Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Wonderful place to stay in the heart of Bari Vecchia! The location is absolutely perfect, within walking distance of everything, yet the room was comfortable and very clean. The atmosphere of the old town right outside the door makes the stay feel really special. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. A perfect base for exploring Bari and experiencing the city. We would happily stay here again and definitely recommend Dei Meravigli!
The bathroom is quite tiny, but for us it was more of an observation than an actual problem, especially considering the character of the historic building

Tired apartment, which does needs updating. The bathroom was small and the toilets reduced ceiling height was dangerous due to you having to remember to duck when standing up. We would stay here again. Thank you

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026The studio was very nice, it had everything needed, the bed was really comfy. The location is great, right in the center of old Bari, it was really convenient to explore the city. The communication with the hosts was smooth. The self check-in was easy.
My room was right at the street level, it means there is no view from the window as the window is also a door and also you could hear everything what is happening on the street. It was not an issue for me, there is no bar or restaurant near by, but if you are a light sleeper and would like to go to sleep early, it is something to keep in mind, at least to have a pair of ear plugs with you.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026A szállás az Óváros egy kicsi utcájában van. A szobához tartozott erkély, és a tetőterasz is nagyon hangulatos. Raffaele, a szállásadó, nagyon kedves és segítőkész. Minden üzenetre gyorsan érkezett válasz. A csomagokat letehettük bejelentkezés előtt és távozás után is. Van kávéfőző, vízforraló, hűtő, mélyhűtő, hajszárító, vasaló, napernyő, légkondi. Volt bekészítve kávé, tea, víz és gyümölcs is. Az ágy kényelmes. A vasútállomás, a bevásárlóutca, a tengerpart sétatávolságra vannak. A közvetlen közelben kávézó, kisbolt, éttermek. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, csak azt sajnálom, hogy nem hosszabb időre mentünk.
Nem volt ilyen. De, ahogy többen írták előttünk: a zuhanyzó valóban kicsi - mi is azok vagyunk, úgyhogy ez nem volt gond :D a belvárosi zaj nyitott ablaknál felhallatszik - kifejezetten élveztük, részesei lehettünk kicsit az olasz életnek <3 autóval nem megközelíthető a ház - mi gyalogoltunk, szóval ez sem volt szempont a lépcsőház valóban szűk, és a 4. emelet sok-sok lépcső - de legalább ledolgoztuk a rengeteg panzerottot, focacciat, fagyit, meg a többit :D

Mimo świetnej lokalizacji (wszystkie zabytki są na wyciagnięcie ręki), apartament znajduje się na cichej uliczce, gdzie nie dobiega uliczny zgiełk. Apartament jest niezwykle czysty, przestronny i komfortowy. Właściciel przemiły i pomocny w każdej kwestii, można zostawić bagaż na przechowanie po wymeldowaniu. Bari jest piękne i to miejsce pozwoliło nam w pełni podziwiać jego uroki, a przy tym wygodnie wypocząć. Polecamy☺️

Our room was on 4th floor, which might be challenging for some people, as the stairs ar vey narrow. Also, even if the bathroom was ok, the shower is very small, so just have this in mind if you have some claustrophobia issues.

Subir com malas pesadas pelas escadas até o segundo andar. O chuveiro é muito pequeno mas dá para desligar a água e abrir a porta para se ensaboar e voltar a fechar para se enxaguar.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Közvetlenül az utcáról nyíló , ablaktalan, sötét helység. Az ágy nagyon keskeny, két embernek nem kényelmes. A fürdőszoba nagyon kicsi, le kell lépni egy lépcsőt, hogy a mosdóhoz vagy a wc-hez odamenj. Olyan, mint egy barlang. A szomszédos lépcsőház itt fut le, bevered a fejed, ha nem figyelsz. Aludni nem lehet, mert éjjel 1-2 óráig ordítoznak az ajtó elött, 5 percenként elmegy egy motor vagy egy túrista csapat. Az ajtó vékony , üveges, minden behallatszik. Mivel nincs ablak, levegőtlen az egész, sokszor kanális szag van.

Coffee pods, milk, and cookies for breakfast :) Overall, it was very cool to stay in Bari Vecchia. The owner was friendly too and lives above

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026Nagyon jó helyen, az óváros szűk, kis utcájában van. Minden, ami fontos, elérhető gyalog. Ha kint ülsz az erkélyen, részévé válsz az ottani életnek. Ez nagyon tetszett.
Sajnos a hűtő nem műkődött, de a tulajdonos másnap délutánra hozott egy újat. A zuhanyzó tényleg kicsi, ha behúzod az ajtaját, nem férsz el. Néhány tányér piszkos volt.

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026We loved our stay here in Bari. The location of the apartment was great - very central in the historic old center. We had our choice of restaurants and cafes less than 1 minute away from the apartment. The hosts where great, helping us with all queries and gave us some great restaurant recommendations. Facilities were great too, including kitchenette with microwave, fridge and refreshment supplies.
The shower cubicle was very small and i found it difficult, and a little claustrophobic, to shower with the door closed. Not suitable if you are travelling with a family. Also - not a negative for us, as we like the atmosphere, but you can hear everything from the street! So if you are bothered by noises or sensitive sleepers - its something to take into account.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Szybkie zameldowanie. Szybka komunikacja z właścicielem obiektu. Czysty pokój. Wygodne łóżko. Zasłony dobrze zaciemniające ulice - bardzo ważne w tej lokalizacji.
Pokój, który dostałam był tuż przy ulicy (z wejściem z ulicy). I jedyny minus to duży hałas, zdarzało się, że przechodnie siadali przy stoliku zarezerwowanym dla pokoju (przy czym stolik był odgrodzony krzakiem).

La camera era fronte strada come un basso ma non me ne ero accorta alla prenotazione quindi ho una responsabilità però mi è parso un prezzo da speculazione fittare una stanza fronte strada a 100 euro. Soprattutto perché senza luce, con una piccolissima finestra che dava sulla strada e con una discreta puzza di chiuso. Inoltre nel minuscolo bagno c'era un'altra finestra che dava nel vano scala del palazzo da dove arrivano altri rumori oltre quelli della strada fino all'una di notte.

L'ospite disponibilissimo, forse anche troppo, avevano chiesto una camera a due letti, ma x accontentare un cliente che ha prolungato il soggiorno a noi ha dato una stanza con letto matrimoniale. Accontentato un cliente e uno un pochino meno.
Il bagno decisamente piccolino, fortuna che noi siamo minute altrimenti non saremo entrate nella doccia.

Reviewed May 13, 2026It was truly in the old town, near the cattedrale/duomo. And the staff was very attentive – we got excellent recommendations for the two dinners we had in town. And our host helped us with a car problem and, importantly, drove with us to find parking. Beds were excellent, coffeemaker worked, and we got the morning croissants just around the corner.
The bathroom is very small, so is the shower.

Reviewed May 12, 2026Die Lage der Unterkunft ist mitten in der Altstadt, einfach gut für Unternehmungen zu Fuß. Wir hatten das Zimmer im 4. Stock mit einem tollen Blick über die Dächer zur Kathedrale. Der kleine Balkon ist gut geeignet für den abendlichen Rotwein.
Das Bad ist sehr klein, die Dusche nicht geeignet für stärker gebaute Menschen. Das war aber für und kein Problem. Das Treppenhaus ist sehr eng und steil.

Reviewed May 10, 2026Vieta pačioje senamiesčio širdyje. Viskas pasiekima pėsčiomis per kelias minutes. Geras kainos ir kokybės santykis.
Tualetas nelabai patogus ypač aukštaūgiam :) Gana triukšminga, bet kadangi gyveni pačiame senamiestyje tai suprantama.

Reviewed May 7, 2026Super pobyt, apartament mega,czyściutko no ten prysznic malutki ale... przy tej lokalizacji to nie ma co się czepiać. Był to nasz pierwszy raz i nie ostatni będziemy polecać z całego ❤️ znajomym. Właściciel uprzejmy, miły, pomocny POLECAMMMMMMMM 🙂❤️🙂❤️

Reviewed May 1, 2026Fantastisch gelegen in een van de mooiste straatjes van Bari! Heerlijk balkon, prima bedden, behulpzame eigenaar, fijn om spullen beneden in halletje te kunnen laten tussen check-out en vertrek ferry naar Patras
Krappe douche, tevoren geen communicatie/instructie over inchecken. Eigenaar arriveerde wel meteen na bellen
