The owners were extremely helpful, we booked a da trip around Ninh binh visiting the monuments. Included transfers from the hotel. They always gave us cold water. They arranged a transfer for us to ha long. We came back late one night after the football, and the shutter was down however they let us in swiftly. Feels very safe because of the shutter also.

The bathroom felt a little bit congested but was adequate. The WiFi sometimes worked

The room was nice and big, the bathroom was also big. It was in a nice location. The family that owned the place was nice and booked us all the services that we needed like van to Hanoi and motorcycle rental. We had an issue with hot water and they fixed it right away.

Family who run it are really lovely and very helpful. They can organise anything you want to do. Room was clean. Location was in a good part of Ninh Binh.

We couldn't get the hot water to work

Quite far and hard to get to tam coc which is the main area to stay, the bathroom was very small and had drain flys

we really had good moment in this hostel, the room was very clean, any equipment is working, additionally they provide towel, toothbrush, shower gel. The lady that welcomed was very kind and don’t hesitate to make yourself comfortable, recommend also places to go around in Ninh Binh, thank you !

The location of the property was ideal for me. It was in a quiet area, far from the tourist ghetto, in the authentic city and still close to many amenities, cafés, restaurants and shops. The owners were very kind and organised a high-quality excursion to Cuc Phuong for me. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Mi sono trovata davvero bene la camera era pulita e accogliente, la zona molto tranquilla e il personale davvero gentile

Quello che ho preferito in assoluto è stata la gentilezza della proprietaria. Super disponile e premurosa. Mi ha aiutata molto. La struttura si trova in un’ottima posizione a Ninh Binh. Il bagno s la camera erano puliti. Tutto sommato se ricapitassi a Ninh Binh, ci tornerei.

Forse la camera non è insonorizzata, si sentivano i rumori proveniente dalle altra stanze

Great room, good quiet location just off the main street and close to lots of restaurants. Host was unbelievably helpful - she organised us a VERY last minute sleeper bus to Hoi An using her local contacts, despite tickets being sold out online for the coming days. She was incredibly helpful and had lots of other things to offer like tours, motorbike rental and more.

Room was spacious, the bed comfortable

No duvet, blanket very thin and therefore cold in the night No hot water (there is the hot water switch but does not really seem to work)

The hospitality is unmatched. The people who run this guesthouse are the kindest people. I even sat and spoke to one of them for over an hour. They’re lovely people and they take amazing care of you.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Washing facilties were good and air conditioning worked fine. A budget room at a budget price but perfectly good and terrific value for money.

Lovely stay. Lady (owner) kindly helped us check in way earlier than expected for our room and had one ready for us which was super kind of her and went out of her way to sort this. Room was of a big size and location was close to everything No complaints or issues

We didn’t have a window but not the end of the world. Also it’s not in the main location that backpackers etc would stay which is Tam Coc but that’s entirely our doing. Would stay again as a taxi was only 50p to the place anyway

Joy Nibi Guest House was a great place to stay and Linh was a great hostess. She was very helpful with her advice and help in organising things. Linh provided a motorbike which was very helpful because most of the attractions are a reasonable distance outside Ninh Binh. The room was comfortable and clean and I really enjoyed my time there.

Very helpful, they always made sure we had everything we needed. We shared moments with the owners — wonderful people!

nice, clean and spacious property in Ninh Binh! there isn’t much to do in ninh binh which is a shame but the owners have bikes avalible for rent at a very good price and they also offer laundry services. the staff were very friendly too. the rooms were clean and the showers were great, our aircon wasn’t great but that’s okay. one of the better properties we have stayed in during our stay in SE asia :)

One of the best places I stayed at - loved the host and the family, great people. I will be back. The host sorted my motorcycle for me, sorted my laundry and her husband also helped me when trying to locate the things I wanted to do - wholesome place and great hosts

First and foremost Lynn and her family were extraordinary lovely people to be around with. Such a warm welcome from them all, we couldn't ask for more. The location was perfect for us, they also had motorbike rentals. It was in a quiet alley off a busy road in the hustle and bustle of Ninh Binh. The room was super clean and spacious. Definitely recommend !!!
