Reviewed Sep 11, 2026The place was clean and the host was lovely and very accommodating and helpful.
The room was too small, not enough space to really enjoy the room. That was the only thing I didn't like

Reviewed Sep 27, 2024From the first communication with Ultimate Freedom Bed and Breakfast (Miss Lydia), I knew I had booked the right place for my parents who needed accommodation for a funeral they had to attend. Miss Lydia was helpful, informative, and patient, answering my questions promptly. Miss Lydia made sure the room was cooled and prepared before my parents' arrival and informed me when they had arrived safely, which I was very grateful for. My parents were nothing but impressed with their room and the level of service Miss Lydia provided. They stated that she went above and beyond, looked after them, and they wanted for nothing! The room wasn't just clean; it was spotless. They had nothing but complimentary things to say about their stay there and the amazing treatment they received, recommending it to anyone who is visiting Santa Cruz. ## Highlights: - Excellent communication and customer service - Room prepared and cooled before arrival - Exceptional cleanliness - Above and beyond service from Miss Lydia - Highly recommended for visitors to Santa Cruz Overall Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (Five Stars!)

Reviewed May 28, 2023Ms. Lydia is very friendly and accommodating. She is also a good cook. Enjoyed my breakfasts she made (ackee and saltfish with fried dumplings, and callalo and saltfish with green bananas). She is also knowledgable about attractions in and around the area. The property was very secure.
There was nothing that I did not like.

Reviewed Dec 10, 2022The bedroom and bathroom was clean and comfortable, exactly as the photos show. Staff very friendly and helpful Ideal location for exploring Santa Cruz. We parked our car onsite behind electric gates. Breakfast was good and served in our room. We only stayed one night whilst visiting family and will stay here again on our next visit.
If I had to be really picky it would be nice to have a hairdryer but otherwise nothing!
