De accommodatie en kamer was in uitstekende staat. Alles zag er prachtig uit en was prima onderhouden. Zeer grote slaapkamer en moderne badkamer die van alle gemakken was voorzien. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Ook prima verzorgd ontbijt. Een absolute aanrader!

The breakfast was absolutely amazing. More food than can be eaten and a wide variety of meats, cheeses, fruits, yogurt, breads, fresh juice and even custom orders of eggs and bacon. Additional luxuries such as soda or alcohol are available on site to purchase if desired. Our hosts were very thoughtful and offered their advice on where to travel and what to experience in the Netherlands. This property is comfortable as well as beautiful. An orchard with fruit trees, birds and plenty of space for privacy. Two big cuddly dogs were a lovely bonus. Highly recommend.

The first night was a bit warm which made sleep a bit challenging. Our hosts asked us every morning how we rested and after hearing our feedback, we were provided with a fan. This made all the difference the second night.

Heerlijk en prachtig verblijf van Els en Ludo! Aanrader als je even lekker wilt ontspannen in een prachtige omgeving. We verbleven in de Garden Suite, ook echt een aanrader. Een hele luxe tent met alles wat je nodig hebt in een prachtige tuin. We hebben een keer kunnen aanschuiven aan het diner en oooh wat was dit heerlijk! Wat een luxe, wat een gezelligheid om ook met andere gasten in contact te komen. Een ontspannen en heerlijke avond. Het ontbijt is meer dan geweldig, uitgebreid, en wordt een ei naar keuze voor je gebakken en meer dan genoeg om je ochtend geweldig te starten. Aanrader om naar toe te gaan! 10 uit 10!

Beautiful property in a wonderful location. Loved the communal dining for breakfast. Breakfast itself was amazing- the Saturday pancakes were particularly delicious. The owners were great hosts and always made time to answer questions. There were lots of board games to play and lovely seating in the evening. The honesty bar was also great.

The only thing was that the bedroom lighting was a little dark but very atmospheric.

I would rather let the lady check in the guests and not her husband. I felt like a student in a principals office. My husband is allergic to cats and dogs. And the sarcastic remark he made about that was not professional. The outside parking is not paved, but pebbles. It makes it difficult with suitcases with wheels. Not enough light in the bedroom

De locatie, kamers en gedeelde ruimte waren prachtig. Allemaal zeer mooi uitgekozen bij elkaar met veel sfeer. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en vers verzorgd.

Helaas had de gastheer een uiterst onprettig voorkomen. Hij maakte denigrerende opmerkingen, had overal een weerwoord op en leek zich beter te voelen dan een ander. Dit voelde niet prettig en deed iets met de beleving van het weekend, wat erg jammer en niet wenselijk is. Dit maakt dat wij niet nogmaals zouden boeken bij deze B&B en het ook niet aan anderen zouden aanbevelen. De gastvrouw was wel vriendelijk.

Utrolig fint sted. Nydelig rom og fellesrom, og veldig hyggelige verter.

De ruime, mooie, rustige kamer was top. Een heerlijk bed. Een fijne badkamer met goede regendouche. De kamer is heel sfeervol ingericht met een gezellig kacheltje. De eigenaren van de B&B zijn erg gastvrij, vriendelijk en gezellig. Het ontbijt was heerlijk, met volop keuze. Alles was erg goed verzorgd. Kortom zeker een aanrader!

Mijn zus en ik hebben onwijs genoten van ons verblijf. We werden door Els & Ludo hartelijk ontvangen in de prachtige gemeenschappelijke ruimte van de B&B. Deze ligt in een prachtige, rustige omgeving met zicht op de Utrechtse heuvelrug. De B&B is smaakvol ingericht en voelt als een warme deken om je heen. Onze kamer was schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het bed sliep heerlijk. Het ontbijt was de kers op de taart. We hebben ondanks ons korte bezoek het gevoel volledig onthaast te zijn en op en top genoten. Bedankt lieve Els & Ludo!

Gastvrijheid, comfort en het gezamenlijke, heerlijke ontbijt. De omgeving van de B&B is prachtig en rustgevend, fijne terrassen, boomgaard en fantastisch verbouwde B&B.

2 nachtjes in de tent , glamping, prachtige ervaring !! En de ontbijten waren zeer verzorgd, met een gastheer-kok die lekkere eitjes bakte , naar ieders wens !

Een mooie locatie; schitterend gelegen tussen het groen en ideaal dichtbij de pont om de oversteek naar Amerongen te maken. Prachtige suites, waarbij het aan luxe niets ontbreekt. Gezellige gastheer en gastvrouw die je het echt naar je zin maken en de tijd nemen om tips uit te wisselen. Het ontbijt was super compleet en goed verzorgd. Een verblijf wat zeker voor herhaling vatbaar is.

We loved everything about this place. The owners are simply lovely people, full of initiative and energy. The house is more than just beautiful, every little detail has been thought of well. Out room was fantastic: spacious, cosy and full of original details. The breakfast was yummie and so was the free coffee and tea (with complimentary chocolates). The fruit trees in the extensive gardens of the property, which really makes you realise you are in the Betuwe-area. This place is a little gem, tucked away in the beautiful nature and water lands (uiterwaarden) of Eck en Wiel. We would love to come back some time!

Het ontbijt was zeer goed, met verse producten en een gastheer die een voortreffelijk eitje voor je bakt. Het voelde als thuis komen in een warm bad. Vriendelijk en echt even een paar dagen ontspannen.

The place is exceptional, beautifully restored barn 5 years ago, the host Els was lovely , she made an exceptional breakfast laid out on the big table in the middle of the room so everybody could help their self. the rooms were stunning, we stayed in the green room which has its own electric fireplace which was lovely in the evening to take the chill out of the room. The whole barn has underfloor heating. The beds are huge with huge pillows you sink in as if they are cotton wool. Overall great place

The tv had no channels and you would need to stream of your own devise, which was a bit weird as they could just have connected Ziggo the tv provider to free to air channels. In the green room, the extractor fans in the shower and toilet need to be reset as they are extremely loud and bring in loads of cold air. And finally Els the host needs to inform people that you need to book to go into Castel of Amerongen. But for the rest: wonderful stay!

Beautiful location and the photographs simply don't do it justice - so nice to be in a place that was clearly worked on with passion.

Amazing place and hosts, the spaces are amazing.. it felt great to share the communal space for breakfast and talk to the locals and another travelers, share experiences and a beer as well in the end of the day. Our tent was a pleasant surprise, the sounds of nature combined with a great and warm shower. Couldnt wish for more!

Our first time clamping; the 'tent' is amazing, with a super comfy bed, and perfect shower room, seating areas, etc. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. Thank you Els and Ludo.

The orchard was noisier than we had anticipated because of the traffic on the dyke, and as not such good sleepers that was not ideal.

One of the most beautiful places I've been. I was looking for quite, nature, local people and a beautiful room - and I found it! Highly recommended, even on a solo trip
