Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Uitzicht is mooi, lekker balkon met 2 stoeltjes, goede bedden, airco en perfect uitgebreid ontbijt. Koelkast in het keukentje waar je zelf je drankje uit kunt pakken en de volgende dag afrekenen. Mooie normale tarieven voor de drankjes.
Badkamer d.m.v. een glazen wand van slaapkamer gescheiden, waardoor wat minder privacy. Minder goede afzuiging op de badkamer/wc. Geen spiegelverwarming en daardoor veel condens op de spiegel. Gastvrouw die maar blijft vragen om een review te schrijven met een 10. Maar ik schrijf graag zelf een eerlijke review die ik zelf waardeer.

Reviewed Mar 23, 2026Heel mooie kamer, met alle comfort en heel mooi uitzicht. Je wordt als gast warm ontvangen , door een hartelijke warme gastvrouw. Heel goed ontbijt, en toplocatie als je kortrijk wenst te bezoeken.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2025Danke für den tollen Empfang, und drei mal fantastisches Frühstück mit wunderschönem Ausblick vom Garten auf den Fluss Leie. Ein sehr schönes, modern eingerichtetes Zimmer mit Balkon und Panoramafenster mit freiem Blick auf das Grundstück und den Fluss ist besonders hervorzuheben. Auch vom verglasten Badezimmer mit Dusche konnte man den herrlichen Blick genießen. Eine große Küche mit allen Comfort konnten wir zusätzlich nutzen. Besonders haben uns die Gespräche und die Bewirtung unserer Gastgeber gefallen, an jedem Morgen gab es wertvolle Hinweise für unsere Ausflüge, ohne unseren Gastgeber hätten wir die wunderschöne französische Stadt Lille nicht besucht. Vielen Dank dafür wir hatten einen wundervollen Tag in einer wunderschönen Stadt. Die Unterkunft ist also bester Ausgangspunkt ins nahe Frankreich aber vor allem auch nach Kortrijk und Gent. Tip für Radfahrer Radwege beginnen direkt vor dem Haus am Fluss. Nicht zu vergessen wir haben in den drei Nächten sehr gut geschlafen. Liebe Grüße sagen Kerstin und Peter aus Berlin .
Eine Baustelle in der ganzen Straße, wir wurden von den Gastgebern vorab informiert, unsere Gastgeber haben darauf jedoch keinen Einfluss wir hoffen für Sie das das Bauvorhaben einen baldigen Abschluss findet.

Reviewed Oct 3, 2024Wow, what a place! absolutely pristine, everywhere spotless, panoramic view over the canal - all wonderful. A superb kitchen area, with all that we wanted, with beer and wine available if wanted We arrived at the end of a cycle tour and Nadine was really helpful in letting us have early access to the room and a secure shed to store our bikes. Nadine is really organised, so all communications were good. Absolutely fabulous breakfast - couldn't have asked for better

Reviewed Apr 24, 2024the Vis has wonderful views of the canal and it is a delight to watch the huge barges slowly passing . Unfortunatley it was raining when we were there and so couldn't take advantage of the seats on the balcony.
Apart from the seats on the balcony and at the table in the kitchen there was nowhere to sit .

Hosts were wonderful. They were able to offer storage for our bikes. Recommendations for and booking of restaurants and very early breakfasts to suit our needs. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was substantial and prepared with care. Very conveniently located, short walk to nearby restaurants, shops etc.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2023Fantastic! Super friendly and helpful hosts. Very modern, comfortable, and clean rooms right on the canal. Close to all the historic sites, shopping, and restaurants in Kortrijk. Easy access to walk or bring your bikes and ride the path along the canal. Breakfast was perfect and served right on time. Can't speak highly enough about our stay!

They arranged a restaurant reservation for us on the first evening to ensure we had somewhere for dinner. The B&B is immaculate and very modern, the breakfasts were amazing and location perfect, right next to the river and a short walk into town.
