Reviewed Jun 18, 2026It's an incredibly lovely location. It's quiet and natural all around. The hosts are very welcoming, and their cats too. The room was perfect and with a nice view.
For someone coming with cycle from Irschen station, it is conveniently located on the Simmerlach variant of Drauradweg, however, it is a punchy hillclimb that can feel exhausting. It's also a shame that there were no restaurants open in the immediate vicinity. You either have to go to Oberdrauburg or Gröfelhof. It's not the hosts' fault, though, so I won't reduce any star.

If you don’t have a car then getting dinner in the next town requires a little more cycling but that’s hardly a negative, just worth noting

jedna izba nemala WC museli sme využiť spoločné, ubytovanie je na druhom poschodí - trošku problematické z veľkým kufrom. Cena pomerne vysoká ale vzhľadom na lokalitu asi OK.

Reviewed Jan 21, 2026I was there just before Christmas, so I was the only guest. They were really friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. I have choose the breakfast option, which was fresh and delicios, especally the home made jam.
For me, everything was okay. Some reviews said it was bad, that the family lived in the same house, but for me it was okay as well, they didn't bother me at all.

Reviewed Oct 27, 2025Kényelmes, tiszta szálláshely, csodálatos környezetben. A szállásadó nagyon kedves volt, váratlanul úgy alakult, hogy jóval hamarabb érkeztem a szállásra, de gyorsan kitakarította a szobát, és még délelőtt elfoglalhattam, ezért nagyon hálás vagyok neki, köszönöm!

Reviewed Aug 1, 2025A házigazda és a felesége nagyon kedves és segítőkész emberek. 1 hétig parkolhattam a motorommal és az autómmal a saját garázsukban. Motorosoknak nagyon ajánolm ezt a szálláshelyet a fedett parkolás miatt. A reggeli finom és kiadós volt. A szoba tiszta és rendezett. A kilátás és a tiszta levegő csodás volt.

Quiet little town, rooms are spacious, enough parking space for multiple cars, shared shower is whole little room so no worrying about water getting everywhere (also type of shower is one of awesome ones!) and despite it being shared shower its very private, beds are great and even room with shared shower has its own sink, which is awesome and for check in you will be met by owners. Perfection!
Rooms are on higher floor but that wasnt problem for us.

Reviewed May 5, 2025The room is exactly as described and you can park directly at the house. The owners are also extremely friendly and have replied very quickly to our request for a late check-in (after 21:00). The price is very wallet-friendly in comparison to similar rooms in the vicinity.
You need to be aware that the bathroom and shower is shared between 6 rooms and that the owners' family lives in the lower floors of the house. In my opinion this is not a issue, but just be aware of it.
