Gaia Residence Deluxe

No tenemos queja

clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing with a great variety of delicious food. What made our stay truly special was the incredible staff. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. From the moment you arrive, they make you feel at home. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent service and staff. Would highly recommend for anyone.

Everything was very clean. Very confortable. They treat me very nice.

The property was very clean very quiet at all times of the day didn’t matter what time it was morning noon night almost completely silent cute pool area thought it was connected to the room silly me but the host was AMAZINGGGGG very understanding very accommodating always there when you needed him breakfast was on point he doesn’t intrude giving you your space he even made an exception for me to smoke by the pool even though his property is smoke free SUCH A GENTLEMAN but I still smoke majority outside off the property I highly recommend if you like small clean and quiet

Nothing not to like the guest are pretty rude but he’s fine

Merci

Beautiful property, Very quiet

Staff and owners were really accommodating and enjoyed having conversations. The rooms and everything were extremely clean and well maintained

Nothing everything was exceptional

Rent og pent hotell. Hjelpsom og vennlig betjening. God frokost. Parkering. Pent bassengområde med solstoler for avslapping.

All the staff is so amazing and helpful. Rooms are specious and super clean. Absolutely delicious breakfast. And we got the list of recommendations on beaches and restaurants and have to say - all were amazing.

Everything was amazing, and up to part. Will be coming back.

Nice and cozy little B&B, The room was large, quiet, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent in a nice environment, a place to chat with other residents. The owners and staff were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. I felt like home, so thank you to the great people who run this place. The location is a bit off the beaten path, but in a quiet and safe neighborhood, about 10 minutes drive to the beach.

The staff was wonderful. The inclusive breakfast is made on the spot to our liking. Everyone was friendly and they were a wealth of knowledge.

All good

The Gaia Residence really made an outstanding impression. Just to name a few perks: The parking is great, the location is peaceful, the room was extremely comfortable, the food was scrumptious, and my favorite part — The staff. Tonino and Marina were so kind, thoughtful, and helpful. I will definitely be returning to Gaia Residence when I return to Puerto Plata!

Parcheggio di fronte all’hotel in zona tranquilla e protetta.

The work team is excellent, the breakfast is unbeatable with many pleasant options that are very well prepared and served with a lot of love. The comfort of the bed and the room is very good, the air conditioning works perfectly, and the hot water is excellent.

Everything was ok.

Assolutamente consigliato.
