The Postcard Avenue

The sun room with mini bar is very helpful on breakfast or evening time. Breakfast was plenty of choices. The mini bar has tea and an electric kettle. Coffee machine starts at 8 AM. Location is in financial districts, surrounded by professional buildings, such as PWC, KPMG. Close to groceries, food court, 5asec laundry & dry clean. Safe place. Has a modern layout. Minimalis style. A lot of drawers. AC works well. Water pressure on shower and rain shower style were excellent. Location is close to metro Picoas station and bus stops to connect to sightseeing destinations. Communication with staff at the first time, follow by messenger in English made our stay comfortably. Thanks for Ricardo, Marta, Paloma, and other staff who made these happened.

Nothing. Just want to mention two things: this property won’t fit for family. It is a minimalist design. The elevator fit for two people with two small luggages. The light in the aisle is using motion sensor, and sometimes taking few seconds to turn on. So, hold/ turn on your phone lights when walking in and out in the floor. Second thing, the Bolt or Uber won’t be able to stop in front of the property. In busy hour, the driver dropped us in the intersection Thomas Riberio.

Wszystko zgodne z opisem i zdjęciami. Śniadanie fajna opcja. Minusik za kiepski wieszak na ręczniki. Komunikacja z obsługą bardzo dobra.

El alojamiento se veía nuevo y estaba limpio en general. Situado en una calle transitada, a unos 20 -25 minutos del centro. Con boca de metro a menos de 50 metros.Tiene desayuno incluido que te lo dejan en la habitación.

Estuvo bien en general, por decir algo el ruido por la mañana, a la hora de repartir los desayunos.

Atrašanās vieta nav perfekta bet ir laba. Personāls ļoti draudzīgs. numuriņi pietiekami lieli un ērti.

Uz balkona varētu nolikt vēl vienu sēžamo, citādāk tikai viens var sēdēt. Kafijas automāts varētu būt pieejams 24h.

Gostei do atendimento dos funcionários, que foram solícitos. No mais, o pequeno-almoço também é bom.

O hotel em si não é tão simples de achar, fica num prédio velho e com pouca acessibilidade, elevador pequeno e etc. O quarto que reservei tinha um problema grave com o ar-condicionado que fazia barulho forte durante o uso. Não achei a localização muito central ou boa, ao contrário do que dizia no anúncio.

Fine location, clean beds.

The whole concept of this type of accommodation is wrong. Not sure how this can be legal. It is just an apartment divided into 9 rooms. There are no common areas left, only a hallway with one chair. The room was not ready at the agreed time so we had to leave luggage in a closet with clean sheets. Then to return one hour later. The cleaning lady, who is also a receptionist when needed, doesn't speak English. The apartment is poorly converted into separate units, walls are so thin, you can hear everything from other rooms. You get coffee in the morning from a machine in that small hallway, it works only for 2 hours. Not possible to have cappuccino or other milk coffee options, just a basic one. Then there is breakfast, served in front of the room and just basic things, every day the same. Because the balcony is converted to a kitchen, there is almost no space for the breakfast chart to fit. Everything in the room is the cheapest option from IKEA.

Es la segunda vez qué repetimos en este alojamiento y no será la única. La habitación está genial, la ubicación muy buena super cerca de comercios y transporte. El personal es súper amable siempre y lo facilitan todo muchísimo.

Por poner una pega, hay dos ascensores, de uno estaban medio fundidas las luces y el otro a veces no funcionaba, pero eso es algo del edificio.

Nos gustó su ubicación en una zona tranquila y que nos venía bien para movernos por los sitios que nos interesaba. Bien conectado con el metro: línea roja y amarilla cercanas. Interesante tener el desayuno incluido que te acercan a tu habitación a la hora que les indiques. Marta nos recibió para darnos la bienvenida y fue muy amable dándonos las explicaciones. Muy buena comunicación con ella. Habla perfectamente el castellano.

Los ascensores no ofrecen demasiada seguridad. El principal hizo un amago de quedarse parado y desde entonces empezamos a usar el secundario que nos pareció más fiable. La fruta del desayuno está bastante dura por lo que no es tan buena opción como la bollería, que está mejor. Nos indicaron que el café era gratis en la máquina de fuera de la habitación, pero tan solo era gratis el espresso que puedes completar con la leche que te incluye el desayuno. En cambio no tienes opción de tomar espresso descafeinado para quien lo desee.

Die Unterkunft hat eine gute, zentrale Lage mit sehr guter ÖPNV Anbindung. Also perfekt, um Lissabon zu erkunden. Entsprechend muss man allerdings auch etwas Verkehrslärm in Kauf nehmen (…uns hat es nicht gestört!). Die Wohnung ist modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet - toll fanden wir den Balkon.

Der Eingang ist echt schwer zu finden. Hier gibt es nur ein winziges„Postcard“ Klingelschild. Es grösseres Schild wäre absolut sinnvoll! 😉 Die Fahrt mit dem Aufzug war jedesmal ein kleines „Abenteuer“ (…steckengeblieben sind wir aber nie.)

Personale gentile, camera spaziosa con anche un terrazzo, molto comodo. Bagno con doccia molto ampia. Posizione buona, per raggiungere il centro ci vogliono circa 45 Min a piedi oppure la zona è servita sia da autobus che metro.

L'ascensore

Posizione super comoda, fermata della metro e degli autobus(anche per l’aeroporto) davvero a 100mt. Colazione in camera con un simpatico carrello, con cibi dolci e salati.

Phon poco potente e mancanza di aspirapolvere per mettere sottovuoto i sacchetti delle valigie.

Una bella struttura, comoda e ben collegata Nel complesso è stata una bella esperienza. La struttura si trova al 6° piano di un palazzo e le camere sono esattamente come nelle foto, sempre pulite e con un balconcino molto carino. Ho apprezzato particolarmente il servizio della colazione: ogni mattina viene portata direttamente in camera, all’orario che preferisci, davvero una comodità! La zona non è proprio centrale, ma è molto ben collegata: proprio sotto il B&B ci sono metro e autobus che passano frequentemente. Inoltre, nelle vicinanze ci sono un centro commerciale, un supermercato e una farmacia, quindi la posizione è comunque molto comoda. Nel complesso, però, è stato un soggiorno piacevole e consiglierei la struttura soprattutto per la pulizia, la comodità dei collegamenti e il servizio della colazione in camera.

L’unica nota negativa riguarda l’insonorizzazione delle camere: si sentono abbastanza facilmente i rumori dalla camera adiacente e soprattutto i rumori provenienti dal corridoio. Un’altra piccola nota riguarda l’ascensore, che può essere un po’ macchinoso da utilizzare perché bisogna chiudere correttamente le griglie prima che parta.

L'alloggio è centrale e in una zona molto tranquilla. La colazione è ampia e fatta al momento, sia dolce che salata. La stanza molto luminosa e accogliente. Lo staff super cordiale e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti.

Impeccable! Lit et douche no 1! Personnel soucieux de répondre à nos besoins ( petit déjeuner offert plus tôt vu l’heure de notre départ pour l’aéroport). Petite galerie charmante.

Un peu difficile à trouver.

Bardzo duże i wygodne łóżko, telewizor nowoczesny z aplikacjami, które bardzo sprawnie działają. Mocna i sprawna klimatyzacja, która szybko schłodzi nagrzany pokój. Śniadanie było dobre. Świeże pieczywo i owoce, masełka i miody, jogurty oraz płatki, do tego zawsze mleko i sok z pomarańczy. Szybki internet. Lokalizacja idealna, 100 metrów od stacji metra i przystanków autobusowych, na przeciwko sklep spożywczy i restauracje. Dwie windy, co prawda starożytne ale szybkie.

Pokój malutki, w dwójkę ciężko się mijać w przejściu. Toaleta nieszczelna, dla par które są wstydliwe nie jest to najlepsza opcja. W śniadaniu brakowało trochę różnorodności, codziennie to samo, brakowało warzyw (czasami dostaliśmy z 5 pomidorków truskawkowych). Drzwi od pokoju są nieszczelne, światło z korytarza wlatuje do pokoju i dźwięki się niosą.

Velmi tenké stěny, je slyšet opravdu vše od ostatních hostů, zejména ráno, při podávání snídaně. Také výtah byl velmi starý a působil nebezpečně, raději jsme využívali schodiště.

Very attentive and friendly staff, and delicious breakfast. The little enclosed balcony kitchen is very sweet.

The lifts in the building are old, clunky and sometimes unnerving, and the common areas are a little unprepossessing, but the apartment itself is lovely.

Todo: ubicación, comodidad, atención y la buena onda de Marta, quien se encargó que que todo funcionara perfecto. Cuando vuelva a Lisboa, sin duda lo volveré a escoger.

Walls are unacceptably paper thin. Not possible to get a good night’s sleep. Building is broken - elevators trap you inside, key code fails to let you in often.

L'hotel non è in centro ma si può raggiungere tutto con una passeggiata oppure c'è la fermata della metro sotto l'hotel. Camera pulita. Bagno piccolo ma funzionale. C'è una veranda con un piccolo lavandino,frigo,bollitore e tavolino con sedie. La signora che ci ha fatto il check-in è stata molto gentile. Per colazione portano un carrellino con varie cose da mangiare,completa,nell'orario che si richiede. L'ultimo giorno dovevamo partire prima e quindi ci hanno lasciato il carrellino la sera prima. Pulizia giornaliera con cambio asciugamani.

Il b&b è al sesto piano con ascensore. Per noi non è stato un problema,ma per chi ha paura dell'ascensore potrebbe esserlo.

Camera pulita. Staff gentile e disponibile. Colazione in camera con orario flessibile e possibilità di averla il giorno prima se si parte prima delle 8. Abbiamo apprezzato la possibilità di stare una notte in più dovuta a cancellazione del volo improvvisa.

Die Lage des Hotels ist top, direkt an einer Metro Station. Aber auch zu Fuß sind viele Spots in Lissabon von dort gut erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und der Balkon hat eine gute Größe. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück wird einem jeden Morgen zur Wunschzeit zum Zimmer gebracht. Es ist sehr reichhaltig, wobei man leider keine Präferenzen vorab mitteilen kann, wodurch leider immer etwas übrig bleibt.

Die Deluxe Doppelzimmer sind nicht besonders groß und man hat kaum Abstellfläche, was einen Aufenthalt mit 2 großen Koffern schwierig gestaltet. Ein Geschirrtuch wäre wünschenswert und der Fön sollte mal getauscht werden. Von Außen ist das Hotel leider nicht zu erkennen, da aktuell kein Schild am Gebäude hängt. Der alte, urige Fahrstuhl zickt gern mal und fährt gefühlt nur wann er will ;-) Insgesamt also nur Kleinigkeiten...

Неможливо знайти отель, тому що ніяких табличок по адресу не було. Нам подзвонила хазяйка сама, потім на ліфті спустилась робітниця. Отель-це просто викуплена частина поверха у багатоповерховому будинку і перероблена під номера. Такий зараз бізнес у Ліссабоні. Парковка: платна на прилеглих вулицях, безкоштовну знайти майде неможливо. В 150 м від будівлі є підземна парковка, де за сутки заплатили 30 євро. Плюсуйте це до вартості номера, якщо з машиною

האחראית מאד יעילה ועוזרת, חדר אמנם קטן אך מאד פונקיונלי, ארוחת בוקר בחדר מעולה, מיקום ליד מטרו ואוטובוסים- מצויין.

היגענו עם מונית משדה התעופה ולא ניתן למצוא את המלון. אין שלט ואין שום עדות למלון. רק לאחר טלפונים של נהגת המונית הצליחה להגיע למלון.כמו כן לא קיבלנו מראש קודים לדלתות ואם לא היינו פוגשים את האחראית היתה בעיה.

Felizmento o isolamento acústica do apartamento é muito bom, mas na varanda para quem não esta habituado ao intenso barulho citadinos poderá incomodar bastante

A acomodação superou minhas expectativas. Limpa, clara, moderna e bem distribuída. E mais confortável e aconchegante. Pena que fiquei apenas 1 dia. As meninas da recepção foram maravilhosas, ao saber que teria que sair antes do horário do café da manhã, deixaram tudo pronto no meu quarto na noite anterior. Uma gostosa surpresa e uma demonstração de carinho e atenção conosco. A localização também é ótima, ao redor tem um bom comércio e farta possibilidade de transporte público.

Os elevadores do prédio são bem antigos e dão um certo medo, mas isso não é culpa da Pousada.

Das Personal ist nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Ein separates Badezimmer mit großer Dusche und eine kleine Pantryküche durch eine Glasfront vom Schlafbereich abgetrennt runden das Zimmer ab.

Die Lage an einer sechsspurigen Hauptstraße mit dem dadurch verbundenen Lärm durch Busse, Autos und Motorräder ist außergewöhnlich. Der zum Zimmer gehörenden Balkon kann deshalb leider kaum genutzt werden.

The room was quite small, making it difficult to move around comfortably or relax. The elevator was also inconvenient and uncomfortable to use, which became frustrating. Breakfast was just average—nothing particularly memorable, with limited variety and fairly basic options.

Loved the location next to the Metro station. The hostess was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious and healthy, delivered to our room. We had a little bistro table/chairs set up in what can best be described as a private solarium! Lovely!

The only negative point is the poor sound proofing. We were awaken numerous times by neighbours arriving after we had gone to sleep (and who were trying to be quiet) and the hall light shone through the spaces around the door and "lit up" the room. We could hear the man snoring in the next room. Wasn't the best sleep ...

The rooms, the employees, the much too big breakfast. The rooms are just fantastic, with a sun room. Motorized shutter. Very hip design. And the price was nice.

I didn’t mind the funky elevator once I figured it out. And it’s a bit hard to find. But worth figuring it all out.

È difficile da trovare, c’è un’etichetta sul campanello e basta. L’insonorizzazione delle camere è molto bassa.

Cuando viajamos, el ascensor estaba malo, tuvimos que subir todos los pisos por las escaleras cargando la maleta, sin duda alguna, deben realizarle mantenimiento al ascensor. El desayuno tampoco estuvo bien, no cumple con lo que manifiesta su descripción.

Great room in Lisbon’s business district. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Very comfortable bed and spotless clean surfaces. Marta was really helpful and hospitable, and she even gave us great restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was on spot, and on scheduled time.

Il n’y a aucune insonorisation c’est catastrophique. Nous étions systématiquement réveillés dès que le personnel arrivait, donc vers 7h. Les murs sont très fin entre les chambres et l’isolation est inexistante. Ok si vous êtes là pour le travail, mais attention à vous si vous venez pour les vacances

Sicuramente la gentilezza di Marta. Al mattino ti portano la colazione in camera. Il Letto molto comodo, il bagno ha una doccia enorme. Il quartiere é un po’ fuori, ma è molto tranquillo e la metro è sotto casa. Comunque in mezz’ora si arriva in centro. Ci sono diversi ristoranti molto buoni.
