La atención de Cristian y el desayuno. La sala de estar/comedor era muy agradable más el servicio disponible todo el día de cafetería Las piezas muy bien calefaccionadas

Las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas, pero no fue problema ya que salíamos casi todo el día y se compensaba con la sala de estar, muy cómoda para compartir y la disposición para utilizar sus servicios

O apartamento é espaçoso e tem uma cozinha compacta que funcionou bem. Cama confortável e decoração bonita Atendimento muito cordial e sempre disponível do anfitrião.

Água quente do chuveiro difícil de regular. O ar-condicionado demora muito para aquecer o ambiente que é grande. Faltou uma televisão. Pia do banheiro com pouco espaço Falta cuidado com o entorno do apartamento, inclusive a entrada da propriedade não causou boa impressão. Não tinha secadora de roupa.

El hotel es boutique, con un trato personalizado. En esencia es un lugar rodeado de naturaleza, ideal para desconectar por unos dias.

Cuenta con buenas instalaciones. Muy tranquilo y agradable el lugar. Y muy preocupados por el bienestar de las personas.

Sugerimos tener un baño disponible en el quincho.

Etwa 15 Minuten außerhalb von Santa Cruz gelegenes, großes privates Anwesen mit einigen sehr schönen Apartments. Wir hatten das große Apartment, das sehr schön und geräumig war, aber leider am nächsten zur Straße hin. Die angrenzende Straße ist leider sehr befahren, insbesondere früh morgens und abends und gut hörbar. Ansonsten eine Idylle mit großzügigem herrlichem Garten, sehr freundlichem Vermieter, gutem Frühstück.

Halfway between (15min) Santa Cruz and Lolol which were my two destinations. If driving it is extremely easy to visit both.. but if other transport it may be difficult because in the valley there is (0) no cell service. The property has wifi, but on the road for 10min either direction you are quite alone.

Christian war ein sehr herzlicher und bemühter Gastgeber, mit dem wir schon im Vorfeld Kontakt hatten. Am Abend unserer Ankunft überraschte er uns mit einem Pisco Sour und einer kleinen, sehr schön angerichteten Snack-Platte. Die Zimmer sind ansprechend eingerichtet und das Badezimmer war angenehm geräumig. Das Frühstück war lecker und abwechslungsreich und wurde am Tisch serviert. Da es in unserem Zimmer keinen Kühlschrank gab, war es praktisch, dass ich den Geburtstagssekt für meine Frau direkt im Kühlschrank des Frühstücksraums lagern konnte. Die gesamte Anlage ist üppig bewachsen mit diversen Sträuchern und Obstbäumen und es stehen reichlich Sitz- und Ausruhemöglichkeiten um den Pool herum zur Verfügung. Besonders gemütlich ist der „Quincho“, den man als Gast bei Bedarf auch zum Grillen benutzen kann. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Ruhe genossen. Zum Abschied überreichte Christian meiner Frau noch eine Pflanze für unseren Garten.

Die Einfahrt zur Lodge ist, insbesondere bei Dunkelheit, nicht ganz leicht auszumachen. Vielleicht könnte man hier die Beleuchtung verbessern. Der Wasserdruck und die Temperaturregelung der Dusche müssten überprüft und optimiert werden.

The property is peaceful and beautiful, and the location is just a short drive to many vineyards and restaurants in the valley. The host Cristian is friendly and communicative, brought us fresh fruit from his trees and gardens, and offered us bug spray in the evenings. The included breakfast was very tasty. Just a note - we forgot to mention/show our tourist registration, so we ended up paying the VAT. Do remember this on your own, because most businesses will just automatically charge you the VAT unless you bring it up.

We stayed in the "suite" which is a small separate building, so this feedback is specific to that room type only. I cannot speak to the rooms that are attached to the house. There are just a few areas for improvement, one major and 2 minor. 1) (major) The shower in the suite needs to be fixed. Critically, the bottom is cracked so that water is going underneath it and you can feel the uneven and softened floor below. Additionally, the water temperature is either scalding hot or freezing cold, changing without warning despite where the knob was set and many attempts by my husband and I to find the right setting. We were only staying 2 nights, so this was basically manageable to not have a proper shower, but was an unfortunate significant detriment to an otherwise nice stay. 2) (minor) When we arrived there were many dead bugs, mostly in the bathroom. We cleaned them up, and it is not a big deal to see bugs when you are surrounded by trees and gardens. The issue is that it does seem like the bugs were dead due to exterminating, but then they were not cleaned up. A more thorough cleaning prior to our arrival would have helped. There were not bugs near the bed or in the kitchenette area. 3) (minor) It would be more comfortable to include extra sleeping pillows, as the 2 provided were rather slim. There were multiple decorative throw pillows, which is unnecessary and useless. Otherwise the bed was decently comfortable, and we slept fine.

Tolle Unterkunft im Grünen, alles hat gepasst insbesondere eine leistungsstarke Klimaanlage. Frühstück ok, Betten sehr gut.

Die Calligue Lodge ist ein wahrer Wohlfühlort inmitten der Natur – ein wunderschöner Fleck, an dem man sofort zur Ruhe kommt. Lediglich die nahe Straße ist hörbar. Der Vermieter ist ausgesprochen freundlich, der Pool angenehm warm, auch schon im November, und das liebevoll zubereitete Frühstück unter freiem Himmel ist ein echtes Highlight. Wir erhielten sogar ein kostenloses Upgrade, was unseren Aufenthalt noch besonderer machte. Umgeben von Obstbäumen, von denen wir sogar ernten durften, fühlt man sich der Natur ganz nah. Aufgrund der etwas abgelegenen Lage ist ein eigenes Fahrzeug empfehlenswert, wobei Fahrten mit Uber ebenfalls problemlos möglich sind. Insgesamt ein großartiges Erlebnis und absolut empfehlenswert.

O Sr. Cristian é muuuuito simpático. Faz de tudo para agradar os hóspedes. O café da manhã é singelo, porém completo e bastante gostoso. Embora simples, a acomodação se destaca por sua organização, conforto e atmosfera acolhedora, proporcionando uma estadia bastante agradável.

É um pouco distante do centro. É preciso carro para se deslocar na região. Tivemos um problema com wi-fi no quarto, mas o Cristian fez de tudo para solucionar o problema.

Christian and his staff were very accommodating. We were very happy to spend time at the property and felt very welcome. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The property has many citrus trees which result in fresh orange juice each morning. The location was close to Santa Cruz and felt private. At night, we had the window partially open to let in the cool night air and it was very quiet. This was our first time in Chile and it was wonderful! We would stay here again.

Hot water one morning was unavailable for about 20 min. The following day, there was plenty.

Muy bien ubicado, entre Lolol y Santa Cruz, toda la ruta del vino cerca, silencioso, buena atención, buenas instalaciones.

Los dueños fueron muy atentos, recibimos hospitalidad en el mejor nivel. Lugar muy íntimo, privado, con pocas habitaciones así que sin gran trafico ni ruido. Desayuno con sabores únicos - marmelada de ciruela, jugo recién exprimido. Los naranjos crecen en en camino a casa. Casa esta lejos de contaminación por luz por lo tanto el cielo esta maravilloso durante la noche.

El tiempo pasó muy rápido.

We had a wonderful stay at the Callihue Lodge during our recent visit to Colchagua valley! Our rooms were very comfortable and clean, and the property was beautiful - looking right out over grape vines! They also have several very friendly dogs :) Christian and his mother were definitely the highlight - they were so friendly and accommodating! They had lots of great recs for what to see in town & also got us set up with their friend who organized all our wine tours for us while we were. Being able to speak some Spanish is helpful, but we were able to get by with just one friend who could speak a little and it was totally fine. Breakfast in the morning was breads, cheese, ham, and fruit - lots I think from their property! You could also ask for some other items like sandwiches or pizzas to be made later in the day, but it depends on their availability since it’s just the two of them. There’s other facilities like a pool that is seasonal (in October it wasn’t open because it wasn’t quite warm enough). We were able to pay by credit card at the property after paying a half deposit via PayPal right after we booked. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone visiting the area - it was a great way to be welcomed to Chile!

O café da manhã é feito por dona Maria que é uma fofa, e sua gelei de frutas vermelha é uma delicia. O local é bem família e o quarto que eu fiquei eu gostei muito. bastante espaçoso e silencioso. Achei o banheiro muito frio... rsrsrs mas a cama é muito confortável.

Great place if you prefer quieter and less touristy spots rather than staying somewhere in Santa Cruz. Very nice place next to vineyards and hills, comfortable rooms and welcoming hosts that take care of all your needs! Definitely recommend it to anyone.

Wifi was down for a bit but the host fixed it right away. Overall cannot think of any downsides.

Just know this property is a 15 min drive from wineries and the town of Santa Cruz. If I could do it again I would book something closer.

Callihue Lodge is a small oasis in the Colchagua Valley. The small lodge has fantastic rooms, a nice pool and a well curated garden and ambiance that makes hanging around the lodge feel like a beach vacation! Mandy and Cristian are awesome, really responsive and kind hosts. It’s like you’re staying at their home, because you actually kind of are! It was a pleasure to chat with Mandy in the mornings at breakfast. Breakfast was exactly what I wanted, though note if you are a picky eater, this isn’t a buffet breakfast.

Worth noting that the lodge is about 10km south of Santa Cruz, so if you’re going wine tasting, it’s likely a 30 minute drive to any of the vineyards. Dinners were at least 20ish minutes too.

Cute cabin, in our own private grove of fruit trees. It had everything we needed.

No path from parking lot or main lodge to our cabin - so the walk could be a bit muddy. Breakfast was extra, and not worth the price, we skipped it after the first morning.

Rustic but lovely. Beautiful pool area with great views. The small staff went the extra mile for us. Wonderful for relaxing and visiting local wineries. I would highly recommend staying here! Thank you for the memorable stay

It’s a little oasis in the beautiful countryside. Modern house, clean room, good AC, a nice pool. Very good breakfast. Cristian and his mom are very friendly hosts. The night sky is amazing - you can see many stars.

Mandy was a super helpful and lovely host, helping with all our needs - taxis, recommendations for vineyards, and allowed us to use facilities that were not actually a part of the reservation. very kind and thanks for the great stay! The stars at night were a bonus!

Cleanl, modern, well maintained. Great infrastructure, airconditioning, heating, high pressure hot water, safe on premises parking. Outstanding attention to detail, friendly owners and staff. Went out of their way to accommodate every request for information, neighborhood and sourrounding area sights and tips, recommend restauarants and sightseeing. Cristian,Mandy and mother have made their boutique hotel a hit! Located in the Santa Cruz / Lolol vineyard and restaurant valleys.

The lodge is in a gorgeous setting, surrounded by mountains and vineyards. The location was perfect. We visited 4 wineries, all within 15 miles. Mandy and Cristian are fabulous hosts; very thoughtful, kind, and attentive. They really care about the comfort of their guests. Breakfast was a special treat!

Mandy and Christian are wonderful hosts. They are so Nice and they gave us a very warm welcome. Breakfast by the pool is amazing. And the view on the vineyard is superb. Last but not least, the sky is just incredible !

This is such a gem of a place. It has a special feeling of tranquility and Mandy and Christian, the owners, make such a huge effort to ensure you have a unique and special stay. On our first evening after a full days travel, we were able to collapse and enjoy a fabulous grazing board and a bottle of wine. Our comfortable room was quiet with its own outside seating area to enjoy the view of the neighboring vinyard and surrounding hills.The garden has shaded areas to quietly read in the late afternoon when you have finished your visits to fabulous wineries.We felt we had stayed with friends and would highly recommend this very special lodge.
