B&B De Willemshoeve

Ich habe vom Bed and Breakfast Willemshoeve ein Fahrrad bekommen für die Zeit meines Aufenthalts. Das war toll. Ich konnte so in 5 min auf dem Campus sein und in 12 min in der Altstadt. Zum Zimmer gehört auch eine kleine Terrasse. Toll! Das Frühstüch war hervorragend.

Prachtige groene omgeving. Mooi vertrekpunt voor fietstochten. Het ontbijt was fantastisch. Airco op kamers wat zeer welkom is tijdens hete zomerdagen.

Geen opmerkingen.

Wout en Nanny zijn super hartelijk, gastvrij en hebben echt goede tips. De bedden zijn heerlijk. Met het hete weer was de airco heel fijn. Elke ochtend was het ontbijt net iets anders.

Ik kan niet zeggen dat er iets niet beviel. Het is meer een tip.Investeren in goede koffie zou mijn tip zijn.

Prachtige locatie, ruimte om buiten te zitten, heel comfortabele kamer en goed verzorgd ontbijt. Wij waren er één nacht, maar is zeker geschikt voor een langer verblijf om Wageningen en omgeving te verkennen.

De persoonlijke aanpak, het warme ontvangst. De kamer was erg sfeervol en mooi

Highly recommended! Very clean, charming and spacious rooms in the most welcoming and quiet bed and breakfast ever and with all the facilities you need. It is located in a beautiful area surrounded by forest. It is also only a 10-min walk from Wageningen University. Good WiFi and delicious breakfast! Thank you so much for a great stay. We hadden een fijn verblijf op de boerderij! Wout en Nanny hebben ons zeer goed ontvangen en er was zowel vooraf als tijdens het verblijf een zeer vlotte, aangename communicatie. De kamer was proper, ruim en aangenaam. De bedden krijgen van ons een 10/10 en ook de badkamer voldeed zeker aan alle verwachtingen. De kamer bevat naast de bedden o.a. een kleerkast, tafeltje met twee stoelen en een keukenhoekje met frigo, mogelijkheden om koffie of thee te zetten, spoelbak.. Het is ook erg rustig op de B&B. Je hoort geen verkeer en je hoort ook niks van de andere gasten of vanuit de andere kamers. Het ontbijt werd telkens aan tafel gebracht en was afwisselend en ruim voldoende. Er is mogelijkheid om 's avonds gebruik te maken van een ontspanningsruimte. Iedere kamer heeft ook een eigen terrasje waar het aangenaam vertoeven is. Wat we ook een pluspunt vonden is dat de B&B op wandelafstand ligt van Bennekom, waar er verschillende supermarkten en bakkers etc zijn en ook enkele goede restaurants zoals Restaurant 22 en Het Oude Postkantoor. Ook in de straat is een toprestaurant te vinden, nl. Het Gesprek.

De locatie ligt een drietal kilometer van het centrum. In het centrum is het overal betalend parkeren tot 23u 's avonds! We konden wel fietsen lenen van de B&B (vooraf aan te vragen) waardoor we ons makkelijk konden verplaatsen en er is ook een bushalte. Dus niet echt een minpunt, maar iets om rekening mee te houden.

Zeer vriendelijke gastheer en gastvrouw. Rustige ligging. De kamer was kraaknet en comfortabel, net zoals voorgesteld is. Het ontbijt was zeer verzorgd en we hadden alles wat nodig was.

Quiet semi rural just a short walking distance to the centre of Wageningen. The hosts were superb. Nanny and her husband couldn’t do enough to make our stay most enjoyable.

Weut and Nanny very special hosts, much more than hosts. Very nice house, comfortable and glamour furnished cozy rooms, top cleaning and delicious breakfast. Relaxing atmosphere, Walking distance to Wageningen University, bus to the city center or Ede station stopping close to the B&B.

The location near the University was perfect for me. Especially the way through the country side was so nice. The room was perfect and I especially enjoyed the nice terrasse in the evening. And the very best was the breakfast which was so lovingly fresh prepared.

5* b&b! Everything surpassed our expectation! Lovely area and owners and 5 min walk from wageningen university. Money well deserved!

The B&B is beautifully renovated and within walking distance (15 minutes) from the village of Bennekom, which has a number of restaurants and shops. There is sufficient parking space for guests. Lounge available for guests in the evening. The B&B is in a quiet area. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed. Both kettle and fridge provided. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was beautifully presented and varied (varius kinds of bread, cheese, ham, jam, chocolate sprinkles, eggs, yoghurt and fruit.) Machine to make your own coffee or tea. There was a small private siting area outdoors with table and chairs.

Though there was a wardrobe with plenty of hanging space, there was very limited shelf space. The shower did not have a door or curtain, so it was difficult to to avoid splashing the floor.

It is a very nice and cozy house. The garden was beautiful and big, worth to look around. There are also sheep who were very cute. The host family was very kind and lovely. Everything was perfect, the house, the room, the breakfast. I will definitely come back in the future :) Thank you for a lovely stay! We hope that you liked the bread and chocolate 😊

I loved how spacious the room was. We had our own bathroom, with a shower, sink and toilet, which was spacious, modern and well designed. It had soap, a hair dryer and even some pain killers in it. We also had our own garden area which we could sit in. We had mini kitchen set up with a sink, tea, coffee and kettle and also a fridge. There was a TV with cable in the room too which was very nice. I loved how comfortable the beds were. And how clean the bedsheets were too! We hired bikes from our hosts one of the days too, they were easy to ride and great for beginner cyclists like us. The area is so beautiful, surrounded by nature and trees. They have a small farm with sheep and chickens, who were very quiet and very cute! We loved our morning breakfasts! We had fruit cups, warm bread, boiled eggs, yoghurt with cereals and on the weekend we had home made Poffertjes! It was such a wonderful stay for us. We will be back for sure!

This B&B is easily reached by train to Ede-Wageningen followed by the No. 17 bus into Wageningen. It provides an excellent home base for day trips (I trained to Utrecht one day) and you can rent bikes in Wageningen if you want to cycle the area. We loved being in a quieter, more rural setting but still just a 10-minute walk to the university for our conference and a 10-minute bus ride into Wageningen (the bus stop is a very short walk down the road from the B&B) for dinner each evening. The B&B itself is beautiful - our room was large and tastefully decorated. with a tea-coffee counter, modern bathroom and small private garden. We were served a large delicious breakfast, each morning a little different, in a spacious, welcoming breakfast room. Nanny, the perfect host, was there to greet and serve us; she didn't linger but was instantly available if you called for her. She answered all our questions and helped us in many ways. Excellent value. We couldn't recommend this B&B more highly.

There wasn't a single thing we didn't like and we have no suggestions for improvements. Everything was done to a high standard of excellence and good old-fashioned Dutch care and hospitality was evident at all times.

The apartment was very stylish, cozy and comfortable, equipped with almost everything we needed. This B&B is located quite close to the university (WUR, 15 minutes by foot) which made it a very good base since we attended the conference held there. We appreciated the comfortable beds, and the small garden in front of the apartment as well as the romantic accessories that decorated the room and created an idyllic atmosphere. But the best part of our stay were definately the breakfasts. We just loved them. Everything was fresh and tasty, including bread, local cheese, yoghurt and fresh fruits as well as freshly squeezed orange juice. Amazing experience!

I would recommend adding some hangers to wardrobes, as there were not enough of them and we managed only because I brought several hangers with me. I was also missing some cosmetics shelf in the shower, we had to keep our cosmetics on the floor. Since there was no door neither the shower curtain in our shower, the floor in the bathroom got very wet and we needed to use one of the towels to wipe it.

We had a lovely room with a little outdoor area.. It was very comfortable and quite spacious. Lovely high wooden, pitched roof. Breakfast was generous, the owners very pleasant abs it was an excellent location for our family visit. .

Amazing breakfast!! Location good enough: very close to the campus but not to the city center.

Very welcoming and well kept. It is not in a busy part of town and only a small number of rooms, so if you like the quiet (like me) it should be good for you. Yet still only a 10- minute walk on a paved path to the university.

This is an excellent B&B. The friendliness of the owner, the superb breakfast, glorious views, great room, and perfect location for the university, make this a brilliant place to stay.
