Идеальное расположение. Очень дружелюбный персонал, готовый всегда помочь. Хорошая и регулярная уборка в помещении. В 1 минуте ходьбы рестораны, take away, аптека, обменники, набережная и океан. В комнате новый кондиционер, обеспечивает хорошее охлаждение.

В отдельные дни очень шумно по вечерам. В осообенности в пятницу и выходные дни. Шум от близлежащего ресторана, музыки и проезжающих мимо автомобилей. Т.к. отель находится сразу у дороги. На терроритории нет охраны, свободный доступ с улицы. Также есть необходимость в обновлении некоторой кухонной техники. Был тостер, чайник, электрическая плита, холодильник. Плита очень старая, но работала, для минимальных нужд хватает. Паркова сразу у входа в отель. Рано утром всегда свободна, ближе к вечеру заполнена, но рядом есть места где можно припарковаться.

Posizione fantastica! Vicinissimo alla spiaggia e alla strada principale in cui ci sono le fermate dell’autobus. La ragazza alla reception molto disponibile, ci ha organizzato il transfert per l’aeroporto (alle 4.30 del mattino!). Camera grande con cucina, sala due camere e il bagno. Wifi disponibile.

The bedsheets not cotton. The one on the bed and the one on top was not cotton but something slippery. Yhis is not conducive to sleep. Not good at all. Lizard in the bedroom. This made me.not sleep well. Aircon in only.one room.

The staff was so friendly and helpfull. We arrived early in the morning after a long journey and they arranged a small room that we could rest in before our room was ready. They also helped with arranging a driver and made ud breakfast right away when we were in a hurry. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Just 1 minut from the beach and the street food. Would stay there again!

It is located next to a bar that plays loud music but it closes at 23 pm.

It’s right on the beach and close to Savoy. Easy take away options for food and lively at night with plenty of food stalls. We took the top floor which is nicer and space is clean and large. Kitchen facilities are good and they have a double shower. Beach towels are provided and balcony space is great to sit and clothes rack provided. There was a queen bed and 2 single beds.

It was on the main road and can get noisy at night.

Breakfast was nice. Eggs, toast, fruit, juice and coffee was a standard everywhere in Seychelles, here we had also pancakes and yogurt which was a nice change. I want to say how lovely the staff was, the girl who brought us breakfast was always smiling and super helpful. And cleaning staff was always ready to clean when we left the room. Also very friendly and smiling. Room had a kitchen and a fridge, a fan, a clothes rack and AC in the room. We had a family room which was a nice surprise that me and my mom could have separate rooms. It was very quiet considering it is right at the beach basically. Location is great, few steps from Beau Vallon beach. Bars, restaurants and shops are close. Garden is green and lush, you cannot see the road. I was very pleased that I picked this place and if I am in Mahe again I will definitely come back here.

Having a hair dryer would be a nice bonus because I had to sleep with wet hair sometimes, which I don't really like. Should have packed my own :)

The room was very big with one queen size bed and one small bed. Bathroom space was big it had a storage rack which was very useful to keep all our toiletries. The kitchen had a microwave, stove and refrigerator which was very useful for us since we travelled with our toddler. Room and utensils that we used were cleaned everyday. Shower had hot water continuously irrespective of the timings. Location is amazing just a few minutes walk to the beach. Danisha, Damit & Anthon are amazing hosts they made us feel at ease and were always available to meet our requirements. Danisha also suggested some nice places to visit nearby. It was my husband’s birthday during our stay so they gave us small coconut cakes with juice and cookies, it was a very sweet gesture.

No Handwash No Dryer There were small lizards in the room. There were cars passing by with loud music at midnight so it did disrupt our sleep sometimes. Tea/coffee sachets are not provided, so better you carry them with you. Water bottles are not provided but there are various supermarkets nearby from where you can buy big cans/bottels.

Tutto! Apparatmento molto comodo per una famiglia di 4 persone. Molto pulito e proprietari molto attenti anche alle più piccole richieste. Posizione perfetta, accanto alla spiaggia e al centro per i pranzi e le cene fuori porta.

Proprietatea este la malul oceanului, foarte aproape de magazine, restaurante. Drumul pana la plaja Beau Vallon durează 2 minute! Curtea este un colt de rai, cu pomi, flori si păsări care cântă! Plaja este atât de frumoasă si de curata!!! Am avut o vacanta ca un vis frumos!

La posizione , vicino a spiaggia , bar , ristoranti . La gentilezza dello staff e soprattutto il fatto che abbia avuto la possibilità di avere il late check out fino all’ora in cui sarei dovuta andare in aeroporto . Grazie !

Es ist einfach aber sauber.Sehr nette Leute. Wir hatten keine Buskarte, hat uns die Rezeption ausgeliehen und wir bekamen das Frühstück Gratis da wir umziehen in ein anderes Zimmer mussten. Die Lage ist Top-direkt über die Straße an den Beach. Aber am Abend geht’s ab, die Boxen in den Autos sind Größe als die Karre😀 Wir waren zufrieden.

Incredible nice staff, trying us to feel well. We were able t check in early and have a late check out. The staff was caring about us and was very supportative. Bets location - close to beach and all needed things. All times again!

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war toll. Anton ist ein wirklicher Glücksgriff und unbezahlbar!! Vielen lieben Dank für seine Betreuung vor Ort!

Kleine Änderungswünsche hätte ich für das Badezimmer: - Ablagefläche wäre toll. - warmes Wasser im Waschbecken. Die Lage war nicht ganz so optimal für uns. Die Wohnungen liegen toll zentral. Allerdings mit dem großen Nachteil, dass nebenan ein Restaurant mit Disko ist. Wenn dort gefeiert wird, ist es doch sehr laut gewesen und das Einschlafen war nicht so leicht möglich.

Tout était parfait lors de notre séjour. Emplacement idéal, juste en face de la plage et vous avez également des restaurants juste à côté. De plus de l’établissement est le gentillesse du personnel, des personnes qui sont au petit soin pour nous. Nous avons même pu rester avant de prendre de notre vol dans un petit appartement seulement pour 50€ ce qui est top pour se reposer et prendre une douche avant de partir.

We had an absolutely outstanding time at the accommodation. Anton was the best host we could have imagined – warm, attentive, and always there for us. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the service was exceptional. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the atmosphere in the house made us feel completely at ease. From the very first moment, we felt welcome and comfortable, and we will always remember this unforgettable stay with great fondness.

Кажется, что лучше на Beau Vallon сложно представить: самый центр городка и пляжа, пляж через дорогу (идти 2 мин), рядом прекрасный take away (напротив спортивной площадки, которая на пляже). Брали один раз завтрак за 15 евро с человека - нам накрыли прям на балконе! Все было очень вкусно и сытно. Хозяин Антуан прекрасный, жизнерадостный молодой человек. Очень о нас заботился, помогал во всем. Стоит отметить прекрасную ежедневную уборку в номерах и творческий подход Антуана к этому. Сама территория отеля очень зеленая и ухоженная. С балкона открывается замечательный вид на внутренний сад. Просьбу заселить на втором этаже выполнили и дали номер в самом центральном корпусе. Спасибо!

Прям за отелем находится ресторан Boat House - один раз там была вечеринка и было очень слышно, но ровно в 12 все выключили. Нам это не доставило никаких неудобств, но при заселении с детьми возможно не удобно.

Colazione è cara e va migliorata. Sia la qualità che la varietà L'illuminazione della camera va migliorata.

Lage perfekt, Anton war immer da und bei allem Hilfsbereit. Es war auch sehr sauber. Wir kommen sicher wieder hier her.

Die Lage ist sehr gut! Sehr nah am Strand, nah an der Bushaltestelle sowie Supermärkte und Restaurants nur 2-10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Anton ist sehr zuvorkommend gewesen, hat sich nach unserem Befinden erkundigt und immer geholfen. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt und das Bett schön dekoriert.

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist sehr simpel, vorallem in der Küche, aber man kommt gut zurecht für ein paar Tage. Die Geräusche der Straße und vorallem die Musik des Boat House 2-3 Mal die Woche sind recht laut, aber mit Ohrstöpsel konnte man trotzdem schlafen.

Very cozy family like place with a nice looked after garden in the middle. In very close walking distance to the beach. The team has taken care about us like your family. Thank you Anton for your hospitality. We enjoyed it a lot.

Just a little bit of decoration for the white walls will do so much for the house, while the bedrooms are splendid with nice furniture.

Best location, beach is just around, restaurants and markets are very close, the receptionists are great very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean. The price performance rate is perfect.

Anton was absolutely exceptional! What a great luck for the owners to have him as such a devoted employee going the extra mile for the guests.

A very pleasant, spacious and clean apartment, a few dozen meters from the beautiful Beau Vallon beach. There are restaurants, shops, diving schools, and free parking on site. The service deserves special praise. During our stay, Anton took care of our comfort and well-being. Also it is worth mentioning that we were allowed to stay much longer in the room due to our late flight back home, which was a very kind gesture. Thank you for your hospitality.

We absolutely loved our 5-day stay at Bord Mer Villa. Anton and the team went above and beyond to look after us & make our stay so special. Although it's right in the hub of Beau Vallon, it's tucked away in a lovely garden & just across the road from one of the best beaches in Seychelles. Thank you to the team!

They allowed early check-in & we were offered coffee. Anton is extremely polite & humble. He helped throughout. Provided us with beach towels as well. Room was big & spacious. Had all amenities. Would definitely recommend.

A bit overpriced

Super friendly and supportive staff, great location (restaurants and the beach only 1 min walking distance). Facility was very clean.

Nice spacious and clean apartmen with a nice outside area. Breakfast can be booked on top and is served at the balcony. Very convenient located close to the beautiful beach. Some restaurants and take aways also close by. Most important: Anton and his co-worker are the heart and soul of this hotel. He made our stay incredible. We rarely experienced such a welcoming, heart warming and exceptional service (considering there are just those two running the entire hotel). Absolutely recommended!

Big rooms, nice stuff, prime location- close to shop, bus stop, beach, bars, restaurants. Didnt measure the internet but was stable and quite well.

Great accommodation, great location! What was especially memorable was the staff - they were incredible and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Truly they were so nice and helpful - would definitely come back here again!

Great location in Beau Vallon, clean place.

At 0200 the apartment was inundated w a broken waterpipe and thankfully the nightman helped me mop out till 0245. At 0630 a panicked maintenence guy banged on my door as he had to close my apartments' valve to release the main water outlet as it was also feeding the apartment above. At 0830, I went for a shower but no hot water - they opened an empty apartment for me. In the evening,at dinner time, the electric stove was out of order - they replaced it. Morale : very, very poor upkeeping and maintenance...

The staff is fantastic - every single one was so helpful and doing everything to accomodate me. Early check in? No problem (very early) - late check out? No problems. They also helped me plan my stay in the seychelles and book the different tours to the other islands which were all fantastic - breakfast is brought directly to the cute terrasse in front of your room. Second, the location is perfect (especially for me a solo traveller) - 20 seconds for the beautiful beach of Beau Vallon - and walking distance from nice places like Beach Shak, Boat house, la plage , pizzerias, super market and liquor stores. Overall fantastic stay!

No complaints No pool

The location and size of the unit could not be beat. There were many food options nearby and the bus stop was very close, as well. The staff was so incredibly kind and helpful and went above and beyond.

The pillows could stand to be upgraded and overnight the light came through the kitchen door quite brightly and we could see it from bed. We put a couch cushion up to help block some of it, but it could've used a curtain.

The location is perfect, just steps away from the stunning beach, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy the beauty of the island. What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was the outstanding service from Anthony and the rest of the staff. Anthony was always helpful, friendly, and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. His hospitality added a special touch to our experience, and we truly felt at home. I highly recommend Bord Mer for anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Seychelles!

It's hard to find anything I didn't like about my stay at Bord Mer because everything was wonderful! However, if I had to mention something, the sofas were not very comfortable, and the kitchen could be a bit better equipped. That said, these were minor details compared to the overall fantastic experience. The location and the amazing service from Anthony and the staff more than made up for it!

The staff were exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. We requested late check out and they allowed us to stay until we had to leave for our flight. This turned a very difficult day into a brilliant day. HUGE THANKS to the staff and the manager who approved it. Other hotels can learn a lesson from that. The room was perfect for what we needed. The shower was wonderful. The location is great.

The property feels a little tired but other than everything was pretty much as we had expected at the price.

I enjoyed a lot my stay. Anton was more than helpful, he made our days easier, always smiling and ready to assist! The Villa is located 1 minute from the beach and there are lots of places in the sourrandings. Thanks ANTON for everything!

We loved the warm and accommodating nature of Anton, the hotel manager, who made our stay very special. He was incredibly attentive, ensuring our stay was as pleasant as possible and assisting us with all our questions. The room was super clean and was cleaned every day. Our room was on the second floor to the garden, that is very well-maintained, and there is a really good restaurant at the corner, as well as a spa and the beautiful Beau Vallon beach. Everything is directly in walking dinstance. We had a great start to our trip for 3 nights. Thanks a lot to Anton.

Great place to stay if you want to enjoy the beautiful beach within 1 min walk, and lots of dining options nearby. Very nice garden and excellent breakfast on the balcony. Anton is so sweet and helpful, special thanks to him :)

Take in mind, that there is a bar nearby that has loud music on Friday evening (but it is not hotels fault). The rest of nights were very peaceful.

The place is great, the staff is really nice and helpful, and the breakfast is very good ! I recommand this place, where you also feel safe and are near the beach and a bus stop.

Great location right by the beach, clean small villas with large bathrooms. But the best thing about this hotel is the amazing employee Anton, who helped us every day and made our stay unforgettable with his kindness and hospitality!!! Make sure to book this beautiful hotel!!

Very convenient location in the heart of Beau Vallon. Close to many restaurants and bars not to mention the beach. In my case we took the whole villa (ground and first floor). Very nice breakfast (paid separately for a reasonable 100 rupees per person) serviced by extremely polite and helpful staff from Sri Lanka. I have to extend my gratitude to Anton who was especially helpful. The villas are located in a small tropical garden which makes you feeling separated from Beau Vallon noises.

The porch of the villa's ground / first floor is small, not really convenient for parties exceeding 4 people. So bigger meetings are not really possible.
