakfast was delicious, and they even provide an evening dessert on top! We loved playing horseshoes in the back yard and meeting the chickens.

The garden was absolutely beautiful, and the room was spotless and comfortable. The hosts were incredibly friendly, greeting us with a lovely welcome card and an evening treat. Breakfast was delicious and well-prepared. There’s also a charming little trail behind the house, perfect for a peaceful walk. Overall, a wonderful place to relax and unwind.

Property was great. All amenities you would need. Easy parking right in front of the units. Donna and Bruce are fabulous people. You will love the evening Newfoundlander treats.

We stayed in The Loft with a balcony, it felt just like home. There was a personalized welcome card on the desk along with chocolates. The room was amazing, with a large bathroom and very comfortable bed. They have a beautiful private and secluded property with gardens and woods you can stroll through. The breakfast was over the top, did not expect this, when it said full breakfast, they meant a full breakfast!!! Fresh eggs from their chickens, bacon, pancakes, tea biscuits, yogurt, fruit bowl and juice and pretty much anything you asked for, lol. On top of everything else, they bring a homemade snack to your room in the evening and they light a fire pit which you are welcome to join. There was also a washer and dryer outside of our unit with a coffee station, fridge and microwave. It would be hard to find better hosts than Donna and Bruce! You do an exceptional job of running your B & B.

There wasn't anything not to like.

The breakfast was wonderful. They brought us a baked treat in the evening which was very good.

Easy to find, very hospitable hosts .. our room was very clean with everything we needed .. We were greeted by the host, and after we were settled .. we were treated to some delicious cheesecake and berries .. a welcoming treat after a busy day of travel! .

This was one of my best traveling experiences. The perfect bed and breakfast with such personalized service and just wonderful hospitality. Donna and Bruce are wonderful. The check-in, all the special touches, and breakfast at the kitchen table...it was all so fantastic.

What an outstanding place; a blend of Newfoundland warmth with boutique hotel class. We loved staying here (and were VERY grateful for the washer & dryer to use free). The evening cheesecake snack was delicious and breakfast was way beyond our expectations of any B&B we have stayed at (and we have been to many). Donna and dad, Bruce, were impeccable hosts.

My only complaint is the walls are a little thin. Whoever was renting the adjoining area was a very loud snorer!
