John & Kathy were so friendly & helpful with information about the area. The location was convenient. There was a nice variety of choices for breakfast.

Bella casa a Ballycashenn, a qualche minuto di auto dal centro di Killarney, ricco di ristoranti. Buon punto dove soggiornare per visitare l'area del Killarney National Park. I proprietari John, Catherine e la figlia Ann ti fanno sentire a casa, gentilissimi, accoglienti e premurosi. Camera ben arredata, letto comodo, bagno spazioso e rinnovato di recente. Pulizia perfetta, ottima e abbondante colazione.

Unser Bett war etwas schmal für zwei Personen.

Wir haben drei Nächte hier verbracht, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Die Unterkunft ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zum Ring of Kerry und auf die Dingle Peninsula. Das Frühstück war gut und bot mehrere Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Das Zimmer lag zur Hauptstraße, sodass es morgens während des Berufsverkehrs etwas lauter wurde. Außerdem ist das Haus recht hellhörig, da die Wände relativ dünn sind. Die Eigentümer waren sehr gesprächig und interessierten sich sehr dafür, wo wir gewesen sind und welche Ausflüge wir noch geplant haben. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt angenehm und die Unterkunft eignet sich gut als Basis, um die Region zu erkunden.

La cloison entre les chambres 1 et 2 n'est pas isolée phoniquement. Nous n'avons pu dormir qu'avec nos boules Quies. C'était très désagréable. Préférez les chambres 3 et 4 séparées

Kath and John were very informative about the local areas. Their B&B was very comfortable and clean, they provided a great breakfast that kept us going for most of the day. Would definitely return if lucky enough to come back to Ireland.

Travelled here for my solo road trip. The accommodation was lovely, situated on a short drive away from Killarney city centre. John and Kathy are absolutely the best hosts, and they really make you feel at home. The bed is very comfortable, and toilet seems to be recently refurnished (and/or very well maintained). I had a good dinner recommendation, as well as advice on where to park the car when I visit the city centre. Thank you again for the hospitality!

Die Lage des B&B war etwas außerhalb des Ortes. Dies hat uns nicht weiter gestört, da wir ein Auto hatten. Abends konnte man im Stadtzentrum kostenlos parken, dort fand man auch genug Restaurants fürs Abendessen. Das Frühstück war super und die Gastgeber toll.

The staff were brilliant! The location for what we needed was very good, breakfast was good and it was good value for money.

The water pressure in the shower wasn't great, it could do with a bit more soundproofing between rooms, and I really need a queen-size bed my feet don't hang out the end.

The owner was very kind and gave us a warm welcome. The room is spacious, with a lovely window, a comfortable bed, and a spotless private bathroom. Breakfast in the morning was varied and absolutely delicious.

This was the best accommodation we have had so far. The hosts are brilliant, friendly and super helpful if you need information, help finding somewhere to eat or what to do in the area. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a super place to stay

Due notti perfette vicino a Killarney Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti in un appartamento meraviglioso nei pressi di Killarney, ospitati da una coppia di signori davvero accoglienti e gentili. Fin dal primo momento ci siamo sentiti i benvenuti: la loro disponibilità e attenzione hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. L’appartamento era spazioso, curato in ogni dettaglio e situato in una posizione ideale per esplorare le bellezze naturali e storiche della zona: parchi, sentieri e paesaggi mozzafiato a pochi minuti di distanza. La colazione, ricca e ben fornita, ci ha dato la carica giusta per affrontare ogni giornata di esplorazione e avventura. Un soggiorno che consigliamo con entusiasmo a chi vuole vivere la vera ospitalità irlandese, immerso nella natura e nella storia.
