The goats and horses right out the door were great. And also the dog friendliness is super. Loved the room and nuts and cookies in the shared kitchen.

De studio met eigen afgeschermde tuin was van alle gemakken en luxe voorzien! ‘s Ochtends met een kopje koffie of thee wakker worden in de tuin. De omgeving was prachtig, het station van Geldermalsen op loopafstand. Prima om te fietsen en wandelen. Wij zijn heerlijk tot rust gekomen!

Helemaal niets!!

Er hangt een heerlijke vibe en de eigenaresse is heel gezellig en attent , het ontbijt is geweldig en de kamer is heel smaakvol ingericht en de bedden slapen heerlijk! De airco was ook erg fijn met de warmte. Zo kan ik nog wel even doorgaan. Maar wat toch echt gaaf was waren de dieren en de rust buiten 🙏🏻mijn schoonzus en ik hebben intens genoten en baalden dat we maar 1 nacht geboekt hadden. Wij komen zeker terug!

Ik kan niets bedenken

Mooie privé plek, afgeschermd van rest van het bedrijf. Alle voorzieningen aanwezig.

Paar kleine dingen die wat onderhoud behoeven, klusjes van niks. Grote zwarte Hertog Jan parasol die niet te verplaatsen is zou onze keus niet geweest zijn.

De prachtige rustige omgeving en het wijdse uitzicht. De mooie schone kamer. Het uitgebreide ontbijt. De vriendelijke eigenaren. Aanvrader en voor herhaling vatbaar!

Mooi verblijf bij Lotte, enige nadeel dat wij er veel te kort waren, heb deze locatie gauw gepind en komen er zeker terug! Heerlijk ontbijt, rustige omgeving, prachtige loft! Dank Lotte!

Een fijne ontvangst door Lotte, geweldige B&B van alle gemakken voorzien.

Een klein minpuntje, er stond een fijne mobiele airco ( temperatuur buiten was 40 graden)maar voor ‘s nachts iets teveel lawaai, mss voor de toekomst investeren in een airco.

Perfect overnight stop on bike tour, real highlight of the trip. The owner is super helpful and everything you could wish for is provided. Breakfast was superb too - I'd forgotten to book it, but was quickly sorted for me and a real treat. Highly recommended.

De omgeving is prachtig en het ontvangst door Lotte was leuk, gezellig en ze geeft graag tips waar nodig. De kamer zag er top uit, heel fijn om je eigen badkamer te hebben. De faciliteiten zoals koelkast, koffie, thee, enz zijn er prettig.

De kussens waren voor mijn doen te zacht, voor een ander is het wellicht goed. Het kan wel wat gehorig zijn van zowel de naaste buren als boven je. Ben je een lichte slaper, neem dan oordopjes mee voor de zekerheid.

Der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer auf die Pferdekoppel und die Obstbäume war traumhaft. Das Zimmer ist stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich, frisch und reichlich. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben!

Beautiful B&B, hostess has thouggt of everything ( sewing kit, paracetamol) excellent kitchen with good quality pots and pans, tastefully decorated.

Het centrum is niet heel bijzonder, maar in de buurt voldoende authentieke dorpjes zoals Buren.

Тихий домик в деревенской местности. Точнее пристройка к хозяйскому дому. В помещении всего два номера - один с большой кроватью и второй с двумя раздельными. Между комнатами общая кухня. Идеально подходит для двух семей. На кухне можно вместе посидеть, пообщаться и никому не мешать. Имеется вся посуда, кастрюли, приправы, огромный выбор чая, кофемашина. Много различных настольных игр. В каждом номере свой туалет с душем. Очень удобная кровать и подушки. Ночью идеальная тишина. Отдельно хочу похвалить хозяйку - очень отзывчивую, милую и заботливую женщину, которая во многом сделала наше пребывание очень комфортным и приятным.

В первых числах ноября был довольно холодный пол, не комфортно было ходить босиком. На кухне очень темно. С одной стороны атмосфера очень уютная и можно сказать интимная, но например для настольных игр освещения не хватило. Также имейте в виду, что объект находится за городом, и если Вы без машины, то добраться получится только на такси. Если из города приехать еще можно, то вот например вечером съездить в магазин мы не могли, потому что таксисты Убер И Болт тупо не брали заказ в нашу локацию. Но очень выручила хозяйка, которая любезно сама купила нам нужные продукты и привезла на завтрак.

Ontbijt zeer bescheiden en zuinig (1 plakje kaas, 1 plakje salami, 1 ei -1persoon , een theelepel marmeladeeen klein pakje melk voor de koffie alles vor 2 persoon Wc keine privaat sfeer , Er was geen mogelijkheid om de deur op slot te doen, want die was er niet. Het het regende hevig tijdens het uitchecken. Toen we onze bagage in de auto probeerden te laden en de sleutels wilden inleveren, rende de vrouw achter ons aan naar de auto om alles snel te regelen!!! Een compleet gebrek aan competentie, vertrouwen en respect. We waren geschokt. Dit was de eerste keer dat we zoiets meemaakten en we zullen hun diensten zeker niet meer gebruiken!

Super schönes Zimmer mit Bad . Ruhige Lage und eine sehr gepflegte Außenanlage. Und die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich.

Da gibt es nichts.

Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Fotos angegeben, toll ausgestattet und wirklich sehr sauber! Wir haben uns selten so wohl gefühlt und so gut geschlafen, dass Bett war große klasse! :)

Mooie B&B met charmant ingerichte kamer. Prima communicatie en hartelijk ontvangst. Zeer landelijk gelegen voor als je wil ont stressen. Mogelijkheid om op voorhand de voorkeuren voor het ontbijt mee te geven zodat er zeker geen verspilling is. Voor de avond zijn er versnaperingen en een volle koelkast beschikbaar in de aanpalende ontbijtruimte. .

Als je tocht weg wil moet je de wagen nemen want in de buurt is er niet veel. Enig minpuntje is dat de douche met een gordijn is, wat je vandaar minder tegenkomt, maar het past wel in het geheel.

We waren er maar 1 nacht, helaas. Maar wat we gezien en ervaren hebben was heel prettig. Alles keurig netjes en schoon. Kleine dingen die je welkom laten voelen. Ontbijt was heel goed, natuurlijk met heerlijke kersen van de buren 😊.

Rust, mooie omgeving, heel aardige host, centraal gelegen binnen natuur of naastgelegen Geldermalsen.

Prachtige locatie, goede bedden. Accomodaties stijlvol en met zorg ingericht. Erg vriendelijke host. Niets was haar teveel gevraagd!! Auto’s mochten langer blijven staan. En ook het gebruik van koelkast en kookplaatje was geen probleem

Het ontbijt was heerlijk, eventueel zou het gebruik van lokale producten nog een mooi toevoeging zijn.

Cozy warm and spotlessly clean. An endless supply of coffee and a lovely breakfast view of the garden. Home from home. I look forward to going back again.

There is nothing to dislike.

The accommodation is set on a beautiful farm with amazing views. The rooms are very comfortable and great breakfast. The host is amazing and very friendly. A short walk down the road and you in the village of Deil, where there is a Spar store.

The best accommodation for our tour of the Netherlands, a fairly recent build with all modern fixtures and facilities, internet connection fantastic. Excellent fit and finish to the whole apartment, very well decorated with excellent furniture, bed and fittings. A TV that broadcasts BBC news in English, a rare commodity in accommodation in the Netherlands. Fantastic comfortable underfloor heating. Lotte is the perfect host and will go that extra mile to accommodate ones individual needs and requirements. Brilliant kitchen with everything required to cook an prepare a meal, with extra little snacks and treats for guests. The kitchen is shared with another apartment but this is an expected cultural aspect of accommodation in the Netherlands.

We liked all of it, if we returned to the Netherlands we would go back for another stay with Lotte and Lucy the miniature pony. Highly recommended to all Booking.com customers seeking a quality stay in the Netherlands.

I had a very good stay in this comfortable room with an excellent bed. All was very clean and in such a cosy atmosphere. Breakfast was large on variety and extend. A big thank you the super friendly host you made it a great and comfy stay for me.

The location, being so close to nature, the comfortable big bed and the overall style of the BB. We also had an amazing breakfast. I vividly recommend it for couples.

The room has a very "Austen" vibe, which I loved - just a little cozy room at the countryside. You can see the little orchard and enclosure with a pony and hens from your room's french window, there's a windmill nearby (so you definitely won't forget you're in the Netherlands), which you can enjoy for example when having a meal or a cup of coffee outside at a little seating area. The room has it's own bathroom (with a hair dryer, toiletries as well as some ibuprofen and paracetamol should you need some) and there's a shared kitchen area for the two rooms in the building, with a microwave, coffee machine (with freely accessible coffee capsules and assortment of teas as well as bunch of snacks). There are also some drinks to be bought in the fridge, should you like some. The breakfast looked really fancy and I felt pampered - you agree on a specific time with the owner, who brings the freshly made breakfast then. Parking is free, just outside the building, and there's plenty of space. I think with all the little things it's apparent the owners take a great pride in their B&B and they really care.

There were few things, though, I wasn't too fond of. The gravel path around the building is quite loud - especially in the evening when trying to sleep, everyone passing by was clearly heard. Also I was awaken very early in the morning by the occupants of the other room making coffee (as the coffee machine was basically just at the other side of the wall). So some earplugs might be a good idea. And I wasn't really able to figure out how to lock the french window - but it might have just been me.

Beautiful room and amazing breakfast. Quite location, within easy reach of motorway.

The setting, grounds, comfort, even a canal nearby to swim in. It was a hot summer evening and all the guests were scattered around at the various chairs/tables provided, having a quiet drink and relaxing in this stunning environment
