Ver'Olive

Fantastic location for Spa Circuit, very modern and well designed property. Staff lady was absolutely lovely, very friendly and very kind and helpful Great fresh pastries on the morning and a coffee machine

Unfortunately we were unable to find anywhere open for an evening meal in the village (Tues Night) There was something like an unused toothpick on the bed head when we arrived and there was no controller for the fan which only blew full blast if used.

Goede locatie, propere kamer, warm welkom

Wifi was redelijk traag.

So beautiful and great location

Nothing it was perfect

Friendly staff, clean facilities, ideal location for Circuit de Spa Francorchamps which was only a 10 minute walk. Highly recommend and would stay again

Third stay here and it's always excellent. Great location for the Spa circuit, parking, free breakfast pastries and coffee. Friendly and helpful owners and a couple of good restaurants 50 yards away.

nothing

Modern building, clean and well equipped rooms , big private parking right in front of the house. Overall, excellent value for the money

It was clean and comfortable.

Nothing

Clean, friendly hosts, convenient for spa track.

A recommander !!!!!

An excellent option near the Spa circuit. The hosts were very helpful, even had clothes washed and ironed! There are two options for breakfast: free croissants plus a fridge with options, or a full breakfast that we could not enjoy. Rooms are modern and clean.

Nothing to criticize.

Great location, easy parking, beautiful modern property

No a/c meant we had to leave the window open at night and both got 20+ mosquito bites the first night.

Ontbijt

Fantastic location to Spa Francochamp circuit. Very friendly staff, large comfy rooms, huge bathrooms.

Water in shower very slow to drain away

Location, cleanliness, host, croissants

Would’ve prefered self check in. Varying water pressure. Nothing much, book this gem.

Lovely place, lovely hosts.

Super friendly as always 👍

Very modern, clean and looked after.

Hôte très agréable et gentille 🩷

This property is an impressive and remarkably architect designed. The continental breakfast was all you could hope for and the location was ideal for the Spa circuit.

Our room lacked lighting for reading.

Très bon accueil Idéalement située près du circuit A recommander On reviendra Yamileth Eric

Amazing location amazing rooms and shower

Heating in rooms couldn’t turn down.. so had to have the window open to sleep

Lovely house, very modern and clean. Ensuite was excellent. Perfect location for the Spa race circuit. A pleasant change form 'hotels'.

Nothing! It was pretty warm though and a hot day, think the underfloor heating might have been on in the en suite and the common areas??

New, nice and extremely clean ! Location perfect for visiting Spa Track. Very friendly reception and a warm croissants for breakfast were really nice! Coffee and water beverages on the Etage ! Pleasant surprise

We were welcomed to the property by the hosts who were incredibly friendly and spoke perfect English. They showed us around the property, provided free tea/coffee and pastries for breakfast which were excellent. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with a big bathroom. We had a fantastic stay :)

Nothing.

Location was perfect, owners were extremely friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious! Room was very clean and spacious.

Great parking, lovely looking building, right up my street. exceptionally clean and comfortable room and bathroom. You are in the middle of town but looking out of our bedroom window you would think you were in the middle of the countryside with lovely views of the garden and countryside beyond. Had a nice breakfast and a lovely stay.

Honestly can not think of any criticism

This property is beautiful. Nestled in the very heart of town with restaurants and a lovely delicatessen close by. From the moment we pulled up the property was clean, tidy and inviting. The accommodation was very pleasant, bed was comfortable and bathroom facilities were near new and fantastic. Our hosts were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was delightful. We cannot speak highly enough of Ver’Olive and would recommend it highly.

Nothing not to like.

The Room, The Owner, The Location.

A little more variety for breakfast things would be nice.

As always, a lovely visit. 😁

Beautiful place to stay, in an ideal location for accessing the track. The room was exeptionally clean and finished to a very high standard - great walk-in shower and comfortable bed. Complementary, fresh pastries, tea/coffee available each morning along with chocolate treats and madeleines in the evenings. Having somewhere to park off the road was perfect too.

A very modern building within 10 minutes walk of the entrance to the race circuit. The hosts were brilliant, taking the time to show us to our rooms and explaining the communal coffee/drinks area.

Fantastic stay here, excellent location for spa race circuit walking distance, good local restaurants nearby, wonderful fuel station on route to the circuit for snacks, drinks etc, the hotel was a credit to the couple who own it, I would definitely stay there again when I next visit the circuit, I would not bother in looking around this place ticks all the boxes for me, fantastic stay👍🏎️🚗.

The location of Ver'Olive is ideal if your visiting Spa for an event or as we were a track day. It's right on the main street as you head down from the village to the circuit. This is a relatively new build B & B and it is modern, clean and a really great place to stay for a weekend. The hosts are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. We stayed in the Relais de Pommard last year and that was like a Youth Hostel compared to the Ver'Olive. This is probably one of the best B & B's I've ever stayed in, more like a boutique hotel than a B & B.

There was nothing that really bothered us. Breakfast is continental so don't expect a full English fry up!

Excellent stay in a family owned hotel! The views are stunning, the breakfast is delicious, all the interiors, the beds, the sheets are all of great quality. The owner is also very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely come back.

The only drawback is a noise we could hear every now and then, I suppose it was a heat pump. But totally bearable.

Ver Olive is within 20 minutes walk of the circuit at Spa Francorchamps. The hotel was simply superb, very contemporary in style, immaculately clean and really comfortable. On the landing outside the bedrooms, there was a fridge that I was able to use for some items that I had purchased from the supermarket, but it also contained cans and bottles of drink at very reasonable prices. Breakfast was provided in the morning - fresh croissants and pains au chocolat - and there was a kettle and coffee machine to make hot drinks. Veronique was a charming host and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

All was superb.

This was our second time that we have stayed at Ver Olive. As with the last time, our rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The location is ideal for the circuit, and also has a couple of really good restaurants within 75 to 100 metres. The hosts are great, and nothing appears to be too much trouble. If you are going to the circuit, it is about a 1000m walk, and there's a Total service station just before the entrance that has a fantastic deli counter, that serves large, delicious, filled baguettes for about €4-5 each.

Nothing

Great location close to circuit. Friendly hosts. Croissants, pastry's and coffee available all day. Very modern, quiet and clean. Parking for each room.
