Excellent location, easy to explore - within an hour drive you can visit Pairi Daiza zoo, Brussels, Bruges & Ghent. The cabin is lovely, has everything you need to make a comfortable stay. In a beautiful garden and the pool is heated and perfect temperature - the kids were comfortably swimming at 10pm! Overall great stay and would recommended

Heel fijn verblijf! Prachtige locatie, schoon en het zwembad is super. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaren en de katten zijn een bonus ;-) De tuin was (ondanks de warmte) erg mooi. De b&b is schoon en netjes en voor ons compleet ingericht. Ontspannen tussenstop na een lange rit vanuit Frankrijk.

De slaapbank was niet comfortabel helaas

Honestly this stay was phenomenal. Our hosts were communicative and nice, and this little oasis with pool is a great spot to travel between Gent and Bruxels without a hitch, and come back to relax with a dip in the pool after. Equipment is great and thoughtful, from an array of towels to a small kitchen hub with everything you need.

Sehr schöne und total gemütliche Unterkunft. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Und ein wirklich fantastisches Frühstück war das I-Tüpfelchen!

Heerlijk rustige locatie, zeer netjes en gezellig, goeie bedden. Wij waren jammergenoeg pas laat in de avond ter plaatse en weer heel vroeg weg en hebben dus niet van de prachtige tuin kunnen genieten.

Een mooie accommodatie, ik kom hier zeker nog eens terug

De algemene setting was top - zowel locatie, eigenaars als de rust en inrichting waren pluspunten.

Nos gustó todo, la casita era preciosa y super calentita, cosa que se agradece en diciembre☺️ la ubicación es genial por que está relativamente muy cerca de las ciudades más turísticas y además hay supermercado muy cerca. Y destacar el buen trato de los dueños, en todo momento nos ayudaron con todas las dudas y lo que necesitábamos. Recomiendo 100%

Alleen geschikt als je een auto hebt, want het ligt afgelegen van de stad.

Ruimte in het huis is prettig. Bedden zijn uitstekend.

Verlichting in de keuken is beperkt

Rustig gelegen huisje met voldoende privacy, in een groene omgeving, aanpalend aan de gezinswoning. Centrum van Aalst op fietsafstand. Koffie en thee aanwezig, keukentje met microgolf en kleine frigo. Verbleven in oktober, dus geen gebruik van het zwembad kunnen maken, maar zeker een 'plus' in de zomermaanden.

Het huisje is vlot toegankelijk voor mensen met een lichamelijke beperking of rolstoel maar de bedden zijn wel hoog, wat dan weer niet zo handig is. Bedden hebben aparte matrassen. Voor de één een voordeel, maar voor mij persoonlijk een nadeel.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, the property is, in effect, your own little house, made largely of wood, in the hosts' back garden, in which you have access to a swimming pool. Breakfast was outstanding and it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Very close the excellent cycling nodes. so was perfect for us. Nice quiet neighbourhood.

It could be considered a little pricey, but, on balance, we were happy with the price. Visitors should note that it is a location is a little remote from the town centre, but. as that wasn't our priority, we were happy.

A hidden gem! The pool and garden area was just stunning! The cabin was a great size and had everything we needed! Breakfast was delivered in the morning at a time of our choosing and was delicious and substantial. We used the bbq and ate outside on the terrace each night. Will be telling all our friends and family about this place!

Takes a bit longer to get to the center.

It is in a perfect location nearby Bruxelles, not far from other interesting cities in Belguim. Accomodation was cozy, clean and equiped with all we needed. Breakfast was exqusite and hosts were very nice and friendly.

Nothing to mention.

Everything was wonderful - the BnB, the village it’s located in, and everyone we met was so friendly and helpful 😁. All 3 of my family members highly recommend this place!

There was nothing not to like.

Excellent house, great hosts, everything was just super. The house is simple, it is new, well built, and well equipped. Very calm surrounding - great for focusing on work or having a relaxed long weekend. It is located just a few meters from a railroad, but very little noise can be heard and only in mornings. The host speaks very good English, and they are very helpful to give tips about places around.

Parking near the house is rather tight (alternatively one can easily park on the street) - I had to daily coordinate with the owner - who leaves first next morning. ;o) Shower entry was tight - a half-open door of the shower cabin makes it difficult to enter or exit the cabin even for a compact person ;o) (a curtain would be a better option there).

The owners were absolutely fantastic. They just left you alone to enjoy the property and the surrounding area. The property itself was absolutely fantastic. They had everything that you needed within the four walls. It was amazingly quiet peaceful it’s probably the best three nights sleep I’ve ever had. I can’t, explain how lovely this place is but anyone that reads this? Please go and stay there. It’s absolutely phenomenal.

Very nice apartment in a quiet location with a private pool and parking spot. Communication with the host was very good

We had issues with the heating and although the host fixed it after we notified him, there were still issues in the middle of the night (which was suboptimal with a small child). Also, although the weather was not that welcoming for a swim, we would expect the swimming pool to be clean, which was not the case. Also, the tap water in the kitchen was very cold, so we could not wash our dishes.

Cosy and homely

Super nice place, garden, warm pool outside, BBQ, everything you need for relaxing holiday. Owners are very friendly. We have a lot of fun in the pool :)

No pets allowed, so we have to leave our dog at home. But this is only our things :) I can understand the owners they have 2 cats :)

Fantastic place in a beautiful green lush garden! We enjoyed our stay a lot. It was very relaxing to just sit outside and enjoy the relaxing nature, listening to the birds, watching the cats play and, of course, swimming in the warm pool! Fantastic! Thanks a lot for the welcoming atmosphere and your hidden gem.

The location is not bad. It's between Brussels and Ghent. If you drive by yourself, you can visit one city and visit another city. The accommodation is very quiet and clean. The owner also brought a swimming pool. I had a good night's sleep

Location is in a lush and beautiful garden with a small but modern and very clean swimming pool. The house is a bit outside of Aalst but not very far.

Beds were hard to the point of being uncomfortable. The 3rd bed (couch) was so small I could not stretch myself. The couch bed had a divide in the middle making it super uncomfortable. No blind-out curtains - which in more Northern countries is really appreciated for us Southerners as we are not used to the long daylight. No mosquito screens on the windows so had to close the windows more than we liked. And a bunch of smaller but less important things like the doors to the bathroom could not close very well, Tv, ... Al in all making this not a comfortable stay.
