Дуже круті сходи, без ліфту; оплата тільки готівкою, хоча перевіряли карту; на жаль, не дуже чистий унітаз; вікно з ванної кімнати виходить в номер, погана звукоізоляція - з ранку голосні розмови персоналу знизу.

和室房的床墊中間的地方陷下去了，躺下去人陷在中間，連翻身都不容易，和室墊子應該換了，平時一些設備都要檢查一下，冷氣的室外機運轉的聲音很大，影響睡眠。

駅から近く、便利でした。部屋も清潔で気持ちよく過ごすことができました。宿の方も優しく花蓮に行くことがあれば、またぜひ泊まりたいです。

階段が細く、大きい荷物をもっていると少し大変だと思います。宿の方が荷物を持って下さいました。

The homestay is close to TRA but a bit away from downtown, but I'm okay with that. The boss man is super friendly and even with the language barrier because I only speak English he still tries to share information with you. Definitely one of the friendliest people I've meet. Really enjoyed the stay. Super soft beds too.

The lady who runs it is amazing. She has the interests of her guests at heart and goes above and beyond in making your stay as pleasant as possible. We were greeted with coffee/snacks, then given fruit and before we left a Louisa’s coffee. How generous is that?! to The language barrier was not an issue as she is an expert using Google translate!

It is on a corner so there can be some nighttime noise from vehicles. Could be an issue for some. We were fine.

I was really amazed by how hospitable and welcoming the owner and his wife were, they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

Clean and comfortable accomodation just 5 minutes walk from train station. The owner was very nice and friendly, gave me some good advice for my stay in Hualien. The room was very spacious with a nice bathroom and balcony. I highly recommend staying here.

The host was very friendly and gave us sightseeing tips. Great location, and all that was needed was in the room.

There’s no elevator but the host helped us carrying the luggage upstairs. The water boiler made weird noises

The rest have been acceptably hard or worse. This one had some softness about it.

Super noisy during the day with lots of motor scooters buzzing around. Thankfully this improved a lot the later the night went so overnight was generally ok No other problems

The host is such an incredibly nice person. Je helpt us with planning, we were able to check in earlier for free and when my partner had to stay in bed due to illness, he made it the most comfortable possible by giving food and drinks. The room was very spacious and clean. The location is just 5 min from the train station, so easy to access the taroko national park.

Best hosts you could dream of ! They were very warm and cheerful, giving you plenty of advice to discover the city and its surroundings. The bikes they provide are very convenient to explore the city. The homestay is 5-minute walk from the train/bus station which makes it a very good location for backpackers.

Super friendly staff and the room was quite large. There are also free bikes supplied which is helpful as buses aren't theist reliable in Hualien

I like everything about this property. Walkjng distance with the main station. We checked in late at 11.45pm but the owner patiently waiting for us, greet & welcomed us with smile. A very kind-hearted person, both husband & wife of this homestay. The room is spacious for the 5 of us, very warm. The bed is very warm, washroom clean, and everything is very good.

Location was <10 mins from hualien train station. There are many 7 eleven & family mart nearby. Owner was kind enough to wait until we arrived at 11pm (we informed the owner of our arrival time, best to do this). Room was spacious (by far the spacious room as compared to my stay in ruifang and keelung). Water heater was working, mineral water & toiletries are provided. Owner let us leave our luggage after we checked out. Basically everything was great. We met both the husband and wife and both were great hosts!
