Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Struttura nuovissima a pochi passi dal centro e dai principali servizi nonché da un grande parcheggio dove poter lasciare l’auto. Pulizia ottima e colazione molto variegata. Il servizio di self check-in è molto comodo, personale professionale e molto disponibile, ci hanno permesso di anticipare il check-in di qualche ora e la mattina c’è sempre la signora molto gentile a cui rivolgersi per qualsiasi necessità. Ritorneremo sicuramente in questa struttura!

La struttura è dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per trascorrere un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante, senza far mancare nulla. La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: comoda per raggiungere facilmente i principali punti di interesse e ideale anche per chi desidera avere tutto a portata di mano. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole, in un ambiente accogliente, moderno e funzionale. Assolutamente consigliata e sicuramente da tenere in considerazione per un prossimo soggiorno!

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Abbiamo soggiornato due notti. Due camere adiacenti (siamo una famiglia di 4 persone). Nel complesso buon rapporto qualità prezzo ma migliorerei la biancheria (lenzuola e spugne molto sottili) e il materasso troppo basso. Comunque ci tornerei.

Piccolo frigo con acqua a disposizione, condizionatore è generoso balcone con tavolino fronte via principale. Presente anche stendino. Buona colazione e personale gentile! Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026E'la seconda volta che soggiorno qui e ha confermato le mie aspettative, trovo la struttura moderna, molto pulita e curata ,la posizione eccellente, il centro vicinissimo e il porto a due minuti a piedi. Camere davvero confortevoli, con balcone attrezzato
lL'unico appunto riguarda la colazione. Mi sarebbe piaciuto poterla fare all'interno della struttura, visto che è presente una sala colazioni gia allestita.Invece viene servita in uno dei due bar convenzionati. Non è stato un problema, ma credo che fare colazione direttamente nel B&B renderebbe lìesperienza ancora più piacevole. Per il resto, soggiorno assolutamente consigliato.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026It was very clean, easy to locate ,very close to the port and local eateries. Any issues with our stay were dealt with promptly. Getting in and out of the building was a little difficult as the gate was hard to open and close. Although this no way the fault of the accommodation, but should be noted for the future. A very pleasant and enjoyable stay.
Apartment was super clean but the foyer area and building were dated and the gate was hard to open. My partner has a disability and it proved to be difficult. Another suggestion is to make sure there are 2 key cards as it was difficult to decide who had the key when we were out at different places

Le fait de ne pas pouvoir prendre le petit déjeuner sur place alors qu’il y avait une indication de salle de breakfast avec des tables qui était dressée pour le petit déjeuner ! Nous avons été déjeune dans un café qui nous a demander de choisir notre boisson thé et café et une viennoiserie !!! Nous pensions avoir un petit déjeuner digne de ce nom comme nous l’avons eu dans d’autre B&B

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026Lage in Hafennähe. Grosser Parkplatz in der Nähe. Beides wichtig, wenn man das Auto stehen lassen will um für ein, zwei Tage auf die Äolischen Inseln zu fahren. Wenn man dann spät Abends mit der Fähre zurückkommt freut man sich auf die Unterkunft in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hafen.
Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist das Bad -Design. Das Bad (Toilette) hat eine große transparente Glaswand zum Wohnraum und eine transparente Glastür.

Die Kommunikation zwecks Schlüsseldepot und zugangscode war schwierig, trotz vorheriger zeitlicher Anreiseangabe. Erst nach Anruf wurde reagiert... Abends zwischen 21 und 23uhr etwas laut, da unten drunter eine CafeBar abends öffnet und durch die umliegenden Häuserwände schallen stimmen umso mehr.

Отличная команда делающая клининг в номерах. Понятная и удобная система общения с администратором отеля. Завтраки проходят а кафе на набережной, в кафе доброжелательный персонал. Всё было замечательно, вернемся ещё обязательно. Желаю процветания и развития!🤝

Reviewed May 26, 2026Une chambre très très bien équipée, très très propre et bien située. Le lit est très confortable. Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner au Tropical bar. Excellent. Pour parquer la voiture il faut impérativement réserver une place dans un garage car toutes les places alentour sont saturées.
Les cloisons sont plutôt minces et les personnes peu respectueuses qui font du bruit durant la nuit empêchent le bon repos.

Reviewed May 19, 2026Super easy and convenient for our stay in Milazzo. The check in process was smooth and the accommodation is actually a massive apartment split into separate rooms. Ours included a massive balcony with a view of the inner yard, so it was fairly shielded from the street noises. The room was clean and comfy, enough room for our luggage, comfortable bed and nice bedding. The bathroom had a shower corner, that was sepaated from the main room by a glass panel, which could be weird for people with intimacy issues, but we managed :) For breakfast we were given vouchers with a choice for 2 cafes, we chose the one on the main road, which proved to be the better choice, very authentic atmosphere and the food was also delish! Would stay again if ever in the area.
Parking availability is a downside, however there are plenty of paid options nearby. The A/C didn´t work during our stay.

Das Frühstück entspricht nicht den Fotos auf Booking com. Man bekommt einen Gutschein für eine naheliegende Bar und erhält Kaffee nach Wahl und süsses Gebäck. Öffentlicher Parkplatz gegen Bezahlung.
