Soul Luxury Suites were ideally situated in the middle of Ermoupolis town square. Verbose to all shops and restaurants.

Host Maria was fantastic. Location is perfect and the building is very charming with character. I will definitely go back there.

We absolutely loved our stay! The suite was beautiful and very comfortable, with an amazing location right in the heart of Ermoupoli. Everything was within walking distance. The staff were kind, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Central Location. Big room.

A bit noisy at times from other guests whilst moving from other floors going or upstairs. The breakfast could have a bit of some variants on the menu i.e one option was only egg related plates.

I normally avoid writing negative reviews. However, the property was given a clear opportunity to correct this problem and chose not to do so. Since the listing continues to advertise misleading information, I feel that other travellers need to be made aware of it. The biggest issue was the seriously misleading size stated in the listing. The room is advertised as 24 square metres, but it is actually around seven square metres smaller. As I have an architectural background, I measured it accurately using specialist software and sent the property PDF documents showing the actual dimensions. They apologised by email, claimed that transparency was very important to them and said they would investigate. However, more than two weeks after my stay, the listing still falsely advertises the room as 24 square metres. The room is so small that there is barely enough space to walk around the bed. The photographs are cleverly framed to show only individual sections, never the entire room, which prevents guests from seeing how cramped it really is. This is simply not acceptable. The listing also promises a generous breakfast, yet we were asked to pay separately for a second cappuccino—something we have honestly never experienced before. In addition, motion-activated air fresheners in the stairwell spray an extremely strong peach fragrance whenever someone walks past. The smell lingered on our clothes and in our noses for hours. I would not have written this review if the property had corrected the inaccurate information after I brought it to their attention. Unfortunately, that did not happen, and future guests deserve to know what they are actually booking.

Séjour tres agréable, hôtel très bien situé

Μια πραγματικά υπέροχη εμπειρία στη Σύρο! Το αρχοντικό κτίριο, με την ιδιαίτερη νεοκλασική του αρχιτεκτονική και την ατμόσφαιρα μιας άλλης εποχής, μας εντυπωσίασε από την πρώτη στιγμή. Η φιλοξενία ήταν εξαιρετική, με ευγένεια, διακριτικότητα και άψογη εξυπηρέτηση. Όλα ήταν προσεγμένα με ιδιαίτερη φροντίδα και συνέβαλαν στο να απολαύσουμε μια πραγματικά ξεχωριστή διαμονή στην Ερμούπολη. Ένα κατάλυμα με χαρακτήρα, ιστορία και ποιότητα, που σίγουρα αξίζει να επισκεφθεί κανείς. Θα χαρούμε πολύ να επιστρέψουμε! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Room was clean. We had excellent amenities in the room like beach towels, safe, snacks, refrigerator, bath robes, etc. Location and access was excellent, staff was excellent. Breakfast was limited but very well done.

Shower water temperature kept fluctuating badly.

Βρίσκεται στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης, ακριβώς απέναντι από το Δημαρχείο, μπροστά στην κεντρική πλατεία. Πρόκειται για παλιό αρχοντικό.

Τα μόνα αρνητικά σημεία στο δωμάτιο μας είναι ότι δεν υπήρχε μπαλκόνι (ευτυχώς τα παράθυρα ήταν μεγάλα) και δεν υπήρχε και πόρτα μεταξύ της κρεβατοκάμαρας και του σαλονιού, όπου κοιμήθηκαν τα παιδιά.

At breakfast, complimentary coffee should not be limited to just one cup. Some of us didn’t even have breakfast—we simply ordered a second coffee and were charged for it. It would be more reasonable to allow guests more than one complimentary coffee, especially when they haven’t had a full breakfast.

Simply outstanding, location, beds, AC, interior design, building, view, staff was 10/10... Couldn't ask for much more. Excellent breakfast with everything you need!

Excellent location right in the middle of the city in a gorgeous historcial building. The suite we stayed in had 2 areas providing great spaces for a family of 4 with a lovely balcony overlooking the main piazza of Ermoupoli. Staff were friendly, attentive and offered some great suggestions of beaches and restaurants across Syros. Really appreciated the beach towels as well which werw refreshed daily and an excellent alacarte breakfast every morning. Syros is a wonderful island and this is an excellent option when visiting.

We didnt mind but just a caution that it is a lovely old building so there is not a lift, and quite a few stairs to walk up and down and wirh yiur luggage.

The location is excellent. From the balcony you can get a sense of the exquisite town and the history surrounding it. The staff are friendly and helpful with everything asked for.

Although the bathroom was filled with brilliant natural light, it was tiny and maybe some people would find it difficult to step into the shower as the space felt cramped. The apartment itself was spacious however felt it needed more facilities like an extra armchair (there was only 1 whereas the photos showed 2), shelving in the kitchenette, a drying rack for bath towels (the ladder up against the wall is too small to lay out towels for drying)

The breakfast time was a bit prolonged, so we had to wait 30 to 40 minutes to be served properly.

Personnel accueillant et chaleureux (surtout Fragkískos), bon petit déjeuner, l’hôtel et les chambres sont spacieuses et bien décorées. Position centrale très pratique.

La chambre était jolie mais mériterait un petit rafraîchissement (parquet, peintures, douche). L‘environnement est assez bruyant.

Central location with a fabulous view of Syros

The hotel is located across the town hall and right by Miaouli Square. I could look outside our window to watch children playing in the town square, tourists looking around, and locals going about their daily lives. It was something I think I have never experienced in any other hotel I've stayed in. The room was really spacious, and the location is just perfect. We just walked from the ferry terminal to the hotel. There was also a lot of restaurants to choose from.

Very friendly staff, perfect location on the main square. The room was very large and clean and very very peaceful. And the breakfasts were really tasty

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Die Lage vom Hotel war perfekt . Das Personal war freundlich und hat gut Inspirationen für Ausflüge gegeben.

Leider waren die Matratzen viel zu weich! Ich hatte 2 Tage lang Rücken. Das war der einzige Wermutstropfen….

Very beautiful hotel in à classical building very well located! Spacious, modern and comfortable rooms. We had a balcony room with amazing views. The personnel is very kind and caring.

Superb. The eggs were wonderful, as was the yoghurt/fruit combination.

Δεν ήταν ότι δεν μου άρεσε απλά θα ήθελα το νερό πιο ζεστό στο μπάνιο

Χρειάστηκε να μείνω μόνο μια μέρα αλλά νομίζω ήταν μια απο τις καλύτερες εμπειρίες μου σε ξενοδοχειο. Ενας ευγενέστατος κυριος με υποδέχτηκε και μου είπε οτι, χωρίς να το ζητήσω, έγινε αναβάθμιση του δωματίου μου. Το δωμάτιο μεγάλο, πανέμορφο, πεντακάθαρο, σαν να μενεις σε καποιο αρχοντικό, με ολες τις παροχές που μπορεί να ζητήσει κανεις.Με ενα μικρο μπαλκόνι απο το οποιο βλέπεις την πλατεία Μιαούλη. Πραγματικά το απήλαυσα και σιγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμησω σε μελλοντικες επισκέψεις ειτε για δουλειά ειτε για διακοπες αν και νομιζω οτι θα έχει τεραστια ζητηση το καλοκαιρι. Σας ευχαριστώ για όλα.

Και να προσπαθούσα, δεν θα μπορουσα να βρω κάτι αρνητικό.

Maybe a more traditional breakfast

The hotel is perfect; location, staff, a lovely spotless suite overlooking the town square, a made to order breakfast off a small but lovely menu in their stone walled cafe, the comfort of the bed, just everything. Syros is the capital of the Cyclades islands with a large year round population so most of the businesses are open year round. The island itself is just gorgeous and the people are not only helpful, but very kind and friendly. Overall a wonderful time, we can't wait to return

We loved everything, Syros Soul is a lovely, comfortable, hotel with a helpful, professional and friendly staff located a block from the port, on a lovely marble square. Make sure you rent a car and explore the island and it's quaint historic towns
