Aksamlari yarim saat park yeri icin gezmek zorunda kaldik. Araçla gelecek olanların bunu bilerek gelmesinfe fayda var.

We did not receive the room we paid for. We reserved Deluxe double room with sea view, which is set between the 3rd and 6th floor according to the description. Instead we got a room on the 1st floor, very noisy from the street, no view at all but a wall (picture attached). The most annoying thing was that the guy at the reception said there are no more rooms like this (although we paid in advance) and suggested to move us to another building in a different location. At 1 A.M. in the morning, after a long trip on the road, the last thing you need is to have to move in another location. So, in short, the hotel is good, but the staff is not. It is unacceptable to tell me to my face, with a smile, that the room we paid for is no longer available. I will never return to a hotel that misleads its customers online, only to trick them at the reception. What you see & pay online is not what you get on the venue.
