Reviewed Apr 21, 2026Stella was the most fantastic hostess, welcoming us and nothing was too much trouble. We requested an early breakfast, and there it was , beautifully prepared at 6.45am. She also organised taxis for us.
Minor point, the location is bit out of town - but that's because we did not have a car.

Reviewed Jan 7, 2026Everything! The manager/co-owner Mrs. Yen was very friendly and welcoming. She recommended us the best ever hike in the area (when most of the nearby hikes were closed). And what can be better than taking a bath with warm water from hotsprings after amazing hike.
Lack of laundry service was just a minor inconvenience we could think of.

Reviewed Nov 22, 2025位置很顯眼，門口有停車場，開車前往也很方便。老闆娘很熱情，入住前會詳細介紹各種設施。房間空間很大很新很乾淨，帶老人帶小朋友都可以。房間內還有24小時溫泉，5分鐘就可以放滿水池。因為有鐵元素，所以湯是黃黃的。早飯也是精心準備的在地健康食品，能感受到老闆娘的用心。離開之前和老闆娘一起拍了照，如果還有下次，我還會再來的，也會推薦給朋友。希望老闆娘越做越好～
洗澡的地方有點容易濺水出去？ 可不可以在房間放一個體重秤~看看自己來台灣玩到底可以吃胖幾斤哈哈

Reviewed Oct 25, 2025地點距離瑞穗火車站不遠，老闆娘很熱情、房間超大、溫泉超棒，讓人超級放鬆。而且剛好碰上雨天，沒有自行開車，闆娘協助叫車還推薦晚餐餐廳的用餐處，翌日的早餐也非常棒！吃了無負擔，就是覺得住一晚不太夠...下次一定會再來！

שעות הפעילות של השרותים השונים: סגרו את הבריכה ב 9:00 בערב למרות שהיה ממש חם ורק הגענו למלון, ארוחת הבוקר היה דלה הוגשה רק לאחר 8:30 בבוקר.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2025房間空間很大，還有獨立溫泉浴缸，在自己房間就可以享受愜意的泡湯生活，戶外還有游泳池，如果來對季節在外面游泳也是一個不錯的選擇。
由於我來的時間是夏季，該地段又靠近農田及山區，難免的昆蟲會有點多，在戶外泳池上會有些許昆蟲漂浮在泳池上，有些可能還在水面上掙扎。

Reviewed Jul 16, 2025Loved the private hotspring bath in the room - what a treat! Yen Hotspring is in an exquisite location in the middle of Taiwan's East rift valley. The rooms are fresh and stylish. There is a pool and outdoor hotspring bath and lovely surroundings and views of the hills. The breakfast is perfectly balanced with local ingredients and flavours. The host was so kind and super helpful in giving local recommendations for hikes and restaurants. It's a very relaxing place to stay and we will certainly stay here again.

Reviewed Jan 6, 2025A fantastic hot springs hotel! The room and beds were excellent, but the highlight was definitely the private hot springs tub. The included breakfast was also excellent. The front desk person (maybe the owner?) was very helpful as well.
If you don't have a car, it's a 25 min walk to the center, which worked fine for us.

I was glad the swimming pool was accessible during our stay, however it does say to only use between evening hours which I find strange. The 4pm check-in time was quite late and we were thankful a staff member had arrived earlier than this and we were able to check-in at approx. 3:30pm (as we were just waiting in the car park area from 3pm)

Reviewed Mar 11, 2024A luxurious Japanese styled room with a private hot spring bath. It was the ultimate way to relax after a long day of biking. This was our favorite stay during our time in Taiwan by far. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast provided was delicious, there is a pool, and a beautiful courtyard to lounge in. Looking forward to returning to this little slice of paradise away from the hustle and bustle.

Reviewed Jan 3, 2024The rooms were big and comfortable. The hotspring tub in the room was well laid out and hotspring water was really therapeutic. I specially woke up early the next day to have another soak before checkout. Staff explained how to use the hotspring facilities upon checkin, and also explained each breakfast item patiently. The breakfast was superb, prepared with locally sourced ingredients. The milk mantou was the best I ever tasted. Highly recommend!
The location might not be very convenient if you are not driving. Didn't really see any public transport nearby, but I can't be sure since we drove there.

There are no restaurants surrounding the property. Would be better to have dinner in the township, which is about 5mins drive away first then settling in for the night.

The facility is well maintained and clean. The hot-spring is very comfortable. The room is spacious. The breakfast is delicious made with fresh local ingredients. The owner is very friendly. I’m definitely want to visit again.
