Wir haben uns sehr wohl bei Quirien & Mieke gefühlt und wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Zimmer ist modern, sowie das ganze Haus. Das Haus ist toll in der Stadt gelegen, sodass man die meisten Dinge zu Fuß machen kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank

Prijs kwaliteit verhouding was top. Het appartement lag op een top locatie. We hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad!

Bijna geen privacy doordat de buren via het balkon naar binnen kunnen kijken, omdat het een gedeelde balkon is. Er zit een spleet tussen het matras, doordat het twee aparte matrassen zijn wat erg irritant is.

Het rumoer op straat, maar heel goed van af re sluiten door het raam aan de voorzijde te sluiten en het raam bij het terras open te zetten.

We hebben genoten van de platenspeler met uitstekende LP's.

Er viel niets tegen. De badkamer is basic en wat aan de krappe kant, maar dat was geen enkel probleem.

Heerlijk bed. Je kunt de kamer lekker donker maken om eens flink uit te slapen :)

Heerlijke b&b met buitenruimte, comfortabele bedden en koffie/thee faciliteiten. Eigenaar reageerde uitermate snel en oplossend op vragen. Locatie is top, niet in maximaal toeristisch gedeelte en daardoor juist beschikbaar voor leuke koffie en eettentjes. Ik boek dit zo weer!

Helemaal niks. Maar mocht er ruimte zijn; een extra plankje voor toilettassen in badkamer zou fijn zijn!

De ligging is top. Waren binnen 5/10 minuten in het centrum. Daarnaast is de kamer erg ruim en schoon, bedden waren goed en het binnentuintje is ook lekker om even te zitten.

I love the property

We love the location. We had stayed here previously, and it's super close to the historic city centre and very walkable to all the things we wanted to see and do. The price is reasonable. We appreciated the additional facilities (tea, coffee, cutlery & plates, little tipples) that were available. The hosts left a lovely leaflet of suggestions of places to eat, which is really helpful, and we made use of this during our stay. The record player and miscellaneous vinyls is such a lovely and unique addition to the room, we loved putting a record on from time to time.

Nothing. It suits our needs perfectly, and we would only ever recommend it thoroughly to friends and family if they were to ever visit Antwerp (which is a beautiful city, with many things to do)

The location is excellent. We were accommodated with an early check-in which helped a lot after a long flight.

We stayed for three nights but only had water and toilet paper for 1-2 days so we had to replenish it. The apartment is perfect for a short stay but we struggled with space because we had larger luggage (11 day vacation).

De inrichting, de hygiëne, de bedden en de ligging. De ontvangst van de vriendelijke eigenaar was ook prettig.

Gehorigheid naar de directe buren, het felle licht van de nachtlampjes. Ook zou ik n extra plankje voor een toilettas aanbevelen.

The bnb was in a perfect location and the room was well curated. We loved the interiors and the cozy vibes. The host was very nice and left a map of the city with some recommendations. We really loved our stay and we would definitely go there again!

There were some mosquitoes in the room even if the host put some mosquitoes nets on the windows (which we appreciated). We bought a mosquito repellent from the supermarket near the bnb and all was good!

Super lokatie met persoonlijke ontvangst door de host waardoor we direct konden inchecken. Alles schoon en aanwezig. Koffie en thee voor in de ochtend en een mooie platenspeler met echte LP’s.

Die Besitzer sind super nett, haben uns herzlich wilkommen, uns tipps für die Stadt gegeben, und haben direkt geholfen wenn wir Fragen hatten oder etwas gebraucht haben. Nur zu Empfehlen!

Die Wände waren etwas dünn und wir haben die Nachbarn sehr gehört.

De locatie was perfect! Super dichtbij het centrum, waardoor het makkelijk was de stad in te gaan.

Jammer dat er geen ontbijt was, maar dit was niet het einde van de wereld.

Die Lage ist sensationell für alles was man in Antwerpen unternehmen will.

Nicht gefallen ist eine zu harte Formulierung. Es war etwas kleiner als erwartet.

Camera ampia, molto pulita. Arredo moderno e confortevole. Il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Viene fornita una brochure per visitare Anversa con dei posti/ristoranti su consiglio delle loro esperienze. La stanza si trova in un punto molto centrale e molto vicino alla stazione centrale ed è un luogo molto vicino alla movida. Consigliamo veramente questo b&b.

Loved this place, had everything we needed (including nice touches like the record player and make-up remover and pads) and was very well located. We visited during the week so not sure if the area gets livelier/louder at the weekends but it was a tranquil spot close to town and plenty of lovely cafés, restaurants and shops, and our hosts were very kind and generous!

Quirien and Maike were incredibly welcoming and accommodating - helping me to check in early so that I could run to an appointment, allowing me to check out later, and always being open with tips and advice to better enjoy Antwerp. Excellent hosts!

The parking situation was a bit difficult but this was also not fully in their control (and not untypical for Antwerp) - and they pointed out an easy way to manage loading and unloading of the car in front of the BnB.

Not luminous, the light bubbles are not strong enough. Sink in bathroom is too small. No answer from the tenant while asking for a favor, not professional.

It was a great stay. the hosts, location, bed, and room were all great! Hosts were very accommodating and let me check in early and out late. the bed and room were very comfortable. the apartment was in a great location and very well kept.

no breakfast, no tv in my room. I was fine with both of these. But they would be nice to have as well. there is a coffee bar and mini fridge.

The location is great. Quirien en Mieke gave us amazing local recommendations which we really appreciated. The room is well equipped and has everything you could need. It's a perfect spot for a weekend break away in Antwerp!

Perfect location, friendly and helpful hosts

We had such a nice time! The location was perfect—everything within walking distance, and for anything further, there were steps for rent. The room (with a great bed) was spacious with a terrace, and we loved being able to play our own music. Checking in was super easy with the code and key, and we even got to check out later, which gave us more time to enjoy our last day. Oh, and the shampoo and shower gel smelled amazing. Overall, everything was smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely stay again! 😊

We got back late one night and couldn’t quite figure out how to get the central heating going—probably just us being tired and missing something! 😉 It didn’t ruin the stay, though, and everything else was great.

The decoration and artwork was amazing! Although we didn’t use it, having access to a patio was great. The self entry feature upon arrival was super nice.

The bed was very uncomfortable and we definitely needed more pillows. The host kindly gave us an air purifier to help with air flow but we couldn’t sleep at night because it was too hot. The space definitely an osculating needs a fan. There is also a need for more shelving in the bathroom particularly! We weren’t expecting it to be a 25 minute walk from the central train station (which is on us) and it seems like a good property for a longer stay. There was a lot of construction and shops on summer vacation.

The location is excellent. It is very close to small shops, cafes and restaurants. Right in front, there is a supermarket, which is very convenient for buying some things. The bed is very comfortable, and everything was very clean. Check in was at 3PM, but we were able to enter earlier since the room was ready. They also offered us a late check out, but it was not necessary in our case. I would stay here again.

I didn’t like that the lighting in the room was poor, so it was a bit difficult to do makeup or get ready. I had to open the curtains to let more light in.

We had people staying next door to us that kept us up in the middle of the night each night but that’s not the fault of the owners, some wine glasses in the rooms/available for use would be nice! Otherwise a great stay.

Lovely room , good decor , clean. The room was ready on arrival. Close to the main sights. Lots of good restaurants nearby. The hosts left a leaflet with restaurants they recommended. I thought this was a lovely idea and we used a few suggestions and were not disappointed. Antwerp itself also exceeded our expectations. The record player was a lovely surprise and we enjoyed this.

Perhaps a bin in the room but this is a small thing.

We stayed here for a weekend and loved the peaceful room in the heart of the city. The terrace was a gem, offering a relaxed escape, and the host was super friendly, sharing good local spots to eat, drink, and explore.

Tiny but noisy when the other guests entered the property but did not disrupt us that much at all.

Absolutely everything - the room is gorgeous, spacious and clean with a lovely shared outdoor seating area. They have also left some welcome liquor in the hall and awesome surprise to learn there's a vinyl player in the room too. There is also a shared washing machine available too. My room was ready early so I was able to check in as soon as I arrived which was much appreciated. Self-check in instructions were very clear and given in advance but the owner was there when I arrived and introduced herself. She also showed me her personal recommendations on the map they have created - super helpful! She invited me to her boyfriends social cooking night where he cooks for a massive get together in a nearby restaurant, and although I had other plans in the end, it was such a lovely gesture. I also bumped into him later and he was also very welcoming.

Our hosts were fabulous, professional, friendly, very helpful and prompt to respond to any queries. The room was meticulously clean and quite well appointed. Our hosts kindly assisted us with the use of a washing machine which was very much appreciated. The location was quiet and very close to everything we needed.

There isn't much to say here as we really enjoyed our stay but the lighting was very poor and could be improved. Otherwise no complaints at all.

Very stylish and comfortable. Great shower. Hairdryer in the room and plenty of towels. Loved the patio/terrace, the record player and the Bluetooth speaker. We were in Antwerp for a concert as well as sightseeing, so it was perfect. Nice neighborhood. Easy access with the code. Even though our hosts were out of town, they messaged us and were always available. I liked the table on the landing with extra stuff to be shared by the guests (teas, kettle, corkscrew, even toiletries). Very nice detail!

As a coffee addict, the machine didn't work very well, and we wasted a lot of capsules, even though we bought more

A great location in Antwerp, the host left lots of great local recommendations and the rooms were comfortable and stylish. We had an unfortunate issue with the power during our stay and the host went out of their way to accomodate and solve the situation. It was a great stay!

Location is central and convenient.The hosts were very helpful from the very beginning and advised us of all the information required before getting to Antwerp. We were promptly welcomed by Quirien and helped us with our luggage going up the stairs. There were Belgian spirits in the hallway for you to enjoy, and we got an orientation of the apartment. Which included a map that had lists of recommendations of shops, taxi numbers, and instructions. The hosts were very flexible and gave us a late checkout (subject to availability). Which was an added bonus for us. Thank you so much to Quirien and Mieke for making our first time in Belgium so easy and memorable. Thank you for being so thoughtful, generous, and for being such hospitable hosts.

Fixtures and fittings were nice. Shower was great. Record player was brilliant. Good to have a coffee machine and fridge.

Bathroom ceiling had flaking paint. Outdoor space wasn’t very attractive. Apart from coffee and one bottle of water it would’ve nice to have had a few items of food. Pillows were uncomfortable. Ran out of shower gel and nobody around to replace so we were told to buy our own (apologies received and offer made to refund us).

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay at Lucy’s. From initial booking through to check out, our hosts could not have been more welcoming or helpful. The terrace outside was the perfect spot to enjoy a leisurely coffee to start the day. The accommodation is within easy walking distance of all of Antwerp’s attractions and we were kindly provided with a map and restaurant recommendations, which proved very useful. Our hosts gave us lots of local information and tips, which added to our trip immeasurably. Quirien and Mieke, are caring, thoughtful hosts and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in their little oasis. We would not hesitate to recommend.

The highlight of this stay were the hosts: prompt communication, flexible, helpful. Haven’t even seen them in person: self check-in and check out worked smoothly. Room had what was advertised, was stylish and well equipped. They even had Belgian spirits to try in the lobby.
