General comfort noted, but there are comments about issues like a cold shower and uncomfortable beds.

Rooms are sometimes comfortable and modern, but recurring complaints about noisy or ineffective air conditioning, poor soundproofing, occasional uncomfortable mattresses and humidity/odour issues.

Several reviews mention cleanliness issues, such as mold in the shower and dirty towels.

Mixed cleanliness: several guests praised clean rooms, but multiple reports of dirty bathrooms, mould in showers and having to change rooms due to unclean facilities lower the score.

Frequent mentions of the hotel's convenient proximity to the airport and public transport.

Consistently positive: repeatedly noted as very near the airport, close to the tram to Bordeaux centre and nearby restaurants/supermarket, making it convenient for transfers.

Consistent praise for friendly and helpful staff across multiple reviews.

Service is mixed: some staff described as friendly and desk usually staffed, but several mentions of unhelpful receptionists, issue with change for tourist tax and slow/limited responsiveness.

Breakfast praised by some, while others found it too expensive.

Breakfast is the main negative F&B point: several guests found it limited, lacking variety (few fruits, few viennoiseries, no eggs) and considered somewhat expensive for what is offered.

Facilities were adequate, though the breakfast price received negative feedback.

Basic amenities: secure parking praised and rooms have AC (though noisy), but issues reported with non-smart TV, missing soap, limited breakfast options and occasional cleanliness of shower cabins.

Value perceived as average; breakfast costs deemed too high by some guests.

Generally seen as good value by multiple reviewers (explicit 'bon rapport qualité/prix'), especially for an overnight/transfer stay, despite some extras (breakfast) being seen as pricey.
