Ruime kamer en badkamer, leuke ruimte om te eten en waar personeel live cooking doet. Fijn in zwembadje even afkoelen.

Het is een mooie accommodatie maar allemaal wat knullig aangepakt bijv geen stoelen bij het zwembad, een prachtig en groot dakterras maar geen enkele stoel. In de ruimte waar gekookt wordt is er 1 tafel waar 5 mensen aan kunnen zitten terwijl er genoeg ruimte is voor nog een tafel. Wij moesten met eten wachten tot het andere gezin, wat niet eens in de accommodatie verbleef een keer uitgegeten was. Het personeel kan ook maar 1 eitje tegelijk bakken dus het duurt allemaal lang. Verder zijn eten en drankjes echt overpriced. Ontbijt is karig, wij hadden allemaal na een uur weer honger en voor de juice bij ontbijt moest apart betaald worden en werd ook nog eens het dubbele van wat standaard is gevraagd.

It is a beautiful hotel - quiet and like a little oasis in Ende. The rooms are modern and beautiful, the bathrooms big and the staff exceptional. The staff are the kindest people and they look after you and put you first in all their actions. We will definitely come back when we visit Ende again. Thank you again for everything you did - even during the difficult time we had in Ende. We will forever be grateful.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely modern boutique hotel. We stayed in the spacious top-floor room with its own private ensuite and especially loved the little roof hatch that opened up to the night sky - such a unique touch! The rooftop terrace also has lovely views out towards the ocean and is a great spot to relax. The small swimming pool was beautifully clean and very welcome after a day out exploring. The staff were always smiling, friendly and genuinely helpful. The little onsite restaurant was another highlight, serving delicious food without needing to venture back into town. I would suggest that they add a chicken dish to the menu for those who can not each seafood. We loved our packed breakfast for the early morning start. A comfortable, peaceful and welcoming place to stay in Ende, with great staff and some lovely little touches. We would happily stay again.

We loved the pool but may I suggest a step of some description to aid entering and exiting the pool.

A very nice modern boutique hotel away from the noise of central Ende. Nice views to the ocean from the rooftop terrace. Great little swimming pool, very clean. Lovely spacious top floor room with ensuite. Really nice, smiley and helpful staff who organised our onward shared taxi. The little restaurant provides delicious food. The Tuna in lime butter with fried potatoes was the best meal we’ve had in Flores! Thank you Sandi and team.

Für mich war es das absolute Highlight! Das Personal super nett, es wird direkt frisch vor den eigenen Augen gekocht - und es ist Mega lecker. Die Zimmer, das Bad, der gesamte Stil einfach cool. Die Lage in Ende ist ok, wir sind durch die Straßen gelaufen und es war wirklich faszinierend es ist noch sehr untouristisch, aber die locals sind so wahnsinnig nett hier. Würde hier immer wieder Urlaub machen.

Deuxième séjour tout aussi excellent que le premier : magnifique chambre propre, spacieuse, bien équipée, calme. Le personnel est très gentil et disponible. Les petits-déjeuners sont excellents. La piscine est très agréable. Un excellent logement à Florès !

Sehr sauber, schöne Zimmer und Bad. Sehr feines Essen. Haben am Abend im Haus gegessen und sie haben frisch und ausgezeichnet gekocht. Frühstück auch! Dachterasse herrlich zum Verweilen. Kommen gerne wieder!

What a place! Such style, elegance and modern style I did not expect. View from the roof terrace is stunning. Loved the pool. Spacious room and very big bathroom with a wonderful shower, like being out in nature. Very nice staff. Just excellent!

Très belle et grande maison d'architecte, située à l'ouest d'Ende, et divisée en 3 chambres (2 au rez-de-chaussée face à la piscine, 1 à l'étage). Il y a également un atelier d'artiste et une petite boutique. Le tout est très propre, bien entretenu, joliment agencé. Les chambres sont très confortables. Le personnel est d'une grande gentillesse et toujours prêt à aider. Les repas proposés sont très bons. Il est facile d'aller se balader à pied à Ende (plage, marché...) depuis la maison. La piscine est un vrai plus ! Bref, on a adoré ! Notre meilleur logement à Florès !

The staff, room, pool and sinset deck were all excellent. For the price paid it was superb value for money.

As other reviews put it - if you stay in Endes, the FP house is really a top choice. It features a swimming pool and a rooftop balcony to appreciate the sea view. The room's decor is a stylish, industrial-rustic one.

Would be even nicer if there were some sofa/chair inside the room to chill tho

L’hôtel est très joli et agréable. La chambre est spacieuse, le rooftop est super pour le coucher du soleil. L’équipe est adorable et peut préparer de bons repas à n’importe quel moment de la journée.

Ce sont des détails mais la salle de bain est trempée à cause de la douche qui n’a pas de pommeau donc l’eau coule comme une cascade. Tout serait parfait s’il y avait des chaises longues au bord de la piscine et sur le rooftop.

Sauber, wirkt sehr modern für Indonesien. 10 min zum Flughafen, 5 min zu Fuss zum Strand. Personal sehr freundlich, Organisieren Taxi und passt alles. Nette Dachterasse wo die Mädels auch Drinks servieren zum Sonnenuntergang.

Oberes Zimmer hat das Bad nicht im Zimmer, kein Problem für uns, aber muss man wissen. Wie so oft sieht das Bad toll aus, aber es wird ALLES nass weil Dusche neben WC... Frühstück sehr lecker aber unflexibel- die Frage nach einer Scheibe Toastbrot zum Omelett konnte nicht erfüllt werden. Alles nicht schlimm, aber hätte 10 Punkte gegeben.

Fantastic stay. The room is modern, spacious, and super clean. The staff is super helpful and will assist with anything needed. We had to catch a boat at night and could stay during the day at the property to enjoy the pool. The manager even lent us his scooter so we could go out for a coffee.

Beautiful little hotel with a nice refreshing swimming pool, great views from the rooftop terrace and even offering super tasty lunch/dinner options. Lovely staff that help anywhere they can, even preparing takeaway breakfast for early check-outs.

Als ik meer dan een 10 kon geven zou ik het doen. Op de foto's van booking.com vond ik het al overweldigend. Maar in het hotel zelf is de omgeving inderdaad prachtig groen. Wij hadden een rondreis door oost Flores en konden eerst een paar dagen van dit hotel genieten en daarna van onze rondreis

Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht gut. Für den Preis dürfte man ein gutes Frühstück erwarten aber es ist wirklich schlecht. Man zahlt schon so viel, und dann gibt es keinen Kaffe. Den darf man sich selber machen und als frühstück nur nasi und mie goreng. Und toast mit ei. Alles andere muss extra gezahlt werden das ist mir ein Rätsel.

I had a fantastic stay at this lovely hotel! I was thoroughly impressed by the modern rooms and the exceptional level of service. The food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly welcoming throughout my stay. The rooftop view is absolutely stunning. I can highly recommend it to anyone!

The room was very nice, AC worked great and the bed was super comfortable. We had a lot of space for our luggage as well. Bathroom was also huge, almost a 1/3 of the size of the whole room. They have a sound system that’s integrated into each room and in the main common area. You can listen to the same music that’s playing throughout the hotel, good vibe.

The shower head was only a large spigot coming out of the wall in the bathroom. So water poured out of it very quickly and a lot at once when you turned it on. It’s a nice aesthetic touch but from a functional point of view you waste a lot of water as you’re showering. Shower itself was fine, lots of hot water. Also no hand soap in the bathroom.

Nous sommes rester seulement une nuit avant notre vol pour Labuan Bajo. L’établissement est super 👍 : Confortable, bien décoré et avec un rooftop bien sympa pour regarder le sunset ! La literie est confortable également. Le personnel est adorable et extrêmement serviable ! C’est un 10/10.

Flores Passport house is een dikke aanrader!! Modern, mooi opgezet. Heerlijk zwembadje, het is een rustig mini-hotel met 3 kamers. Relaxed muziekje op de achtergrond, lounch muziek tot halverwege de avond. Niet storend, wel gezellig. ✨ Kamer met externe badkamer was harstikke leuk. Heeerlijke douche!! Geïntegreerde koker, voelt als een massage🙏 Genoeg ruimte om kleding/was uit te hangen. Live-cooking met open keuken. Er wordt goed gekookt en als ontbijt een pakketje voor ons gemaakt met een lief briefje erop, omdat we vroeger weg moesten. 🙏 Een lekkere toast met boter + eitje en banaan. Je kan ook muziek afspelen in de kamer en alles netjes afgewerkt. Daarom voelt het luxe en modern

Enige nadeel is midden in een (iets wat gehorige woonwijk) en de toegang is via een smal steegje vanaf de weg. Je rijdt hier gemakkelijk aan voorbij. Er hangt wel een banner van FP house, maar dat mag iets duidelijker

Wir haben die warme Dusche sehr genossen, da dies auf Flores absolut nicht standard ist. Das Frühstück schmeckt super. Pool und Dachterrasse sind auch sehr toll!

Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb. Ein Roller ist auf jeden Fall von Vorteil. Die „Auffahrt“ zur Unterkunft ist sehr versteckt und mit einem Roller sehr eng.

Das Personal ist total nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer und Hotel ist extrem sauber, stylisch und das Essen lecker. Besonders gefiel uns die offene Küche. Satt bekocht zu werden, fragten wir nach einem gemeinsamen Kochabend. Netterweise willigten sie ein und wir hatten einen sehr schönen, leckeren und gemütlichen Abend. Die Cocktails sind ebenso großartig! Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank!

Es gibt eine großartige Dachterrasse. Keine Kritik, nur ein gut gemeinter Rat, dass diese gerne noch etwas ansprechender gestaltet werden könnte, sodass sie etwas einladender wirkt. Sicherlich kann man dort tolle Abende verbringen.

The room is very stylish! I like the industrial design. The staff were very friendly and they helped prepare for my early breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. I'd recommend this place to my friends! I wish I could stay longer to enjoy the room more.

Ja wat moet ik er van zegen? Geweldige ervaring om hier te mogen verblijven. Strak design alsof je in een andere wereld stapt, echt een belevenis. Personeel super vriendelijk en behulpzaam en op verzoek koken ze ook nog eens een heerlijke maaltijd voor je of draaien een lekkere cocktail in elkaar. Koffie en thee kan je onbeperkt pakken. Lekker zwembadje. Kortom helemaal (over de) top. Oh ja de wifi was super snel

Er valt hier niets te klagen

Er was niet veel keuze uit het avondeten, er waren bepaalde dingen op. Erg jammer maar kan gebeuren.

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel. De grootte van de kamer. Prima bed. De WiFi is goed. Het ontbijt is lekker. Het gebouw is sfeervol. De gemeenschappelijke ruimte is prettig.

De waterval douche heeft een harde straal en bijna de hele badkamer is nat na het douchen. Er is geen koelkastje. De airco geeft onvoldoende koeling.

La prestation n'est pas a la hauteur du tarif....dommage, cet endroit pourrait être vraiment génial ....

It was clean and had a pool and aircon which was why I chose this property. The staff were very pleasant and attentive when there were problems

No steps into or out of the pool and somewhere to sit/relax around the pool area. Need aircon in the shared common area. Need to be clear that any charges to your room are to be settled using cash. I expected such a property to use credit card.

The staff was really helpful and prepared the best food for us. Thank you to the staff. The rooms are very good and big enough.

The swimming pool has no stairs or steps to get in or out. The drain pipe for the shower is well designed but not very functional because it wets the entire bathroom and the water flows very slowly. We had a mini swimming pool in the bathroom that we were able to fix with the towels. The breakfast served from 9 maybe is not a good idea for travelers like us who wake up early in the morning.

Shower is stylish but not so practical. You get water everywhere. I think the pool didnt seem very clean so we didnt even get inside, but it was a rainy season.

The staff was excellent. We definitely recommend eating there. Food was great and prepared in kitchen in common area - you can be there and feel like having dinner with friends. The whole place strictly follows industrial architecture - it is not always practical but worthy seeing.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern und minimalistisch eingerichtet. Dazu ist das Personal sehr freundlich und bereitet auf Wunsch zu jeder Zeit Essen zu und steht bei Fragen zur Verfügung. Wir fanden das Abendessen sehr lecker. Außerdem gibt es eine schöne Dachterrasse.

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal im FP House und waren diesmal nicht weniger begeistert als beim letzten Mal. Es ist schwer einen vergleichbaren Ort in Ende zu finden. Die Zimmer sind groß, die Betten bequem, die Unterkunft einfach ein Hingucker, aber das beste an unserem Aufenthalt war auch diesmal wieder das wunderbare Personal. Und als wäre das alles nicht schon genug, schmeckt das frisch gekochte Essen einfach köstlich. Absolute Weiterempfehlung.

Eins der besten Gästehäuser in dieser Preisklasse während unserer 6 wöchigen Reise durch Indonesien. ( Sumatra, Java, Flores ) Das Design hatte uns überzeugt, kreative Einrichtung. Gute Matratze, sehr weiße Bettwäsche sowie Handtücher, bequemes Bett, kleiner Pool für 3 Zimmer. Lunch und Dinner ( kleine Auswahl ) wird frisch zubereitet. Die Cocktails haben auch geschmeckt. Tolle Aussicht von der Dachterrasse, inklusive Sonnenuntergang ( wenn Wetter passt ). Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Dankeschön

Die Unterkunft ist einfach ein wahrgewordener Traum. Das Personal ist absolut zuvorkommend gewesen, unser Zimmer war wunderschön & von der Terrasse aus lässt sich der Sonnenuntergang und der Ausblick genießen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall jederzeit wieder hierher kommen und würden allen, die in Ende übernachten diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.
