Bij B&B Rosa Avensis word je vriendelijk ontvangen en voel je je direct op je gemak. De kamers zijn schoon, ruim en verzorgd, en de kleinschaligheid zorgt voor rust en persoonlijke aandacht. De behandeling was heerlijk en zowel het ontbijt als de lunch waren uitstekend. Een aanrader voor wie op zoek is naar een ontspannen en comfortabele verblijfplaats. Fijne living waar je koffie en thee of een drankje kunt pakken. Lekker bij de haard. Van alle gemakken voorzien.

Het was heerlijk en we hebben echt genoten. Ik vond de sauna wel wat krap maar voor 1 persoon kan het prima. Ik kijk ernaar uit om in de zomer terug te komen zodat we het zwembad kunnen gebruiken.

Super luxe mooie slaapkamer met groot bad in de slaapkamer. Ook ontbijt was top!

Hoofdkussens waren iets te zacht.

Ik had gehoopt dat de sauna op de kamer wat ruimer zou zijn.

Perfekt. Top Ausstattung. Frühstück total ausreichend und hochwertig. Wir übernächtigen schon seit Jahren in unterschiedlichen Ländern. Dies gehört definitiv in den Top 5 👍

Mal überlegen 🤔. Ich überlege noch immer 🤔. Da gibt es für uns kein Haar in der Suppe zu finden.

Rosa Arvensis voldoet aan alles wat je hoopt als je een b&b boekt. De kamers zijn prachtig en hebben aan ruimte geen gebrek. Alles is netjes, schoon, verzorgd en straalt een luxueuze rust uit. Het beddengoed, het linnengoed, de badjassen; het voelt en ruikt schoon en fris. De gastvrouw is warm en genereus en heeft goed nagedacht over wat je als gast zou willen. En mocht je toch iets missen, dan is zij direct bereikbaar en je ter wille. Op de afgesproken tijd staat je ontbijt klaar, waar de gastvrouw zich opnieuw niet bij ingehouden heeft: de kwaliteit is goed en het was meer dan we op konden - zelfs toen de gastvrouw zich op dag 2 inhield. Kortom: een plek waar we ons helemaal ontzorgd en in de watten gelegd voelden. En waar we graag nog eens naar terug gaan.

Er was niets wat ons zodanig niet beviel dat we er niet om terug zouden komen.

Mooie kamer en vriendelijke gastvrouw. Het bed was prima en het ontbijt perfect met heerlijke Starbucks Nespresso.

Er zijn geen verduisterende gordijnen dus er komt wel erg veel licht doorheen.

Op zeer korte loopafstand van de Rozenhof, want dat was toch de aanleiding van mijn verblijf. Uiteraard heb ik tevens genoten van mijn verblijf in een mooie kamer met een ruim bad, het ontbijt was heerlijk en goed verzorgd. Ter afsluiting had ik nog 'n heel prettige massage geboekt.

Voor mij betrof het met name de omgeving: mbt de horeca. Behalve 'n soort snackbar (waar je weliswaar ietsje meer dan friet kon bestellen), was er op loopafstand verder niets te vinden ('n 2e eetgelegenheid bleek definitief gesloten). Blijkbaar hoopte deze culinaire smulpaap dat bij een straatnaam als 'Markt' en in de buurt van een plein, dat je vast wel ergens leuk kon eten oid. Maar goed, dus wellicht goed om hiermee rekening mee te houden.

Wir waren rund um zufrieden. Außergewöhnliche Zimmer, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet Suzanne, eine herzliche Gastgeberin Super Frühstück Wir empfehlen es gerne weiter und kommen auf jeden Fall noch einmal wieder

Heerlijk bed, zwembad in de tuin en sauna in de kamer. Ontzettend lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt.

Persoonlijk heb ik zelf liever meer verduisterende gordijnen tegen het ochtend licht.

An absolutely superb stay!!! Great room, large, comfortable, nice big chairs for reading. A private porch in a garden area, very quiet, first rate shower, and sauna. Delicious and generous breakfast. And a great host to boot. Really couldn’t ask for more. But there was also secure bicycle storage and close proximity to a ferry across the Maas to Arcen. An all time favorite stay.

This is off the charts, exceptional location, a little piece of paradise but in Lottum, Limburg

Spacious well furnished room with terrace and lovely gardens. Relaxing and tranquil living area with wood burner and outside a decked area with hammock and seating all available to use. Somewhere safe to store our bikes as well. And a really nice breakfast.

My boyfriend and I had such a wonderful stay! The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, and the whole place had a really cozy vibe. Suzanne was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious and plenty to start the day. Thank you for an amazing weekend!

We had an amazing weekend. The B&B is looking amazing, hosts was very very nice and the general stay was simply great. All expectations were exceeded. The room is great and the breakfast was one of the best ones I've had! It's clear the hosts are doing this with a passion. Can recommend 10/10!

Location is perfect, nice quiet village, ideal starting point to hike, run or cycle. The ferries make it very attractive to wander around. Rozenhof is very attractive. The host is very attentive. Breakfast is good.

The room is a studio, no separate bathroom. Lot of space but not really cosy to relax. The high ceiling (puntdak) gives a spacious impression. The bed is separated from the big windows through a low rise wall which makes it a bit dark. The space to sit is a bit cramped with the chairs very uncomfortable with high rise arm support.

We loved the big room with sauna and garden, it makes you feel at home. So much the attention to details which made everything look very taken care of. Breakfast was great and very generous.

Suzzane was a wonderful host with an amazing place in Lottum! Rosa Arvensis is an absolutely great place for a peaceful getaway! The room was big, clean, comfortable and cozy! The sauna was great too and to top it all off the breakfast was brilliant! Already looking forward to another weekend!!

Nothing not to like, but the need to travel on instead of staying longer!!

The breakfasts were absolutely delicious and the property itself was charming and intimate. The beautifully maintained garden added to the overall appeal of the place, which is located in a picturesque area. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this place for a delightful stay.

What a gem! Lovely large rooms, cosy living room and beautiful garden. We felt very welcome in this intimate b&b. The surroundings are great for everyone who likes cycling and walking in nature.
