Sehr nette und freundliche Gastgeber. Besonders positiv war, dass wir das Frühstück früher bekommen konnten – vielen Dank dafür! Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und liebevoll vorbereitet. Die Unterkunft war außerdem sehr ruhig und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft gerne weiterempfehlen!

Prima slaapplaats voor wie de regio rond Francorchamps wil verkennen Heel vriendelijke host! Alle nodige faciliteiten zijn aanwezig! Heel verzorgd en lekker ontbijt met plaatselijke producten.

Nice b&b run by Joëlle within walking distance of the Spa Francorchamps circuit. Rooms are decent size with nice ensuite bathrooms. Nice outside terrace and garden area that feels relaxed. Location is c. 10 mins walk to Francorchamps main street and a further 10 minutes from there to La Source circuit entrance. Nice continental 'help yourself' breakfast put on by Joëlle including tea and coffee. Francorchamps location also means great access to Spa town (10 mins drive). Easy parking on-street in dedicated bays for the property.

Rooms are a little dated but still generally clean and decent size. Kitchen area could have been cleaner and had a lot of flies around constantly - partially due to hot weather.

Stayed for the Spa 24 Hour motor race. Was a nice distance to walk to the track, but just far out enough to avoid the hubbub in the village. It was brutally hot during my stay, but I was provided a very strong fan and Joële even washed some of my clothes (as I was travelling on and wouldn't have an opportunity). Breakfast was lovely.

Proche du circuit, au calme dans une belle maison super petit déjeuner et le jacuzzi pour un moment de détente dans un très beau cadre ! C'était parfait !

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer sehr guten Nähe zur Rennstrecke Spa. Die Umgebung überzeugt mit tollen Aussichten und belebten kleinen Ortschaften. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft spricht für sich. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und aufgeräumt.

Unkompliziertes Einchecken vor der vereinbarten Zeit mit Einweisung durch die freundliche Inhaberin. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück im Preis enthalten. Inhaberin war stets bemüht auf alle Wünsche einzugehen. Kurze Entfernung zur Rennstrecke (24h GT 3). Parkplatz vor Haus. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis voll ok ((24h). Komme sicher wieder !

Mooi en schone B&B met een erg vriendelijke gastvrouw. Heerlijk ontbijt ! Mooie omgeving voor zowel korte als lange wandelingen waar de gastvrouw je graag bij helpt om de mooiste uit te zoeken. B&B is op loopafstand van het circuit

Décoration avec goût , propreté impeccable, équipement adapté , confort de la literie. L accueil et le contact avec notre hôte ont été parfaits!

Layout and atmosphere

Fabulous place to stay for a visit to Spa Francorchamps, so close to the circuit and yet so tranquil it feels like the track is miles away. The property has absolutely everything you could need and more, I wish I had more time to enjoy the area aside from being at the race track. The hosts were absolutely wonderful and very helpful, and it truly felt like a home from home. Staying here turned a good trip into an amazing trip!

The accommodation was very convenient for walking to the track, and the hospitality was second to none. A massive thank you to Joelle and David for hosting us and went above expectations to help wherever they could. Highly recommend.

The kindness of the host and the bed, very comfortable. Easy parking and close to different path for hinking. The breakfast with local producers is amazing.

It is a very nice place, a new big house set up as small 'hotel' with the house lady living on the other side. All high quality and nicely furnished. Big shared kitchen with everything you need. In the morning the house lady prepared a very nice breakfast consisting of diverse local jams, cheeses, breads etc, o and a nice fresh bean coffee machine. And she is very friendly and flexible if you do not make the official breakfast times. Room, beds, bathroom, all are new and of high quality, all in a very comfortable place to stay.

We had a very warm welcome! Also a lot of information was given to make our stay better. The hostess was very knowledgeable about the broader area! Every morning a nice breakfast with a good talk! And nice clean rooms. Definitely a recommended B&B.

Very cosy room with a very friendly an pleasant owner. The breakfasts was excelent and mad of locally source produce. Will come again.
