Reviewed Aug 27, 2026The staff were kind enough to cancel our reservation even though the cancellation deadline had expired about 30 minutes earlier, and they also kindly provided us with transportation to the airport.
This property should not be considered a hotel. Although it is close to the airport, it is isolated in the middle of the countryside, making it impossible to go anywhere on foot. The rooms and reception area were extremely dirty and full of dampness and humidity. The kitchen was also dirty, and the swimming pool water was murky and uninviting. The place felt more like a private residence offering a few rooms for rent rather than a professional hotel. I was very disappointed, especially because the price charged suggested a much higher category of accommodation. It is simply unacceptable for such a dirty and inaccessible property to be marketed as a premium hotel. Furthermore, the photos shown on the website do not accurately reflect the actual condition of the property. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Cerca del aeropuerto, donde te recogen y te llevan de vuelta para tu siguiente vuelo. Igualmente no vale la pena porque hay autobuses que te llevan al centro de la ciudad por unos pocos euros donde puedes alquilar una habitación mejor y más barata y de paso visitar la ciudad.
Nada. No habia agua para ducharse, el Internet es horrible y el desayuno una basura. Me pusieron una crepe recalentado que no se podía ni masticar y poco más. Ni siquiera huevos. Había una araña enorme fuera de la habitación en la puerta cuando me levante por la mañana.

Договорились за небольшую плату оставить в номере вещи и животное на 8 часов до самолёта, я смогла съездитьв город, погулять. Персонал отзывчивый, завтрак простой, но вкусный. Есть бассейн, можно освежиться. В целом номер небольшой, но меня устроил.
Дороговато, но зато близко от аэропорта.

They said check-in was until 00:00 am but I found out that that was not the case. That should be updated in the accommodation profile. Sometimes bigger bugs like cockroaches were able to get in my room. That could upset some guests and I would suggest taking measures for hindering that.

The food was alright, but underwhelming. The AC didn't work very well.

Nothing was too much trouble, he drove us to a restaurant for dinner and collected us when we were finished. Friendly, clean, quiet and convenient. (Be careful of the tiles around the pool with wet feet, very slippery)

Reviewed Apr 14, 2026Wij hadden hier geboekt vanwege een 20 uur tussenstop in Casablana. Als je een appje stuurt dat je op de luchthaven bent wordt je binnen 10 minuten opgehaald. Toen we bij het hotel aankwamen schrokken we even van de verwaarloosde toestand van de tuin en het schilderwerk. Maar het zwembad lag er prachtig bij en mijn vrouw heeft direct een duik genomen. De kamers zijn ook aan een opknapbeurt toe, maar alles werkt, de douche is heerlijk warm en het bed lag prima. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en vroeg of we s'avonds wilden eten, maar omdat we Casablanca wilden bekijken hebben we dat niet gedaan. De volgende ochtend kregen we een simpel, maar prima ontbijt en na nog snel een duik genomen te hebben in het mooie zwembad zijn we weer keurig naar de luchthaven gebracht. Als de tuin en het schilderwerk worden aangepakt is dit hotel een pareltje.
De prijs is nu te hoog voor de verwaarloosde toestand van het hotel.

Frühstück gibt es erst ab 08:30 Das wurde mir beim Check In nicht erwähnt und am nächsten Tag war ich schon um 8:00 für eine Tour verabredet.

Non c'erano né il personale né i clienti.Magicamente è comparso il proprietario, ho cancellato intera prenotazione di 10 giorni.Fortunatamente avevo ancora 1 ora di tempo. Forse in estate questo posto si presenta in modo diverso.Per il momento il posto è una scenografia di un film di horror.Non consiglio a nessuno.

The room infrastructure is terrible. The heater doesnt work, the bathroom design is terrible. No exhausting, the plumbing doesnt work. Imagine the shit float in the bowl, ventilation not working, heater doesnt circulate hot air. The night was cold, plumbing, heating are not well. It was smelly and unconfortable. We are just there for quick transit luckily. We did highlight to the crew, i believe they know this issue already

Reviewed Jan 15, 2026I specifically chose this hotel because they allow pets. I was visiting Morocco to rescue a cat and bring him home with me to America. They were incredibly accommodating to us both making it completely stress free for both me and the cat. The owner of the hotel clearly loves animals and he is planning to open a dog rescue. There are two adorable well cared for cats living on the property as well as some peacocks, ducks and chickens. Very peaceful, beautiful and quiet property.
