The views are amazing The bathroom space and room was incredibly spacious, the hostess was so accommodating and gave US super amazing treatment. Thank you to THE RAZ my business trip amazing, I had the rest I needed. I will definitely becoming back.

I loved everything about this property from the staff to the food, I had an awesome experience.

My check in wasn't as smooth however my issue was quickly resolved and the no alcohol rule threw me off a bit but I enjoyed my stay.

The electricity went off in the early hours, had to call the reception and quickly the back up generator was up and running.

The place is nice. The colour skim nice. My omelet was nice, I enjoyed that.

The staff, or rather one lady who "welcomed" us was rude. She did not greet us, we felt like our presence was a nuisance to her. Her whole demeanor was off. Not a good choice for a hospitality role at all. The lady who served us breakfast however was nice. The coffee machine must be thrown away. It makes dirty water. It's an air BnB and that wasn't made clear on bookings.com. Awful.

There is no mention of the “no alcohol policy” on any of the online listings while booking and we were bombarded with this threatening sign that we will be fined R1000 and it is illegal to drink alcohol on the property. The photos of the room sizes are misleading much smaller in reality and the bedside table was not attached properly to the wall causing the draw to annoying always open. There was only one adapter provided to plug things in and the body wash in the shower was empty. The sound insulation is very bad and you can hear other guest very easily.

very safe, comfortable stay after a long day of driving, I booked the King room with spa bath. Had the most comfortable stay and sleep over with the fam.

Beautiful and very clean accommodation. Delicious breakfast and coffee served by friendly staff. Heated pool. Large bathroom with heated towel rails. Plenty of cupboard space. Very comfortable beds with electric blankets, if needed. Aircon and tv with Netflix.

Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen, sicheren Gegend (Bergsik). Die Betten konnten elektrisch beheizt werden und es gab Heizungen im Badezimmer. Puristischer Stil. Super neu und sauber. 5 Sterne Standard. Der Innenpool wurde für uns beheizt. Wir waren im Herbst (Mai) dort.

Very bad smell coming from the kitchen. No coffee, tea, sugar or milk in the room for the morning. Rooms are so close together you can hear your neighbour's. My room was changed last minute to accommodate another booking - I believe I should recieve my money back for this stay.

Es liegt nicht weit von der Autobahn und ist für einen Zwischenstopp ok.

Eine Lampe hat noch lange geleuchtet, obwohl das Licht ausgeschaltet war. Das hat beim Schlafen gestört. Da wir das Zimmer neben dem Pool hatten, hat man das Plätschern die ganze Zeit gehört. Besonders schade war, dass wir bei schönen Wetter kein alkoholischen Getränk auf der Terrasse trinken konnten, da im ganzen Gebäude kein Alkohol erlaubt ist.

Cleanliness was superb. Everything that a room needed and more had. Even a little sanitary bag for the ladies. Even a charger cable. The view was extremely stunning !

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and it was a wonderful experience. The property is beautiful and very peaceful with an incredible view of the mountains. The room was clean, modern and very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the hospitality made our stay feel special. It was the perfect place for a quiet getaway.

Honestly there was nothing we disliked about our stay. Everything was well maintained and the service was excellent. We had a very pleasant experience.

This place is a gem in the middle of a small town that you wouldn't think offered so much peace of mind. And that is exactly what we were here for. Rest and peace of mind. That's what we got. The staff was super friendly and helpful at all times. Kudos to the entire team 👍🏾🙂

The fact that we had to go buy food for the most part of the trip. We wished for some more options on the menu. The shared balcony was also an issue. Some people are loud and do not respect the quiet time part of the property policy.

Shared balcony that is used for smoking - we are non smokers. Guest sharing the balcony talking on the phone, which woke us up at 5:00am

Scary to drive around to town for food in the evening, but the property is perfect clean and well maintained.

The water system in the guesthouse does not serve the room well. The hot tub could not be used as you have to waste so much water before it gets hot and then it's no where near hot enough. The room door did not latch, TV remote was flat. Some attention to detail required but the water is the biggest issue.

Everything!! The room was so spacious, clean with a jacuzi!! I enjoyed every moment with my daughters at the place.. and the breakfast was so delicious and well presented!!

We had a breakdown nearby, and the room was immediately available and ready when we booked. We checked in in 2 hours after booking, which was absolutely convienent. The hotel was extremely clean and pleasant. The view was exceptional. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room had loads of space and a TV. It's a lovely place to get away in peace and quiet.

Only catering for muslims(meat selections), and that was not mentioned anywhere while making the booking. We only ate breakfast, but even so. And then small things: 1.water for the bath/shower was only luke warm 2. Shower head at the bath not working 3. No plug for the basin 4. No hair dryer for the women

It is a shame we only stayed in this hotel for 1 night as it is absolutely stunning. Beds were large and comfortable. They have a variety of rooms with different bed combinations, which was ideal for our group. Shower room was ridiculously stunning and toiletries were just amazing. The hotel has a nice garden and indoor pool, sadly not heated, but I completely understand there is probably no need for that in South Africa. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Its not end of the world but the location was a little far from shops and restaurants. We have arrived late on Sunday evening and struggled to find somewhere to eat. Its obviously not a mark against the hotel but will probably need some research.
