Vriendelijke gastvrouw. Duidelijke communicatie.

Niets

Zeer verzorgde B&B, zeer vriendelijk gastvrouw.

Bedden liggen super goed.

Very friendly host, Very clean and nice! Breakfast is arranged upon your request which is amazing.

Great location to visit the race track or Spa itself. Modern and comfortable accommodation. Excellent breakfast.

Alles is in orde!

+ The staff were amazing: Everyone was super friendly and helpful. They sent us all the info we needed beforehand, which made checking in and out smooth. + Great room: It was really clean and had everything we needed for our two-night stay. Plus, the beds were nice and comfy. + Location & Parking: The area is quiet and peaceful, and having our own private parking spot was a huge plus. + Fantastic breakfast: The food was wonderful! We had a few special requests for our breakfast, and the staff was happy to help out and make it happen.

- The terrace felt a bit too "open" because it was right next to some big windows, which I personally wasn't a fan of. - Cell service was a bit weak, but we knew that before we booked. Honestly, with the Wi-Fi working fine, it was actually nice to "unplug" for a couple of days; it didn't really bother us much!

Spacious and private accommodation in a quiet village next to Spa, perfect for a relaxing break. I especially enjoyed the breakfast, the comfortable beds, and the beautiful surroundings. The host was very attentive and caring.

It was difficult to find the property due to unexpected roadworks in Spa, so arriving took a bit longer than planned. The floors in the accommodation were quite cold, and slippers for guests would have been very useful.

Rien

Ma famille me dit: rien à dire, tout était parfait de A à Z

The property was lovely and clean. It also included a very nice continental breakfast

Nothing! It was perfect for a couple

Very clean, thoughtful host. Peaceful area.

Our second was just as great as the first time. This room was smaller though and felt a little cramped, but still pretty comfortable. The breakfast was very nice and plentiful.

Nothing to complain really.

Very clean, modern, and nicely equipped. Perfect location with wonderful views of the surrounding area. Private parking is a must in such an area. We were lucky to witness many groups of geese migrating south. Quite a spectacle!

A little more choice in pillows and blankets would be nice.

Nice, clean, quiet place. Wonderful breakfast.

The place is very nice and clean. The owners are very friendly.

Great apartment, the host Nadine was really helpful and warm. Will shall definitely come back 🙌

Spotlessly clean , amazing breakfast, lovely host

Was quite expensive but was to be expected as F1 weekend

The breakfast was amazing!

The service and the location! Everything is very clean!

Very nice breakfast

Clear instructions, nice welcome and clever idea to deliver breakfast which was good. Parking on site and quiet location

No mobile coverage from the room. Can only rely on wifi. Residual smell in the bathroom

The host is one of the kindest hosts I've ever met. She is understanding, patient and extremely flexible and helpful. She was available at all times and was keen to help whenever she could! The apartment was really nice, as described, has a microwave and fridge and water boiler. It was extremely clean and the heating worked perfectly for the cold days. Breakfast is served every morning which is sufficient to get you going! Free coffee pads and tea are available and the fridge is full of items you could purchase in case of emergency!

Everything was perfect

Excellent accommodation. The hosts were super nice, welcoming and caring. Everything was super clean. It's very well located (not far from the Spa circuit). I can highly recommend this accommodation! .

This property is a hidden gem. When we arrived we felt like we were at a spa. All bedding, decor and furniture is in excellent condition, very clean and looks great. Very spacious bathroom and plenty of room for luggage. Added bonus was the small terrace next to our room. I thought the sliding door to push through the breakfast in the room in the morning was a genius idea. It was great to have access to dishes and a microwave since the property is not directly in Spa (which we knew when we booked) Free parking provided. Very quiet area good for relaxing. Nice attention to detail with chocolates, cookies, coffee and coffee maker provided.

Only challenge in getting there was some festival that had the main road blocked for the weekend but no big deal thanks to google directions recalculating.

New and very clean B&B. everything works very well, friendly staff, easy parking. good location to visit Spa centre or Spa Racing Circuit. Breakfast was excellent. All in all a very nice very nice experience!

fantastic breakfast! nice decor

Great communication Super friendly Super clean and practical Huge and delicious breakfast

The property is relatively new and well appointed. It is very clean, which is the most important consideration. It is located just outside of Spa by a few minutes drive or a 40 minute walk (3.1km to Spa centre). The host was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast consisted of bread, cheese, ham and preserves. It was very tasty and more than enough. It was delivered to our room at the exact time requested There are two bedrooms, one with a large bed and one with a single. If you are in the Spa area I would highly recommend this as an option.

All was very much up to expectations.

ideal for a couple. Very comfortable, clean and high quality of furnishings etc.
