It was gorgeous!

Beds weren’t the most comfortable but otherwise it was amazing!

Booked here to stay for one night so we could have a wine tasting as my husband was driving for this part of our trip. We were made very welcome, such a friendly team & thoroughly enjoyed the short tour & tasting. The accommodation was clean & comfortable & great to have the use of the pool & the lovely garden terrace. The Bistro meal was also really lovely!

The only thing would be that the breakfast was a little disappointing. Some eggs would have improved it for me but this is subjective

Adorámos a nossa estadia! A propriedade está inserida num ambiente natural, com práticas sustentáveis e certificação Biosphere. O staff é excecional, sempre atencioso e disponível. A visita e a prova de vinhos foram excelentes, com vinhos de grande qualidade e premiados. As instalações têm tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia confortável e proporcionam um ambiente muito acolhedor e familiar. É de louvar que continue a ser uma propriedade familiar, onde se preservam os valores e as tradições. A decoração mantém alguns elementos mais antigos, mas tudo está muito bem cuidado e percebe-se que cada objeto tem história e valor sentimental. Existe uma preocupação genuína em preservar, reutilizar e evitar o desperdício, o que torna o espaço ainda mais autêntico e especial. Recomendamos muito!

Praticamente tudo.

Sinceramente, penso q ou a hora do check in devia ser um pouco mais cedo ou a do checkout um pouco mais tarde, para se poder aproveitar melhor tudo o q a quinta oferece. Em relação ao preço deixo uma sugestão, para um preço mais atrativo para 2/3 dias. Sim , penso voltar um dia.

Localização excelente com vistas maravilhosas. Quem fica hospedado tem dinheiro a visita e prova de vinhos. Todo o staff muito simpático e prestável.

O pequeno almoço podia ter mais variedade mas compensa pela vista maravilhosa.

Fantastische locatie, rondleiding met proeverij was erg leuk, mooie ruime kamer met alle voorzieningen en zwembad was heerlijk.

We visited the Douro Valley for one night, and Quinta do Tedo was exactly what we were looking for. A small, charming winery with beautiful rooms, a lovely breakfast, and excellent facilities. A great bonus is the complimentary wine tour and tasting, which we really enjoyed. The pool is also perfect for relaxing and unwinding. In the evening, I highly recommend the winery’s restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, with very reasonable prices, and the staff were friendly and provided excellent service. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Quinta do Tedo to our friends! Thank you for everything!

One small area for improvement would be the air conditioning in the room. The A/C downstairs seemed quite old and was not cooling the room sufficiently. Upstairs, where the single bed is located, there was both a ceiling fan and a standing fan, but unfortunately neither was powerful enough to keep the area cool. As a result, it became quite warm during the night, which made sleeping less comfortable. An additional A/C unit upstairs would make a big difference.

This was the most beautiful experience - we loved Quinta Do Tedo - such a soulful , charming and personal little escape so tastefully decorated with stunning views .we had the pleasure of meeting the owner who was very lovely and kind . We had a charcuterie board of wine and cheese on our only evening here and the memories of that evening bring back so many happy thoughts. Special thanks to Bruno who ensured we were treated to some of the best Port wines . Thank you Quinta de tedo .. you will forever be a cherished memory .

The room was spacious and clean. The restaurant on site was absolutely delicious. The views from every window were breathtaking.

I loved our stay, a location of great beauty and the staff was so great. The Michelin ranked chef came out and introduced himself and was such a humble and genuine guy. The staff that put breakfast out was so professional but kind- truly awesome breakfast. Our tour guide for the wine tour - also very genuine, welcoming and knowledgeable. It seemed like everyone was happy that was working in this beautiful place. Lovely facilities- unpretentious hospitality!

Not a big fan of the foldout bed for my sister- but we knew this was the setup when we booked.

C’est un endroit où il fait bon se reposer et profiter des magnifiques paysages en plein cœur des vignes. L’endroit est magnifique, propre et tellement confortable. Le personnel (particulièrement celui de la salle de dégustation) est très sympathique et souriant. Ils font tout pour rendre notre séjour mémorable. Le petit-déjeuner accompagné d’un bon café et la piscine pour les fins de journée sont de beaux avantages! Bref, nous avons adoré séjourné au Quinta do Tedo et nous retournerions avec plaisir. Je le conseille fortement.

Lokalizacja jest wspaniała, widoki na okoliczne winnice i rzekę są niepowtarzalne, do tego basen w obiekcie i niewielka ilość pokoi dzięki czemu jest spokojnie i można po prostu odpocząć w ciszy.

Obsługa związana z degustacją pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Po umówieniu godziny degustacji zaproponowanej przez personel w wiadomości skierowanej do gościa, kilkukrotnie personel próbował nam narzucić zmianę, nie biorąc pod uwagę tego, że przejechaliśmy z innej części kraju, jesteśmy zmęczeni i zaraz po przyjeździe nie mamy ochoty na degustację. Personel między sobą rozmawiał i dal nam odczuć, że nie jest zadowolony z tego, że chcemy aby degustacja miała miejsce o wcześniej zaproponowanej godzinie. Nikt nie wytłumaczył również na czym ta degustacja miałaby polegać. Sama degustacja odbyła się pospiesznie, na początku na sali była grupa innych gości zachowujących się głośno, co również nie zapewniało komfortu nam jako kolejnym gościom, utrudniało również wzajemną komunikację. Ostatecznie na sali pozostaliśmy my oraz 7 osób z personelu, który wyraźnie nas komentował. Ta okoliczność znacząco wpłynęła na nasz odbiór całego pobytu, a zachowanie personelu odebrane przez nas zostało jako nieuprzejme.

Die Lage der Quinto war sehr schön. Die Ausblicke auf den Tedo und das Durotal waren beeindruckend. Das Zimmer hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt.

Beim Frühstück fanden wir teilweise die angebotene Menge der einzelnen Frühstückkomponenten etwas spärlich. Die Quinta legte in vielen Bereichen großen Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit. Deshalb hat uns die Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine, bei der für eine Tasse Kaffee mehrere Kapsen (auch für Milch) erforderlich waren, gestört

Wowww! Quel emplacement de rêve! Vue sur le Douro et sur la rivière. Grand domaine où nous pouvons marcher, observer les oiseaux,... Déjeuner délicieux et le souper succulent! Nous sommes arrivés un peu plus tôt que l'heure du check-in. Notre magnifique et confortable chambre était déjà préparée et nous avons pu profiter de la piscine. Agréable! En plus, nous avons droit à une dégustation de leurs produits (vin, porto et huile d'olive). Nous recommandons absolument la Quinta do Tedo :)

The room was small

A beautiful quinta! We enjoyed the wine tasting and tour, hiking through the vineyards, and the lovely outside seating areas. The breakfast was exceptional, and we enjoyed dinner at the restaurant onsite, too. Great location - not far at all off the main road, so it's really easy to get to. Wonderful, helpful staff. Would absolutely stay here again, and recommend it to all looking for a beautiful vineyard stay in the Duoro Valley.

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Douro auf einer Anhöhe. Wir hatten das Apartment. Es war sehr sauber und wirklich mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig. Für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei. Neben Käse und Wurst gab es auch Marmelade, Kuchen und frisches Obst. Da wir am Abreisetag zeitig weg mussten, wurde uns am Vorabend ein kleines Verpflegungspaket zusammengestellt. Im Preis der Unterkunft waren eine kleine Führung sowie eine Weinprobe enthalten. Neben drei Portweinen wurden auch zwei Douroweine verkostet. Besonders der Rotwein der Quinta ist aus unserer Sicht hervorragend. Das mehrsprachige Personal, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch bei der Weinverkostung, war sehr kompetent und freundlich.

Very friendly staff. Great location & easy to access. Tour & tasting were included which was good. Late check-out of 12pm meant we could go for a bike ride in the morning after breakfast which was great.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. It's a smaller winery in the Douro region with a B&B but with a lot of charm.

The breakfast was very good, the wine tasting and tour included with the stay was a very nice surprise. The wine tour guide was excellent and very helpful. The view of bothe rivers and the sound of birds were absolutely wonderful and magical

Locatie pal tussen Peso da Regua en Pinhao, in het mooiste deel van de Douro vallei. Uitvalsbasis om wijndomeinen te bezoeken. Uitstekend restaurant ter plaatse. Vriendelijk personeel. Mooie kamer, gevarieerd ontbijt. Gratis bezoek aan de wijnkelder en een degustatie van stille en portwijnen is inbegrepen. Mogelijkheid tot mooie wandelingen in de buurt. Het zwembad was niet echt bruikbaar deze tijd van het jaar, maar ziet er goed uit.

Bedden waren redelijk comfortabel maar de hoofdkussens vielen iets tegen. Verder niets op te merken.

Ein paradiesischer Ort, um sich inmitten der Weinberge zu erholen. Sehr schön und gepflegt sind die Gartenanlagen und Terrassen. Sehr empfehlenswert ist auch die Küchenkunst des Bistrots! Die Mitarbeiter der Quinta waren außergewöhnlich freundlich.

The staff bent over backwards to make our visit memorable. The room was impeccable. We loved the complementary wine tour, and the dining room was magnificent. I would rank the food in the category of some of the best I’ve ever eaten anywhere.

Die Lage!Die Lage!wunderschöne Umgebung,zum Spazierengehen,relaxen ,wie auch immer.Bett war ziemlich weich,schönes grosses Badezimmer,jeweils toller Blick ins Tal..Leckeres Frühstück,wurde im Restaurant serviert mit tollem Ausblick.Nettes Personal.Es besteht die Möglichkeit weintasting mitzumachen.

Das völlig überteuerte Restaurant am Weingut.schlechtes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis!!! Wenn man nicht mehr fahren will ist man darauf angewiesen dort zu essen.

A vista espetacular do Douro.

De loin le plus bel endroit où l’on a pu dormir jusqu’à maintenant au Portugal. Vue exceptionnelle, décor superbe, personnel gentil. Très propre, très beau, très confortable (température, literie). Vous pouvez participer gratuitement (sous réservation) à une dégustation de leur vin/porto/huile d’olive. Ils ont aussi un restaurant haute gamme ($$$) où vous pouvez manger le soir (sous réservation). Le déjeuner inclus était très bien. Nous aurions prolongé notre séjour si on avait pu! On vous recommande vraiment l’endroit, vous ne le regretterez pas.

The location of Quinta do Tedo is fantastic. The views are phenomenal and the walking trails around the property wonderful. The bird life is amazing. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

The rooms are slightly dated but the views made up for it!

What an amazing property! Service was amazing. We had dinner at the restaurant and Preslava was an outstanding server! She was so attentive, warm, and welcoming. The property was spectacular and we walked along the river after dinner. The bed and breakfast package is 100% worth the money.

The only thing that could be improved was the link for directions to the property took us to a different location and we had to figure out the right location.

Such a beautiful setting!! And loved that they had kayaks to borrow!

The water got turned off multiple times while we were there. They said the plumbing wasn’t quite built to handle the level of guests. They were super kind about giving us a glass of wine while they worked on it but it did dampen the experience.

We wanted to experience Douro Valley, and perhaps the hype led us to have overinflated expectations. In the end, the highlight was our kayak on the local river, and had little to do with all the hype. Very informative tour of the local winery, but perhaps a bit too much pressure to buy, and ultimately a disappointing dinner at the restaurant, where the wines and food were lackluster, and the best thing was the house tawny porto. Location was nice right on the river.

The prices were geared to American tourists, yet there was a certain authenticity and passion that was lacking. The restaurant seemed to be missing much of their wine list and competent chefs - the boar was tough and chewy and lacked sauce, the dessert was oddly tired.
