Le Riad est très jolie et très bien entretenue Être accueillie avec un thé et des petits gâteaux et très appréciable La chambre pour 3 personnes était assez grande avec des rangements. Le toit terrasse est hyper agréable pour profiter du soleil et se détendre.

Pas très loin du souk et de la place mais pas hyper secure pour 3 filles de se balader dans les rues le soir. À l’arrivée on a oublié de nous demander de payer la taxe de séjours, et quand on est rentrée le soir à 22h cela nous a été réclamé, nous n’avions plus de monnaie on a demandé à pouvoir payer le lendemain pour aller retirer. Mais le monsieur nous a obligé à y aller direct… pas cool de nous faire ressortir le soir tard pour retirer de l’argent… Ça pouvait attendre le lendemain.

Gemütliches, nettes Riad mit sehr freundlichem Personal und toller Dachterrasse. Das Zimmer war klein, ordentlich und funktional. Die Lage war gut, der weg zu den Souks und Attraktionen Recht kurz.

Die Heizung funktionierte leider nur wenig. Das Reinigungspersonal ließ leider nach Reinigung das Fenster zum Gang offen, sodass jeder ins Zimmer hätte kommen können. Außerdem verträumten sie alle unsere Sachen, sodass einiges an Chaos entstand bei der Suche der Habseligkeiten. Vom unguten Gefühl mal abgesehen. Das Frühstück war okay, aber nicht sonderlich überzeugt. Leider gibt's keinen Schlüssel für unten, sodass man immer klingeln muss. Ansonsten alles gut.

Alojamiento precioso en un entorno muy auténtico de la zona. Bien ubicado, a un paseo de todo lo interesante. Desayuno correcto. Personal amable, te reciben con un té y unas pastitas.

La bomba frío calor no iba muy bien. Pero por poner alguna pega.

Le petit déjeuner est copieux et servi dans la cour intérieure du Riad, ce qui est très agréable. La terrasse est un bel endroit pour se relaxer.

L'accueil le premier soir manquait de chaleur et de courtoisie. Les choses se sont replacées par la suite. Le quartier en soi n'est pas particulièrement agréable et plutôt éloigné du centre névralgique. Par ailleurs, il serait bien de fournir un clé de la porte extérieure du Riad. Chaque fois que l'on revient au Riad, il faut sonner à la porte, donc déranger un membre du personnel, qui vient nous ouvrir.

C'était parfait, emplacement, petit déjeuner.

Bien situé, très calme, dans la Médina, au coeur de la vie des Marrakchis, à 20 minutes de la place des Ferblantiers, nombreux restaurants pas loin du Riad. Quel bonheur d'y retourner le soir après l'agitation de la ville! Samir, toujours à l'écoute de nos besoins, est venu nous chercher à l'entrée de la Médina et a pu nous donner plein de bons conseils. La terrasse est spacieuse et calme. Un très grand merci à Naïma, notre rayon de soleil du matin, qui est une femme douce, serviable et toujours de bonne humeur( qui en plus, parle très bien le français). Merci à ses collègues du très bon petit déjeuner : Hasna, Hayat, Sana et Soad ainsi qu'à Mostapha. Bravo à tous, belle équipe !

Nous avions pris une chambre double ( un peu petite quand on y passe 5 nuits, mais propre et confortable ) La prochaine fois, nous prendrons une grande chambre. Il y a pas mal d'escaliers, mais on s'y habitue, le pommeau de la douche et le joint du bac à douche sont à changer.

The Riad personnel was very friendly and helpful ! Location was rather good , all sites in a range of 20-30 minutes away. Price for the accommodation including breakfast was good.

Breakfast was served as per local tradition, eggs should be asked extra, no fruits. Our room was without window and smelled as an old house. The shower needs to be refreshed, old walls with mold dew and cracks. The entire Riad premisses smelled like cats pee. It was difficult to find the Riad, despite of previous recommendations made- the owner did not change anything. Is it so difficult to hang the Riads name outside ?

Riad molto bello e tranquillo, colazione super. Samir è stato gentile e sempre disponibile, il giorno del checkout dovevamo partire per un’escursione presto e ci ha preparato la colazione prima. Abbiamo provato anche la cena ed è stata uno dei pasti migliori avuti durante il nostro soggiorno in Marocco.

Posizione dentro la medina ma tra stradine che la sera ci sono sembrate poco raccomandabili.

La zona quizás, aunque nos dimos cuenta que toda Marrackech es así… al principio da un poco de respeto pero luego te haces a ello.

On arriving at the location you ring at a door, but the one just next to it will be openen by a member of the staff. This is because the riad consists of several interior courtyards. They all have the same rooftop terace, which is very nice. We booked two rooms and they were both exactly as in the pictures, they were clean and house keeping came every day. We had breakfast in the morning and it consisted of several types of pancakes, cake, jams, etc.

The riad is a bit far away from the main attractions, it is closer to the exterior walls of the medina. It is not unsafe, but it can feel as if it is. We went out after dark and it was allright. So use maps, or know the way.

My wife and I loved the hospitality and attention of the people of the Riad.

Fantastic place with amazing staff. Really caring and genuine. Always wanted to help in any situation. Breakfast was quality and served to perfection. Nice rooftop area to relax. Would definitely recommend!

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Really worthy. The breakfast was great and we had the best tea and coffee in Marrakech! The bed was really comfortable and everything was very clean. It’s 15 minutes from the souks which is great as it’s getting crazy there so the location is very quiet.

Everything was good but our room was small and downstairs which you can have full privacy.

Riad position is quite off - close to the city gates where neighborhood is quite unpleasant. Long walk to the center. Also there are people that would bother you at night to guide you to the place. Quite insecure if you do not know where the Riad is located (google maps shows incorrect position).

Very nice hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff, beautiful design and good value for money. Excellent breakfast, walking distance from the medina.

After the reservation was confirmed, the facility started to respond late. The location of the hotel is not correct. We searched for the hotel for 30 minutes and could not find it because they did not answer. We arrived at the hotel around 8-9 in the morning and checked in at 1. I sent a message to the hotel beforehand and said, "We will arrive early, can we check into the room?" and they approved it, but when we went, they asked us for 1 night's money for 3 hours and took it. Even though we gave our flight number to the hotel, they sent the driver to the airport in Marrakesh, but we landed in Casablanca. In short, they made us suffer a lot. We had to ask for help from a drunk man on the street. That man found us the hotel because they did not answer and the location was wrong.

The room was clean and comfortable. Nice bathroom with good shower. The people were all very nice and helpful. Nice breakfast.

Staff Is really kind and they help you on everything. The Riad Is very beautiful, close to medina, rooms are confortabile and large. Terrace Is really nice and quiet. We also had a dinner in Riad and It was good

The room was spotless and the staff is so helpful, kind and friendly, they were always available to help and offer a good service, and they take care of guest, even they gave us recommendations to walk on the streets and where to go.

The surroundings

Friendly staff, clean, freshly renovated, comfortable rooms. Quiet neighborhood. Nice balcony for sunbathing. Have been in many riads in Morocco, it was first time when pictures showed reality. Batroom was quite big.

Little far from main square, but can't count it as a minus because I saw location when booked. Second thing what people noted as minus was that they moved to other house, but reality all three are connected and there is really not big difference, actually I was happy because our house was little quieter. I was there one week and every morning breakfast was almost same- coffee, bread, pancake, butter, small pice of cheese, jam, cookie and seeet cake and orange juice.

Since it is so affordable I have nothing not to like it. I am still waiting to receive the receipt.

Well made. Modern. Breakfast was so delicious. So far the best one in the hotels in Morocco. Very important! We didn’t have doubts about cleaning. Bed sheets, bathroom was no problem at all. Separate thanks to Semir (I hope I’m writing his name correct). He is always ready to help. Helped us to feel safety, home. Location is very good. Calm. Couple of minutes from first shops. We liked everything

Beautiful riad, very styled and moroccan :) spacious rooms and bathroom. All clean. Staff really friendly and always available.

Different riad than pre-booked (with no explanarion). The location is not the best. (When you walk there after dinner there are no tourists as it is more a residencial area of the medina and you might feel unconfortable even though nothing ever happened to us). I would try to stay more close to jema el fna square if i would be back in marrakech .

Beautiful, bright Riad with a nice roof terrace. Cozy and clean bedroom. Very kind and welcoming people/staff that even served us breakfast at 6:30am on the day of departure.

I loved our cute room and the rooftop! The staff was so friendly as well

I didn't like that we got locked in after 11 or 12am and could not leave the Riad. We checked in after 4 or 5pm and the airport lost our luggage so we had to go get it after 11pm and we were going to go back out after this and get water and snacks/dinner but we couldn't because we were locked in by the main door. We powered through it. But the next morning we realized the rooftop is connected to the Zen Riad next door so we would just go up and over to eat breakfast or if we needed to leave before the front door was unlocked.

Newly renovated, very cosy and clean. There was very silent. Very nice rooftop.

We had some problems to find it. Few tips on the website would be great. You also don't get the key to front door, so each time you come back you need to ring the owners door

We thought the property was very comfortable and in a good location. everything was walkable from the Riad. it was clean and comfy.

check-in was a little confusing but it was also our first day in Morocco. maybe just a little better communication.

The apartment was really nice, we had room cleaning every day, the staff was super helpful and kind, and the breakfast was really good too!

We had issues to find the riad as the location does not match with google maps. The staff can't be contacted by whatsapp, and they don't speak much english.

One person was managing 3 riads, therefore check in and check out took quite a long time.

Muhammad and all the personnel is very polite and helpful.The room was excellent and the breakfast very good. Last day of our accommodation despite we leaving the Riad very early, Muhammad served us the breakfast much earlier than the scheduled time. Be careful, first they gave us room in totally diferent nearby Riad claiming they have no free rooms in Riad we booked . Aftet taught 1 hour negotiation we got smaller room but in place we booked. Other guests were smoking during breakfast right in restaurant - disgusting 🤮.
