Would be much better and more comfortable if bathroom was attached to room. Hallway near room echoes quite a bit so you can hear all of the doors slamming. Quite expensive for what you get.

Sin duda, la atención de Lilia, se nota que ella hace mucho mas de lo que su trabajo demanda. Un desayuno excelente y muy completo.

Sehr ausgiebiges, hervorragendes Frühstück (besser als in vielen Hotelketten) von der Dachterrasse mit wunderbaren Blick auf die Altstadt und den Atlantik. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Toller Garten zum Entspannen, dieser war sehr ruhig.

This is one of the best B&B I’ve been to! It’s central and yet on a quiet street. The garden and the roof top are great, the bed is very comfy, the breakfast is fantastic, but what really stood out is the staff! Amazing team! Lilia and Maria you’re the best!!

Amazing location, friendly staff, lovely breakfast, quiet location yet very easy to walk to all the main areas of Lagos. I loved relaxing in the garden area.

Occasionally heard other people outside my room as it is very echoey. Apart from that it was such a lovely place to stay!!! I would come back again.

Die Lage in Lagos ist sensationell. Nicht weit ins Zentrum und an den Hafen, aber weit genug das mann nicht mitten im Geschehen ist und in der Nacht ruhig schlafen kann. Sie Gastgeber Maria und Lillya sind super Nett und Hilfsbereit. Mann fühlt sich von der ersten Minute an wohl und wie zuhause. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Very central location and a very clean and comfortable room. We really enjoyed being able to use the beautiful garden. The host was also lovely! Would definitely stay here again.

De gastvrijheid: we voelden ons thuis, kregen heel veel handige tips en ook voor mijn partners verjaardag verzorgden de dames een leuke verrassing in de vorm van een verse chocoladecake bij het ontbijt. De ligging was perfect. De gezellige tuin en de propere kamer.

Lilia è stata gentilissima e ci ha accolto dandoci tutte le informazioni necessarie per muoverci al meglio a Lagos e nei paesi attorno. La camera è spaziosa e lo è anche il bagno (tra l'altro dotato di bidet, cosa molto rara all'estero). Struttura molto bella con un giardino comune elegante e curato. La colazione ottima, con prodotti di qualità e con ampia disponibilità; le uova strapazzate vengono cotte al momento. Stupenda terrazza da cui ammirare Lagos tutto il giorno.

Großes Zimmer, viel Ablage Möglichkeit. Sehr schöner Garten zur mit Nutzung. Ebenso Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer und Küche. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück das keine Wünsche offen lies auf der Dach Terrasse. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberinnen. Zentrale Lage in Lagos.

Badezimmer gegenüber des Zimmers über den Flur, aber völlig in Ordnung da kurzer Weg. Etwas hellhörig.

Everything was top notch. We really enjoyed 5 nights there. The highlight was the staff, they were excellent and really welcoming!

La situation est pratique car proche des centres d intérêt et des restaurants et boutiques. Bon accueil et bon petit déjeuner mais pas exceptionnel comme on peut le lire sur les commentaires booking .

La décoration des chambres est très simple,voire juste familiale,c est pourquoi on a trouvé le rapport qualité prix défavorable..cher pour ce que c est ..mais bon est à Lagos .. Se garer avec une voiture est problématique,les rues sont super étroites ,il y a des parkings pas trop loin mais pour décharger les valises c est pas pratique

The location was perfect. The breakfast was superb. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. Truly one of the best lodging experiences we have enjoyed in a long time.

De B&B lag in een rustige straat op maar 3 minuten lopen van het centrum, Prachtig dakterras en binnentuin, ruime kamer, heerlijk ontbijt en het allerbelangrijkste: Lilia was zo ontzettend gastvrij en nam heel erg de tijd voor iedereen. Ik raad deze plek echt aan iedereen aan als je in Lagos bent!

Stayed 3 nights. Initially had some questions but Maria addressed them all and in general the staff was very helpful. Great location. Very short walk to the bars and restaurants but also quiet. Place was very clean and breakfast was great.

Everything! I went on a solo trip and I never wanted to leave. Everything was exceptional, from the location to the cleanliness, the fresh breakfast and the friendliness of the hosts. The b&b consists of two small villas facing each other on a quiet but central street, one has a breathtaking terrace and the other has a beautiful large garden, both have a common kitchen and living room area. Special thanks to Lilia who welcomed me every day like an old friend would and gave me the best recommendations for my trip!!

Eine Superlage in der Altstadt. Es gab zwei Gebäude gegenüber.Das eine verfügte über einen sehr gepflegten Garten welche direkt bis an die alte Stadtmauer ging, mit vielen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Im Haus gegenüber gab es das leckere Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse. Lilia die Vermietering war sehr komunikativ und gab mir viele Tipps für Lagos. Sie hat mir eine unvergessliches Erlebnis organisiert- Eine geführte Kajaktour entlang der Küste und den vielen Höhlen.

The guest house was in a perfect location. The manager, Lilia, gave us a very warm welcome and took care of our comfort throughout the entire weekend. She introduced us to a city map and suggested possible activities. Delicious breakfast, clean apartments, a quiet street, a cool room - and the list could go on. Thank you for the hospitality! 10/10

The garden was beautiful next to the old town wall. I had the spiral stairs room, so having the little sitting area at the top of the stairs was a lovely bonus. Rooftop terrace, breakfast and the lovely, attentive staff. Maria showed me through everything, Joao takes through the map of the town and all the places he said to eat were spot on. Beautiful food. Lilia was so warm and attentive. Gave me lots of tips re Lagos and where to go in Porto.

Accueil chaleureux, avec beaucoup de conseils. Excellent petit déjeuner sur une belle terrasse dominant la vieille ville. Notre logement, situé dans une maison de l’autre côté de la rue comprenait une cuisine et un salon commun ainsi qu’un très beau jardin. Très bonne literie.

Really good location and the manager and owner were lovely! Very kind helpful and welcoming really good space with a kitchen and loads of space to eat in the guest house, breakfast was lovely including cereals, dairy free milk, fresh juice, fruit, fresh cakes, bread yogurts and freshly made eggs and bacon on request and espresso coffee. the manager gave lots of help booking stuff like boat trips. Garden is stunning so lovely to relax in.

The room can get a little cold in the evening even in April so being warmer night clothing. Also not the properties fault but it can get noisy on the road with building works if you’re a light sleeper. It is also quite dark on the room so not a lot of natural light in the room if you want to chill inside. Also would definitely be great to have some sun bathing chairs in the garden. Also I think updating the keys to electronic would be a lot easier especially as the bathroom private bathroom is outside the main room in the hallway and it can be quite tricky to use. It was still a lovely stay though and I would reccomend it to stay in Lagos it’s very calming and so convenient these are minor things to make it even better for the guest house in future.

Beautiful B&B, garden view room in the middle of Lagos, and wonderful manager and team. Had a great, relaxing stay!

I stayed in the garden house and it was perfect. You had access to a living room and kitchen as well as a lovely garden. I spent a good few hours in the hammock and it was such a relaxing space. Everything was super clean and I loved that you could use their sun umbrellas too. The hosts are so lovely and I felt so comfortable and well cared for. The room was tidied and bed made every day and bathroom cleaned. The put on a wonderful breakfast every morning with freshly made juice and they’ll make you eggs if you want them. As a female solo traveller I couldn’t have asked for any more staying here. Such great value for money and such an amazing location: can’t wait to come back to Lagos and stay here!

We loved our stay at Three Maria's Garden house. Our room was large and comfortable, and we absolutely loved the huge courtyard for enjoying the sunshine. Lilia is so kind, and we appreciated the conversations as much as the lovely breakfasts. Perfect place to enjoy the sights and experiences of Lagos.

Struttura pulitissima. La nostra camera era nell’edificio con il giardino circondato dalle vecchie mura della città. Veramente bellissimo. Colazione in terrazza buonissima, personale gentile. La manager della struttura ha prenotato per noi una gita in Kayak e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Consigliatissimo.

The guest house was in a good location close to the old town. The hosts and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was comfortable and the facilities just what we needed.

Lillia was very welcoming and helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay here. The breakfasts were good and generous. It was great to have the garden for a bit of time away from the bustle of the town. We'd highly recommend 3 Marias.

For someone with mobility issues, climbing the stairs for breakfast might be a problem, but then possibly hilly Lagos would be anyway. For us, it was fine and very comfortable.

I loved the location of 3 Marias Garden House B&B! It was very walkable to every part of Lagos. The owner and staff were also all extremely nice! My room was decently sized and offered plenty of space to store your things.

Not applicable. I don't think the property or staff did anything that I didn't like. If anything, maybe offer multiple keys for couples. Overall, I don't think anything needs to change and 3 Marias Garden House B&B was an excellent place to stay!

Maria and Lilia were so attentive. Warm and helpful. Hospitality at its finest. And the entire space - rooms and communal areas were impeccable. And had so much care. The garden was beautiful . A peaceful space to enjoy with natural herbs that Maria used to make me tea!

I loved everything! But as they mention it to you when you book- there is a room with a circular stair and it may be challenging for some people. The hosts were clear about it and I decided to take it. I’m glad that I did!

C’è una scala un po’ ripida per arrivare alla camera

María, la anfitriona es super agradable. Te da mucha información sobre Lagos y alrededores. Y los desayunos que hace son estupendos. Además el sitio donde se desayuna, en la azotea, es muy chulo. La ubicación de la casa y el jardín que tiene están muy bien.

Colazione ricca e varia, servita su una splendida terrazza con vista mozzafiato sull’intera città di Lagos. Maria e il suo staff sono sempre presenti, cordiali e pronti a offrire preziosi consigli su cosa visitare, quali attività provare e dove mangiare. Abbiamo seguito uno dei loro suggerimenti per la cena e abbiamo mangiato benissimo, spendendo il giusto. Il giorno del check-out ci è stato possibile lasciare comodamente i bagagli in struttura e ritirarli nel pomeriggio. A disposizione c’era anche un bagno utile per una rinfrescata prima della partenza.

Se si arriva in auto, è bene sapere che in alta stagione può essere difficile trovare parcheggio nella strada di fronte alla struttura. È quindi necessario lasciare l’auto in un parcheggio pubblico situato a circa 5 minuti a piedi. Può risultare un po’ scomodo se si hanno molte valigie, ma resta comunque una soluzione pratica.

If you have a car - access is tricky through very narrow streets. Our bathroom was across the hall from our room there is a €20 charge for late check in (after 8pm) A bit complicated check in arrangement where you have to give a time of arrival

Relaxing garden, close to centre. Held our luggage and allowed us to have a shower on final day.

Wi fi could have been better speed, couldn't play video on Netflix. Was fine for other tasks.

3 Marias is lovely! Lillia and Maria were so kind and helpful with recommendations and booking kayaking and boating on our behalf. Breakfast was delicious and the rooftop setting was fabulous.

Our air conditioning wasn’t working properly but I know the 3 Marias team was focused on getting it fixed. They worked on this right away as soon as we brought it to their attention.

Tidiness (spotless) Professional Friendly

I loved staying with Maria because it felt like home. The garden was so cute, the homemade breakfast in the morning, the rooftop was great, and the access to the kitchen and living spaces. It was also super close to everything so perfect location.

Breakfast is very simple Lidl-style breakfast, cheap and basic options. Nothing special. Room is dated, bad value for money. Place needs some refurbishment, especially the bathroom.

A beautiful property in a great location. Lilia and Maria were so very hospitable and kind, they also have mane great recommendations for activities and dining all over Algarve.

The excellent breakfast was on a rooftop terrace with wonderful view. There is a very pleasant garden that can be enjoyed after a long day walk. The "Marias" were very helpful with tips what to do and where to eat.
