The property was amazing. The staff absolutely lovely, kettina was so helpful and very sweet and patient. Deserves a raise. Easy access to the pool, nice garden and food was lovely too

The only thing I didn’t like was the bed was too low and uncomfortable. But everything else was really nice and clean.

Frühstück war gut,Lage OK Die Hauskraft Christina war sehr aufmerksam,alles sauber geputzt.Ganz zum Gegenteil von der anderen Hauskraft.

Die andere Hauskraft Jelissa war nicht sehr freundlich. Und das allerschlimmste für uns war,sie wollte gleich nach der Ankunft dass wir unser Zimmer mit Kreditkarte bezahlen. Gott sei Dank haben gleich Verdacht geschöpft und nicht bezahlt. Wir hatten nämlich über Booking.com gebucht und dort unsere Kreditkarte zur Zahlung hinterlegt. Die wollte doch glatt nochmals abkassieren und drängte uns mehrmals dazu.Richtige Betrugsmasche...Achtung davor.Die Hausherrin sahen wir nie und war auch nicht erreichbar. Gottseidank ließen wir uns nicht einschüchtern, sonst wären wir 2700.-€ los,die wir nie mehr gesehen hätten.ACHTUNG!!!

Decent stay, but not quite as expected The location is okay, but I would definitely recommend renting a car if you want to explore the island. Kettina was definitely the highlight of our stay. She was incredibly helpful and, within just half an hour, arranged a rental car, a boat trip, and a visit to Anse Georgette beach for us. She was friendly, efficient, and made everything so much easier. Unfortunately, the room was not quite as pictured. It seems that a bathroom has been added on the outside, while the door to the original bathroom was locked. Because of this, when we went to bed we could clearly hear the neighboring guest taking a shower. The new bathroom also looked like it was not completely finished. From the outside, the villa looks nice, but it is starting to show that it needs some maintenance and renovation. Overall, it is an okay option for the price, but it was disappointing that the room did not look like the one shown in the photos.

The warm welcome and help of Ketinna, she was an excellent host.

The pictures did not match at all the reality of the villa. The room we got at first was terrible, too little and with a little of problem such as a broken door handle and very bad lights. Thankfully we were able to have a new room, way better but still overpriced.

Obiekt oferuje basen z bardzo ciepłą wodą i ręczniki, pokój czysty. Śniadanie proste, powtarzalne, ale smaczne. Właścicielka obiektu bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna. Opowiada o wyspie, doradza co warto zobaczyć i kiedy, pomaga w rezerwacjach wycieczek.

Przemiła Pani z obsługi, pomogła nam zainstalować aplikację do biletów na autobusy miejsce, dała bardzo fajne polecajki, tworzyła bardzo miłą atmosferę. Dziękujemy! Super lokalizacja - blisko do Anse Georgette, zaraz obok Villi sklepy spożywcze, przystanek autobusowy dosłownie przy wejściu do willi. Basen - ekstra plus za to że można się też kąpać w nocy, w podświetlonym basenie, super klimat!

Nasz pokój był mały, ale czysty i na krótki pobyt w zupełności wystarczył.

Obiekt ma już swoje lata, ale było czysto. Cudowny personel!!! Pyszne śniadanka. Basen. Zaraz obok obiektu przystanek autobusowy. Nie jest to najczęściej wybierana lokalizacja przez turystów, można tam poczuć bardziej lokalny klimat. POLECAM!

Alles bestens. Große Wohnung. Kettina ist eine wundervolle Gastgeberin. Sie ist ein Juwel. Danke.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Confort. The location is very convenient, and everything you might need during your stay is thoughtfully provided. We were very happy with our choice of accommodation. The room is not very large, but it is cozy, comfortable, and equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. A special thank you to Kettinа, who welcomed us so warmly. She shared an incredible amount of useful information — far more than any information service could offer. Thanks to her, we discovered some hidden gems of the island that most tourists would never find. We truly had a fantastic time on the island and are very grateful for this experience.❤️

Super accueil avec un petit jus d'orange a l'arrivée, et des explications pour circuler sur l’ile au top ,même pour prendre le bus avec une application a 8 roupies par trajets beaucoup moins cher que le taxi..Le petit déjeuner était compris dans le tarif, mais vu que l’on prenait le ferry pour la digue a 7h, elle nous a préparé le déjeuner le soir dans le frigo pour que l’on puisse en profiter. Hébergement de taille familiale avec une piscine très propre et l'accueil et petit déjeuner très bien. La clim fonctionne bien ainsi que le wifi ...

Toutes les locations ne sont pas les mêmes dans la villa donc on ne peut pas généraliser mais celle que nous avons eu manque peut-être de petits rangements côté salle de bain.

The girl who welcomed us was extremely kind, the room had everything we needed, the breakfast was not abundant but very tasty, the pool was clean, the location is quiet, very close to the beautiful beach, well connected by buses to the rest of the island for sightseeing.

Une villa charmante et paisible, idéale pour se détendre. Elle dispose d'une piscine et toutes les commodités sont accessibles à pied : restaurants, cafés et boutiques. Le personnel est accueillant et serviable, toujours prêt à répondre à vos questions et même à organiser des excursions. La villa est ravissante. Tout était parfait. Je la recommande vivement.

Kettina è davvero cordiale e super disponibile ad aiutarti e a farti sentire a proprio agio. Ci ha aiutato e consigliato come muoverci e cosa vedere. La camera è dotata di condizionatore, indispensabile per stare bene. La piscina è davvero stupenda e piacevole. La zona è tranquilla e non troppo lontano dal centro del paese accanto. La colazione era buona e discretamente abbondante, in particolare il succo di frutto è stato il migliore di tutta la vacanza. Il prezzo è abbastanza competitivo.

Purtroppo l'alloggio non ha soddisfatto completamente le nostre aspettative. La camera risulta leggermente diversa dalle fotografie, è molto piccola, c'è veramente poco spazio intorno al letto per muoversi, il bagno era grosso ma abbastanza fatiscente, e la pulizia era abbastanza trascurata.

Sehr herzlicher Empfang von der fröhlichen Kettina, die uns gleich an Hand einer Karte erläuterte, was man alles auf Praslin sehen und erleben kann und wie man in 4 Urlaubstagen am meisten sehen kann. Zimmer im 1.OG sehr sauber, Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Die Gemeinschaftskueche ist etwas einfach, das Gemeinschafts- Wohnzimmer und Balkon sehr gemütlich. Fruehstueck ab 7:30 Uhr bis 9:00 Uhr ist eine tolle Zeit, um den Tag gut nutzen zu können. Frühstück selbst ist auch in Ordnung, mit Obstteller, gebratenen Eiern, Toast und Marmelade. Wir hatten keinen Mietwagen, sondern machten alles per Bus, was wunderbar funktioniert, da die Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür ist. Kettina ist auch stets behilflich, die richtigen Buszeiten für Ihre Gäste herauszusuchen. Die Busse fahren äußerst pünktlich. Ihr Ausflugstipp zur Insel Curieuse bescherte uns einen ganz tollen, unvergesslichen Tag. Es sind zahlreiche Restaurants in der Nähe, verschiedene Supermärkte nur wenige Schritte von der Villa Confort entfernt und bis zum Strand sind es 5 Gehminuten, wo man tolle Sonnenuntergänge beobachten kann. Wir haben es sehr genossen, in der Villa Confort für 4 Tage zu wohnen.

Uns hat alles gefallen. In der Gemeinschaftskueche hätten wir gerne einen Toaster gehabt.

C'est un logement un peu dans son jus, mais franchement on s'y sens bien. La propriétaire de la maison est d'une très grande gentillesse. Bon petit déjeuner. Les chambres ne sont pas si moderne que cela mais c'est très bien pour 2 petites nuits par exemple et pour visiter ce côté de l'île. On ne peux pas trop en demander pour ce tarif, surtout pour le Seychelles. C'était très bien.

Kettina was a one man army. She welcomed the guests, prepared the room, served breakfast, gave us time to show us where to explore. Her hospitality and kindness was superb. The room wasnt the 'romantic' vibe, but you will have a great stay here. I would recommend this location to anyone due to the proximity to all major attractions, proximity to the town centre, convenient parking, and great overall service

La gentillesse de la gérante , la facilité d'accès et de stationnement, la chambre spacieuse

Les photos de l'annonce ne reflètent absolument pas la réalité. Le jardin semble à l'abandon, les installations sont vieillottes, tous les équipements sont vieux et en mauvais état. Même la robinetterie a fait son temps. A chaque utilisation de l'eau (douche, lavabo, wc...) les tuyaux émettent un bruit très désagréable. Les petits déjeuners sont invariablement les mêmes chaque jour. La piscine ne donne pas envie de s'y baigner, le chlore laissant un dépôt en surface, et pas d'éclairage en fin de journée. Bref je ne comprends pas la note attribuée à ce logement.

Kettina è davvero molto gentile e disponibile. La colazione è preparata al momento tutt’e le mattine è tipica del posto, onestà senza pretese. La piscina fuori è carina per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di intenso trekking. Posizione comoda e facilmente accessibile per visitare Praslin

La stanza non era molto pulita. Le tende sono notevolmente usurate e macchiate, il baldacchino sopra aveva parecchia polvere. Aprendo le ante degli armadi l’odore era stantio e poco piacevole.

Logement confortable bon rapport qualité prix Hôtesse très sympathique et arrangeante c’est un gros plus.

La maison mériterait un coup de jeune. Une cuisine un peu plus fournie serait la bienvenue (plaque cuisson). Piscine sale lors de notre séjour

Chambre pas de table ni chaises sauf un frigo petit à quoi ça sert une salle de bain si grand juste un petit lavabo et wc douche sans couverture trop bruyant avec des bruits voiture avion on ne peut pas se bain dans la mer il faut aller l autre côté d ile

Kettina und ihr Mann Marcus waren super freundliche Gastgeber. Wir konnten sogar spontan einen Mietwagen bei ihnen buchen. Das Frühstück wurde von Kettina persönlich serviert, mit Obst, Saft, Toast, Eiern und Kaffee oder Tee. Abends konnte man gemütlich auf der Veranda vom Haus sitzen und es gab sogar einen kleine Pool.

Das einzige was etwas störend war, war das Pfeifen, das zu hören war sobald irgendwo im Haus Wasser lief.

Het ontbijt was heerlijk. De eigenaresse was heel erg vriendelijk en heeft ons goed geholpen met het organiseren van een excursie en het geven van informatie over het eiland. De kamer was goed en het was erg leuk om een soort van woonkamer voor de kamer te hebben om 's avonds nog lekker te kunnen zitten.

Wir hatten 2 Tage kein laufendes Wasser, der Besitzer hat nichts dagegen unternommen. Wir hatten Ameisen im Zimmer und beim Frühstück. Das Zimmer ist äußerst spärlich eingerichtet.

Les photos ne reflètent pas la réalité, malheureusement. Les abords de la piscine n’ont rien à voir avec les photos. Quelle déception!!!! Frigo tout rouillé, drap troué,linge de toilette tout tacheté de javel, chasse d’eau qui fonctionne très mal voire, pas du tout. Odeur très forte d’humidité qui incommode vraiment. En bord de route, donc très bruyant. Très déçu de cet hébergement. Je ne le recommande pas du tout.

Wir sind nur eine Nacht geblieben. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und höflich. Sie hat versucht eine Lösung für das Wasserproblem zu finden. Das Frühstück war gut.

Die Wasserproblematik bestand auch bei uns, sodass wir kalt im unteren Geschoss duschen und unsere Zähne mit dem Wasserkanister putzen mussten.

Outstanding stay – exceptional hospitality! Our experience at Villa Komfort was absolutely wonderful, and we will definitely come back! I want to give a very special and heartfelt thank you to Ketina (hopefully I’m spelling her name right), who was truly one of the kindest and most caring people we’ve ever met during our travels. Her warmth, attentiveness, and willingness to help went far beyond our expectations and genuinely made us feel at home. One great example: we weren’t able to rent a car for a day, but Ketina and her husband went out of their way to make it possible for us – something we deeply appreciated. She also gave us amazing recommendations for beaches, which we loved exploring. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the location was great – within 20 to 30 minutes by car you can reach many beautiful places. Even when we had a small car accident, her husband was incredibly helpful and supportive. Thanks to Ketina’s incredible kindness and hospitality, our stay was not only comfortable but truly memorable. People like her make all the difference – thank you so much!

We have appreciated very much the information offered about the island during check-in. Above all, it was great that the accommodation recommended us a car rental company who brought the car to the accommodation. The pool is small but great to relax in the evening.

In the room we could easily hear noise from the bathroom belonging to the other room.

Katina is a very nice person and helped us a lot. Thanks very much for everything. The beach and the market are just across the street but the city center is 15 min drive. We were overall happy with the hotel.

The hostess is amazing, if you ever need anything you can ask her and she can get you good deals on tours. The property is a 1 minute walk from a beach that has a nice sunset view. Breakfast is really good and filling. Will definitely come back!

Our stay in Villa Confirt was stunning! One and only Kettina made our stay unforgettable She is a real angel! We had 2 serious problems and She helped us to solve it inmediately. The best person you can imagine! The place itself is very nice, everything was clear and nice prepared for our holidays. Room was very big as well as the bathroom. Breakfast ever day till 9 am- very nice prepared by Kettina Swimming pool was also very clean with fresh towels each day.

The hotel is close to the airport and within walking distance of the beach. The owner was very nice, she packed our breakfast to go on the departure day as we had an early checkout. She also called us a car to go to the ferry, which was cheaper than a taxi. Breakfast was very delicious. Felt like a home in another country. There was a restaurant close, to grab dinner also there is a minimart to buy some snack or instant noodles or things like that.

The washroom didn't have a bidet. Anyway, I think it is a Western thing, not an issue with the villa. So, if you are someone who wants a bidet, mind bringing a portable bidet with you.

Kettina is a super welcoming and very king. The room is very big and quiet, the breakfast very tasty. Highly recommended 👌

The host was very helpful and friendly.

Zero flexibility from the owner, avoidance of sensitive booking critical conversations. We arrived a day later due to a third party mistake (overbooked flight). We tried to reach the place via any possible channels days before any without success. When we arrived, the operator lady (who was nice) stated, there is no way to do any courtesy price revision as this is what the owner said. (The operator showed the text message of owner which excluded the possibility of price revision) Again, the owner got our messages beforehand, but we did not received any reply. It was not possible to start a dialogue. Shameful customer management. Friendly suggestions: instead being obsessed to collect every single penny on a disrespected way from your guest, serve your visitors with a .10$ mini shampoo and shower gel. We all missed those. It is also time to do some maintenance work and clean the dirty pool. The miniature room we got was equipped with A/C but it was just over the bed - getting cold guaranteed. We also got plenty of bites during the night, maybe there are bedbugs?! Location is just all the other houses’. Do not see any selling point of this place even if it is a few percent cheaper than most of the others.
